Nice location - lots of parking and we love to have found a Vietnamese coffee place. I typically get the egg coffee but decided to go with their new Peanut Butter Latte and I'm so glad I did. It comes already with oat milk which is perfect. I will say - for the large the ratio on cream to coffee was little off. I'd prefer less of the cream and more coffee but it was still delicious and refreshing - not too sweet and had a lot of the PB flavor. Hubby got the Pandan Matcha. He loved it - though it was a bit too sweet for him so he waited for the ice to melt a bit. Not sure if we could have adjusted the sweetness. Youngest got the Banana Latte and devoured it quickly. Fair to say I think she really enjoyed it! Nice that they are so close to us now. Will definitely be one of our go to for Vietnamese coffee!!

Highly recommend going early because the parking fills up fast, therefore, the seating in the coffee shop fills up fast as well. Our go-tos are usually an Iced Hojicha Einspanner and a pour over, Iced Americano, or an Espresso Tonic. We've tried their matcha as well, which is also solid! Every single time we have gone (which is usually when they open), there is already a line forming outside the door. Depending on how busy it is, we have waited between 12-18 minutes for our drinks (on the high end), but the drinks are always so yummy! They also have an amazing selection of pastries including an everything croissant, cookies, mochi, pistachio raspberry croissant, spinach and feta croissant, and a mushroom croissant to name a few! Their Hojicha Einspanner is sooo good. The Einspanner is so creamy and their Hojicha is the perfect, balanced amount of nutty flavors. Whenever I have ordered this drink, people are always eyeing to see what it is because the presentation is also that good! The Espresso Tonic is also a perfect summer drink and the shot was pulled perfectly. If you want to get some work done here, I'd highly recommend coming early so you can grab a table and to also bring your headphones because it does get busy and loud. They also have WiFi and one single bathroom. Thanks Covour Coffee!

The coffee bean choice is in question here. Seems to be the root of all the bad drinks. Well the toppings are sub par as well. The everything croissant with cream cheese saved this from a ZERO star. The people who go here are not real coffee connoisseurs. Careful with the reviews. For the connoisseurs - the drinks are not refined. It's slapped together. It doesn't have the layering connoisseurs seek. Iykyk. I had so much hope, I mean, how bad can a coffee shop be if it's in a coffee town. The decor and vibe is nice, however.

Craftsman and Wolves is a killer crafts bakery that makes the perfect Kouign-amann. The shop does many things including a signature bread pudding, small in size but big in flava. Measures maybe two and a half inches diameter, an inch thick. Packs a wonderful wowie punch with the seasonally ripe berries and fruit, plus a few pieces of specialty chocolate. My friend who knows from excellent pastries says the goods at C and W are special because the sugars in each item are balanced, not excessive. The goodies we sampled together were scrumptious. Somehow even my pedestrian palate senses that these dessert thingies are distinctive and of ultra quality. Ambiance-wise, it's a noisy place with a few tables lining the windows. You are elbow to elbow practically against neighbouring tables. I know I heard every syllable of the conversation going on to my right-hand side. I also knew it was Korean, so I couldn't successfully eavesdrop... boooooo. Very unique metallic artsy fashioned chairs make the space seem modern. There's merch in the corner and on a wall. Craftsman crew were mad busy, but always with smiles and ready to help customers. You won't find any bakery bites that are not delectable at Craftsman and Wolves. Kool yummy easy five stars.

The pastries are very okay with a lot of them being pretty dry or lacking filling especially the triple chocolate croissant. Overall, I have been to this location three times and the customer service has been absolutely awful each time. The second time they had a new hire who was being trained and was extremely pleasant but the barista had an issue with asking for reduced fat milk in the mocha as he said it would mess with the flavor which I said I was fine with but reluctantly decided to just have whole milk. The most recent time the person working the front was taking inventory and after seeing me at the counter continued with taking inventory which is completely normal and I wasn't extremely bothered by. However, when walking over he looked at me without asking me if I was ready and upon entering my order tossed his pen on the counter in front and the clipboard behind him. He then proceeded to stand behind the barista on his phone while eating one of the pastries. I genuinely don't know if he was in a bad mood but this hardly feels like the craftsman and wolves experience that people talk about. Probably won't be coming back due to the awful service despite the coffee genuinely being good.

Because, once again, I was distracted by the quality of the food, and there would be no way for me to do anything else, but to eat! Today, I was in the mood for something more than a salad (much as I wanted to preset what I had the first time coming here, I made a concerted effort to order something else...), thus I chose the Forager Flatbread. It took less time to make this time (roughly about five minutes after ordering), and when it came out, I marveled at how it looked like a work of art! Just beautiful! Each piece of herbed formage blanc flatbread had a nice, crunchy bottom (but not blackened) and a slightly tanginess, with a a good amount of "hen-of-the-wood" mushrooms, sweet roasted garlic and a bed of arugula. My, oh, my! My first bite was a multi-level extravaganza! The crunch of the bread, followed by the aroma of the herbs and arugula, then the saltiness of the cheese, the sweetness of the roasted garlic, the earthiness of the mushrooms - all came together as just a wonderful work of culinary art! This being my first time eating today, my saliva glands just fired off at first bite, causing a bit of intense pain from too much saliva shooting out. But, seriously, this was a very delicious entree, that I enjoyed from start to finish! Bravo for this second joyous experience!
