Came by after my boxing class on a rainy Saturday afternoon in November afternoon around 2pm. Parking is pretty convenient since it's located in a plaza. Haven't been to a Starbucks in years but decided to try their new Protein Matcha (gotta fuel those gains). Ordered via the mobile app and my drink was soon ready! It's probably because I opted for one less pump of syrup, but the drink itself was not super tasty lol. It was creamy and bitter (but not bitter in a good way). It had 36g of protein though, so it's definitely pretty filling. I liked that the cup and lid were both compostable! Bathroom was also pretty clean, and they had a 3-in-1 sink, which I thought was pretty cool (or maybe it's been a thing for a while and I just haven't been out enough to see it). Overall would not get my drink again but would come back to Starbucks in general to use up my gift card funds! read more

This is the newly remodeled location near our home. That makes in very convenient to get one's "fix". We bypass the lines by ordering online. The team there are veterans so they are very attentive and friendly. The drinks there are consistent regardless of the time of day you drop by. read more

I've really been trying to give this Starbucks a chance because I work down the road and it's the closest one. But my goodness, the staff is always acting as if I'm bothering them I'm always saying please and thank you and they give me stink face and try and rush me. I get it, it's just a job and your trying to get a check and go home (I can respect that) BUT repeatedly making terrible drinks? I just don't understand. I just got a sugar cookie latte. When they gave me the drink I was walking away and I heard the lady tell the guy "did you put only milk in that?" I didn't think anything of it until I got in my car and tasted it. I even swirled it around because I thought maybe it needs a good mix. sure enough it's just milk and no espresso in it. I'm not one to ask for a remake so I'm just going to toss 8 dollars away but please make this location better. read more

It's easy to miss this Starbucks as you're driving along El Camino Real because the store is set back a bit with parking in front. There is ample parking, however the parking lot design is very odd makes no sense. Some parking spots are slanted. Some parking spots are perpendicular. The aisles are a hot mess, too. I've visited this location several times and they have always gotten my order correct. The wait is never very long. There are a few tables & chairs at this location, often full with people "working". I've seen people having a video call on their laptop. It seems like an unlikely spot to do this due to the overly loud music they play in the store. There is only one gender neutral bathroom here. It is quite large. You would have no trouble maneuvering a double strolle inside. Unfortunately there is no diaper changing area inside the restroom. There was no soap in the dispenser when I visited. And the hand sanitizer on the wall outside the bathroom was empty. read more

There was a line that kept growing yet the one man taking orders stood talking to one customer for at least 10 min without acknowledging us standing in line. Afternoon crew on 6/13 were RUdE, especially the Barista attending the bar at around 1245PM. I needed to ask about my visit earlier in the morning and he didn't or wasn't acknowledging I was there. His cashier stepped up (I assume he's the resident supervisor). Starbucks employees, please be courteous to ALL customers and your customers may want to give positive rewards. I just want to give a shout out to the team that's here right now- 10:23am- everyone is on their game. Alert, professional, friendly, and super fast staff. It's rare to find that at Starbucks anymore, IMO. So thank you!!! It makes a difference for my day and as I watch other customer interactions, I can see it does for them as well. Seems like management here must know what they're doing, but I hope the staff here gets some extra love after seeing this review. My drink was made perfectly- a tall iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte- so I'm happy I decided to spend the money. Spacious location with lots of seating. The only negative I have is that the bathroom- toilet specifically- is looking in need of a good clean. However, I also know how slammed these employees are and can see they're doing their best. Also I'm just glad there was an available bathroom. So no biggie. read more

Love the remodel/updates - I had a blonde espresso Cortado today and it was served in an actual mug, it tasted so good. This is something they recently added to the menu and I think it's a great addition. They also have this potato chive bake that I ordered today....they served it on a plate - warm and tasty. I like the person who helped me at the counter -- and I think the changes they are making to the company are spot on. I also appreciate the compostable cups they're using. read more

Lesli the cashier at this location is awesome. Great attitude, great customer service with a great smile. The restaurant was clean and everything seem to be organized. I did not see any trash on the exterior of the restaurant, which always is a good sign as well. Great job management. Hope to see Leslie and a manager role someday. So I walk into this Starbucks today... ...and I order my drink in a Trenta cup, because im a big dude and I want my drink in a cup that aint so.... uh... "dainty". Anyway, the last Starbucks I went to gave me grief for my request on a technicality that they couldnt give me my order in that cup. I made the same request here at this location, and I was greeted with the über charismatic likes of Jess & Max. They fulfilled my request without hesitation, and were very pleasant to talk to. I told them of my last Starbucks experience, and not only were they empathetic of my situation, but they took the time to brake down why it happened that way. In the end, it really came down to "how far will you go to appease the customer " when you're working in customer service, and they fulfilled my request with ease without making me feel like an ogre or sloth for wanting something so minor. ...and ladies & gentlemen, its moments like that... ...moments that can really make or break someone's day. I'd like to leave a better review, as when the male crew is working, Bismark, Willow, Cameron and/or Jay, everything is amazing. There's one girl, Cinthya, very nice, but a bit quiet. I tried to like this Starbucks, but I really just don't. Every time I place a mobile order (which I do 10-15 ahead because this location is slow) I always need to wait an additional 10+ min when I get there. The staff are rude and don't acknowledge any of the customers who are also clearly upset waiting for their order. I also don't really get their system either. They have someone bringing the drinks/food to the mobile order section for another worker to call out names and put them out, so they're just sitting there even longer. I've gave this location several chances and each time it's the same thing. read more

A quick detour off the Stevens Creek Trail. I love this Starbucks! In general, Starbucks is a great chain offering caffeinated beverages a little on the pricier side. That being said, if you are a fan of Starbucks, this location employs the finest staff and serves up the finest cup of Joe (in any luxurious concoction that you dream of). I usually order via the app before arriving to speed things up. Super easy and I've never had an order go wrong here. One additional perk is that if I am taking a walk / run along Stevens Creek Trail and need that cup of water to rehydrate, I know Starbucks is a very quick detour and they happily fill me up. This hospitality keeps me coming back as a paying customer to get my favorite-- Java Chip Frappuccino. read more

When you have a sour day that includes waking up to a flat tire, it's the little things that get you through that day. This Starbucks is one of those. While waiting for the tire shop to finish replacing my tire, I wanted to find a nearby cafe where I could calm myself in obscure acoustic music and fall into a caffeine-induced reverie. Naturally, there was a Starbucks across the street to fill that need. The employees were all exceptionally courteous, as if they knew that I was having a terrible day--or perhaps they are just nice human beings that this world needs more of. I cashed in on my 125 stars for a free drink for the first time, and life seemed to be momentarily blissful. I sat down at a table and took out my laptop only to find out that it had 12% battery left. Don't you hate those moments? I quickly wound my way through the store and found a seat next to a coveted outlet. Perhaps, it would be nice if they had more outlets near the window seats. To my surprise they also had a wireless charging pad for my phone on my new table. Yay, technology! Slight complaint: music was a bit loud even for my music-blasted ears. I always come get my coffee here no problem but today 1/23, this girl Ivy as I am literally sitting across from her as she does my coffee, I asked for a venti caramel macchiato and as she is steaming the milk she puts the pot under her nose and says " Is this soy milk?, I dont know I don't wanna get in trouble right now" and proceeds to throw it away and start all over again. Keeping in mind her and her coworker were just talking for the majority of the time, and I asked for a tall black coffee and there was no line and didn't give it to me on the spot, and sure no big deal. But once she handed me the caramel macchiato she had completely forgot I ordered it... I was so disappointed in today's service and I hope they do better next time. read more

My drinks are made well and it's really nice to have that consistency especially when everything else right now is not consistent... I am just going to rate it average. The service and the drinks can be hit or miss. Sometimes, you see a lot of staff but only the barista and the cashier are doing the most. Refills of milk, half and half, etc, I have observed, was being tend by the busy Barista. And new online orders were also missed I saw that the Barista have to checked that too. There were times too, that few staff there but service was faster. I know the online thing can be what slows them down and the walk-in order patrons will be the one waiting longer and the most that I have waited for my drink was 12 mins..yes for a coffee....maybe as walk in patrons ..we need to voice to Starbucks HQ that one barista should just make that exclusive order..so we will have more happy walk in customers and no long lines in the stores...I'm just saying. read more

I knocked over my (full) drink like a klutz while trying to put the lid back on after adding some milk, and someone who I think works there but wasn't on the clock (he seems like he was just chillin' with a friend) helped me clean up and get my drink remade. the only solace I can take is in the fact my drink was a simple iced coffee and not something super complicated. sorry again for being such a klutz and thank you for being so understanding and helpful!
