Worst experience ever at a Starbucks! I've been to many before and they were able to make my drink a certain way, I can't to this location and all I get from the girl with blueish green hair was attitude. They didn't even offer to give me a different drink or even try to fix it to make it better. It was water downed and tasted like the let it sit out for hours before then even gave it to me. Absolute the worse Starbucks ever! I will not be going to this one again, poor customer service, port attitude and poor response time to what they have done. They need more training on every subject having to do with retail and customer service. Beware of this Starbucks! read more

I rarely actually come in and sit down but I agree with Raven's review that seating is limited. Isn't it limited at every starbucks? When I take the freeway instead of the canyons I will always stop and hit the drive thru and usually it is pretty quick. The barista's have all been there a long time and know what they are doing. I love Starbucks. During the winter I get the pumpkin latte and in the summer time it's thai tea for me : YUM!! The best part about this Starbucks it's closer to my home I can even walk there! They can have long lines but lines move pretty quick. Too many people go there and not many chairs and tables. It's ok because we don't normally stay. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat try the chicken salad sandwich. It's delicious. read more

I wish I could give an even worse rating than one star, I truly do. My visit started out with a huge drive thru line ( no problem I just walked inside). I waited my turn in line just like everyone else, however a girl cut me and staff did nothing about it. Also, the barista was extremely rude and did not look well rested. I tried to correct her when she got my order wrong and she lashed back and my drink came out wrong. I got two drinks, one was wrong and the other one was terrible. We literally had one question and when we were done she literally said "K bye pull forward" with such attitude. When it comes to service, this place is amazing. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato in the store and they accidentally put it in the drive thru box and I waited 10 mins, so I politely show them my receipt. It really was such a small hiccup that didn't bother me at all. They quickly not only gave me the first one they made me, but made an extra fresh one with no questions!! Jen, who was such a kind woman, actually brought the drinks to my table along with a $4 giftcard. Everyone was so kind, and the coffee was killer too! They even know my type of drink but Depends who I get to make my Mocha I might get it right, tough we can not choose the Barista ! Yet another Starbucks review, but I think Joan S. still has outdone me by I dunno how many. It's cold in Lancaster.... probably in the low 30s. What's better than a warm cup of coffee to warm you up? Well, you guys should know I don't really drink coffee. So... it obviously was too cold to get my Venti PFIT w/MS *GASP*!!!, and I wasn't really in the mood for the salted caramel hot chocolate either. So the rare times I do get coffee, I typically get decaf or if it's not later in the night, half decaf. Well, by this time it was after 9 PM and didn't want the caffeine to keep me up, so full decaf. I used to be on a hazelnut mocha kick for a long time in college, but sometimes the mocha can be too sweet. I do remember one day I ordered it, and they mistakenly gave me a hazelnut latte. But I didn't go back or complain because I actually liked it and that is when I became a fan of hazelnut lattes. Anywho, this location is typical, clean. Staff was courteous and my drink came out in a good time. Oh, and this location has a drive-thru, which I was thinking about going through but the line was really long, with good reason. They seemed to have a decent outdoor seating area, of course being in the 30s at night, no one was sitting outside. read more

I've been ordering the same drink for probably longer than she's been able to wipe her own butt...and she has the nerve to tell me I "just don't understand" when it's she that wasn't competent in her customer service skills or her knowledge of the company's menu. This was the first Starbucks that I had ever been to and it was once a very good location. Unfortunately, they lost their rhythm a little over a year ago. Frappuccinos. They are terrible. I feel as though the baristas at this particular location wouldn't know how to make a frappuccino if their life depended on it. Every frappuccino I have ordered within the last year has been watered down or was made entirely wrong. The last one I ordered was a peppermint mocha and I received what tasted like an eggnog instead. I am not the only one who has experienced issues with the drinks that are made here. I have personally witnessed numerous customers returning their drinks on multiple occasions. This issue has been brought to the attention of the managers as well as corporate but sadly they have yet to improve. Customer Service. I am normally always impressed with the customer service at any given Starbucks location. But the baristas at this location seem to be blissfully unaware of any customer presence. They typically won't acknowledge your presence and they have a habit of randomly walking away while you're asking a question or placing an order without any indication of what's going on. It's just strange behavior. I only go to this location if I'm tagging along with someone else and I don't really have a choice. Otherwise I prefer the location on Avenue K and 10th Street West. I've never had an issue with their drinks, they typically provide service in a timely manner and they're always very nice. read more

I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with a scoop of vanilla bean powder, salted cold foam on top with added vanilla to the foam so that it's sweet. Not only did they hand it to me with no vanilla sweet cream, it had way too much salt in the foam and no vanilla AND they had the audacity to sit here and argue with me. Then they made it wrong THREE TIMES after that. I did this job for 5 years IT IS NOT THAT HARD. Follow the directions and that's it. My husband and I drive thru a few mornings a week, around 5 am. We've noticed that, even though there will be no one behind us, we get rushed through ordering. "No, that will not complete my order!" However, once we pull up to the window, we wait at least 5 minutes before the window is opened for us to pay - whether we get food or food and coffee. On more than one occasion, the sandwiches have been warm on the outside and super cold in the center. If I'm going to wait at the window 5 or more minutes, I want hot sandwiches. If I come later in the morning, I don't have the cold sandwich issue. We're considering a new 5am location. I'm giving 3 stars, because their service throughout the rest of the day is much better. read more

I am an avid Starbucks believer and supporter, this location however is sub par. Most drinks take over 10 minutes to get even when there is no line and more than half the time the drink comes out wrong. One morning my drink took over 20 minutes and I had to leave without even getting a beverage. Most employees with the exception of a couple are rude and lacking in the positive, upbeat spirit expected at Starbucks. I am absolutely hooked on the Starbucks s'mores frappe. I don't recommend going everyday because the calories are ridiculous and probably equals one full meal calories-wise. It isn't the healthiest way to get your calories but if you're craving the sweets the Smore's frappe is the way to go. TIP: Make sure your barista uses the marshmallow whip and not the regular whip for this delicious s'mores in a cup. Get an extra shake of grand cracker crust on top and you may just walk away skipping! read more
