First time reviewing a Starbucks but felt I had to since both the service and drinks were not up to par with what I expect from a Starbucks. It was around 7 am on a weekday when we walked in. It wasn't very busy inside with no one in line. But when I walked in front of the register I pretty much was ignored for a while. I know they were busy but at least an acknowledgment would have suffice. It looks like they were busy mostly with the drive thru orders. We finally placed our orders and had to wait a bit. Both our drinks were not very good. My matcha latte tasted bland and my friend's americano didn't taste very strong at all. Not sure we would be back here again. It is clean and spacious but the service and quality of drinks need improvement. read more

Last place the family and I stopped at before finally reaching home from our weekend Lake Tahoe trip! Thankfully this place is open pretty late into the night! Very happy to have been able to grab a late night drink after such a long drive. We got a Pineapple Passionfruit Refresher and Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, both trenta because the upgrade from venti is like 20 cents so why not, right? Both drinks were really good! Matches the Satrbucks consistency standard they have across stores. The only off putting thing was the odd, bitterish flavor aftertaste from the Pineapple refresher. Otherwise, it was tangy, fruity, not overly seet and tasty. Would def get again! The sweet cream cold brew was wonderful as always. Not too sweet, creamy, refreshing for a coffee. Major props to the service! The guy who took our order was really nice and friendly! I liked that he kept calling my husband boss, haha. We paid and received our orders really quickly. Walked in right after placing an online order, I set my things down at the table and asked for the restroom code before I picked up my drinks. The lady working up front was getting ready to go home, and very rudely asked if I was even thinking of ordering something. I mentioned the online order and she gave me the code. After that distasteful encounter workers giggled and took my drinks to the back after making them, waited 10 mins before giving them to me and kept saying they weren't ready. I have a rare pleasure of treating myself, especially in that economy for once today during my lunch break and decided to place an order from the app to have my order ready to be picked up in store. My order said it would be ready between four and six minutes. I waited in the lobby 36 minutes and receive the wrong drink. I was kind and the employee was kind when I let her know of the mistake, but unfortunately she seemed to not be able to multitask too well. I stood in the lobby for an additional 8 minutes to have another employee hand me the wrong drink again. I decided to run through and grab my coffee for tomorrow tonight and make it easier on me. I work from home full time and am a full time mom stay at home... I need my iced coffee lol. Anyways there was no wait in the drive through and when I asked for it special (iced coffee no ice no syrup just plain and milk on the side) Gregory helped and accommodated me so much made me feel like I wasn't crazy for grabbing my coffee 12 hours early. One of the busiest Starbucks in town. Drinks are good and despite the long lines, inside and at the drive-thru, the service is pretty fast. Customer service is usually good. I say "usually" because one of the baristas who sometimes tends the cashier/takes the orders has an attitude. She is either not helpful, has a resting meh face, or her tone comes across like "can you please not order anything and just leave so I can talk to my fellow baristas instead!?" As far as everyone else, service is on point. They've outgrown the parking lot. In fact, during their busiest hours, the long drive-thru line blocks the small parking lot and sometimes affects the main entrance to the shopping center. As popular as they are, maybe plans for expansion should be considered. The shopping center across the street may even be an option. The inside is very small and not ideal for working/studying. I think this store was built as a Starbucks "express" and the market is ready for a bigger one or another one near by. read more

We showed up as they were about to close and asked if we could have a drink re-made (another location's mistake) and we were met with the most excellent customer service. They happily re-made the drink for us, which honestly ended up being the best pink drink we've ever had! In Starbucks she tells me I can't bring in outside food, referring to my 2/3s eaten burger. May be true, first time any barista has ever said that to me. But when I went to pick it up they refused to let me inside even though they were still technically supposed to be open for inside. Literally even inside the app it says to go inside to get it. I go to the door and it's locked so I called them and they told me to go thru the drive thru to get my order. Even though my order was already ready and I was right there.
