This was a gross place they made our drinks and did not taste right and the service was not good and the restrooms were disgusting

So I love going to this Starbucks bc it's right by my house and everyone is super nice and attentive but not the others day!!! I got off my car witch I always go drive thru but this time I got off... Ok, so here's the skinny...Ive found (pretty much as a golden rule) If I go through the drive-thru, things get messed up *sigh* however, even then it tastes better than any Starbucks in L.A. proper. Go inside, your drink will be made perfectly. If they mess it up, you'll get another for free (as usual) the staff is pretty nice too. I am a fan of Starbucks, I enjoy going and hanging out have a good cup of whatever I fancy. But, this locations has an issue that is making it unbearable. I meet people here, business or a first date. We order, we sit, we talk. But the talking becomes yelling due to the VOLUME of the music. I mean honestly?! I feel like I am in a club in Hollywood trying to yell over some hipster band. And I love music! Punk or Alternative or whatever. I came here recently and ordered a blended coffee with no sugar. The girl said it was the first time anyone ever ordered something like it. Wow, I'm a trend setter now? Well, I upgraded to put soy milk in my coffee. I then noticed the girl making the coffee putting in regular milk instead, so she apparently caught it and dumped the whole drink out. While I was waiting another customer came in from drive through and told the lady she wanted soy milk instead of regular milk in her coffee. I told the girl, wow you really can taste the difference? She told me yes, I get it every day and I can taste it. It looks like the girl making the coffee was to much in a rush to get the orders out and did not read the orders as they came in. So over all I give it 2 stars, The quality is ok, however if they charge you extra for soy milk, then they should put it in. read more

I come here all the time but every time I go inside to order I'm waiting 20+ minutes. Which I don't mind if they're busy but the thing is I order and then everyone behind me gets their drinks before me. And then I go up and say hey I haven't got my drink yet I was just wondering what was going on it's either they lost my drink order or they put it in the wrong area. I just got my drink right now and I waited 25 minutes for it and I was the only one that ordered and I was the first one that ordered. I rarely go to Starbucks mostly due to their poor customer service, and today was a prime example as why I choose to go to a local coffee shop, simply to avoid rude snooty "baristas." I decided to stop since I have a long drive ahead of me, it was also the only coffee shop open near me. I placed my order coffee frap, black tea sweetened with half and half no water, and 2 chocolate cake pops. Since I saw no one was behind me at the drive-thru, I decided to ask for a 10$ gift card and a small water, the barista employee 2083305 or person working register 3 at 728pm 10/23 responded with next time ask for this at the speaker, I apologized to her for my incovinience. As I take off and take a sip of my tea, I realized it was not not sweetened although the label says exactly what I described above. It saddens me I had to apologize to the cashier barista for my incovinience even though I ensured there was no one behind me ordering, and then my order was wrong. Boy, if only one day I can have a positive experience at Starbucks, but, let me tell you I won't hold my breath. 1 star mainly for the poor service. read more

I've been here several times to study last fall and here every weekend. Before the remodeling it was small inside but had a bar area where your drinks are placed when the barista is done making it Now it's just a disaster. It seems like it caters to the drive thru but the drive thru is even worst. The line is always 10 cars deep and cars coming from every side of the lot. The inside is bad because when it gets busy there is no where to stand that won't confuse the person who just came in that the line is not actually that long but the line of people waiting for their drinks pooled over to the order line. The drinks are handed to you next to the 2nd cashier spot and when there's someone with 3 kids standing with their mom to pay it's hard to grab your drink. This place needs another make over. At least open the far right side to place drinks that are ready and get rid of the tall tables on the side wall so we can wait for our drinks and pick it up in an easy flow. read more

Starbucks Fail...... After seeing the commercials for the new Fizzio sodas we took a walk to our local Starbucks to try some. I was informed upon walking in that there was only one flavor available. So I ordered and paid for two. After a few minutes I was told they didn't have those available either. Then was told never mind we can make them. I finally got two overpriced seltzer waters, with barely any flavor at all. Either these sodas are terrible, or the baristas tried to make them when they were out of flavoring. This is the best Starbucks in Lancaster. The products are always fresh, coffee prepared perfectly and friendly staff.

I always drive away with my favorite morning Cup of Joe made perfectly. Only reason it lacks a star, is the wait time. Unfortunately this location doesn't have the best parking layout, so it keeps me from parking and getting out, so I end up going through the line that takes some time to get through when it's busy. This would be a five star review. I always come to this place to get the same drink and I am always out of there in less than 5 min. Today I waited 15 minutes to get my drink. About 3 people who ordered after me got there drinks before I did. I was looking at the employees making the drinks and I haven't seen anybody making mine. The person who took my order looked at me and realized I was still there so he had to mention to the others to make my drink. As a college student I need my caffeine fix frequently. I usually come to this location. The thing I like about Starbucks is that it is consistent. This location is probably one of the best locations I have been to. The baristas are really friendly and are usually quick. Iced coffee here is delicious, especially with caramel or vanilla syrup. The prices for iced coffee are the best that I have found in the AV. If you need a quick, delicious caffeine fix, this is the place to go. read more

I've asked for extra foam twice and both times it looks like they let the wand just shoot bubbles and I get a cup full of bubbles and every single time I go there they make the crappiest drinks like they're just trying to get them out as fast as they can with the most minimal effort and the minimal amount they can put in a cup and still get away with it. 90% of the time my drink is excellent, but sometimes it's pretty bad, watery, or just plain gross and I have to ask for it to be remade. Half the time they are out of the breakfast sandwich I like. The customer service is excellent but the lines are killer, all-the-time. God forbid you get there any later than 7:10 in the morning because you're going to be waiting inside and out for at least a half hour.
