They were out of whole milk, so we chose almond milk, which we've had here before without any issues. Unfortunately, all three drinks were practically undrinkable. They were flavorless, the matcha was extremely chalky, and the coffee tasted burnt. We brought this to the employee's attention and gave her the opportunity to remake the drinks, but unfortunately the remade drinks came out even worse. We spent almost an hour there trying to resolve the issue and ultimately left without drinks we could actually enjoy. I asked the employee for the owner's or management's contact information or an email address so I could address the issue directly, but she would not provide one. I was instead told to contact the business through Instagram. I have been reaching out through Instagram since Sunday requesting a refund, but I have not received a response. At this point, I don't even know whether my messages are being received, and I haven't been given another way to contact someone who can actually resolve the issue. I made an effort to handle this directly and privately before leaving a review. I'm simply requesting a refund of the $25.28 we paid for drinks that we ultimately could not drink. I hope someone from management will reach out and make this right

We waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru for our drinks and pastries (no biggie, it is Starbucks). As we drive off I sip my drink and notice that it's wrong (no biggie, it happens). I go inside and wait 15 minutes in a long line. The girl (Gabby) takes my drink, no apology just a "they'll remake it". I wait another 5 mins and guess what... My drink was wrong. One thing to keep in mind is their drink sizes aren't the same as most coffee shops. A small is 16 oz, a medium is 24 oz, and a large is 32 oz, so double-check the sizes before ordering. I also like how customizable their drinks are, especially the different soft top flavors. My favorite drink right now is the Cocomo with banana soft top. Definitely worth trying! Overall, it's one of my go-to spots whenever I'm craving coffee. They make my drink the same way every time, and that consistency is one of the reasons I keep coming back.

It was around noon on a weekend, so how is a boba shop already out of boba? At that point, we ended up going to another boba spot in Palmdale and had a much better experience. Between our favorite items being discontinued and now coming in on a Saturday afternoon only to find out they're out of boba, I think we're done giving this location another try. There are other boba places nearby that have been much more consistent for us.
