I don't often give a five star rating to the green mermaid chain however, this one seems to be above and beyond. I have stopped her before and I have had the same results every time. Their staff is friendly and quick to respond to you when you walk into the building. This seems to be a great place to work, have a meeting, have some alone time, or just sit and enjoy some conversation. It is not as noisy as many of this chain are, although it is always on the busy side. One of the things that is nice about this chain, is that your drinks always taste the same. If I order a caramel macchiato at the store it's going to taste like a caramel macchiato in Des Moines, Iowa that taste like a caramel macchiato in Melbourne, Florida. With that being said, my triple grande Carmel macchiato was just what I needed for the meeting I was going to. This place is always clean and there is plenty of parking. Location is difficult to maneuver due to being on 2 busy intersections with a narrow drive thru. Inside is spacious and service is always welcoming. They typically make my coffee as expected with no complaints from me. I have also noticed they often acknowledge me as a healthcare worker when they see my badge. They have tons of seating (low tables, bar tops, comfy chairs, etc) & more importantly, tons of outlets if you're working. My drink was perfect, they were quick and friendly. I opted to go inside this Starbucks location today instead of going through the drive thru since the line was so long. It was during Happy Hour and BOGO handcrafted beverage. I purchased two Grande Irish Creme Nitro Cold Brews ------ DELICIOUS! Sometimes they are better than others and today they tasted superb! I also got a brownie for 50 points. This location has been remodeled (I believe) and it is very nice inside. There were many seats & tables available. Parking was sparse as is typical with most of the Starbucks I have been to. I enjoy going to this Starbucks due to the hours that this location is open. As opposed to most coffee shops and other Starbucks locations they have extended hours as I presume the volume of business can support those hours and the staff is competent enough to manage themselves and work cohesively to function. If they have issues with their management it rarely shows. I would not dare say that the managers are quick to listen to their employees because I am not in the know of their day to day practices. I had felt more at ease going to this location for awhile because of personal reasons that involve stalkers that only exist to devour and destroy every human right that they possibly can. I had to stop going to this location for awhile due to proximity reasons and the fact that I was getting stalked. I returned to this location today because I am still getting stalked and harassed where I moved to. I contemplated moving out of state back in 2019 but as the state of Indiana would have it, freedom and safety is merely an illusion. I digress, the design of this shop is lovely and I love that every Starbucks location offers a different design with the same product. Sure the staff may mispronounce your name from time to time but human error is to be expected as long as it is not blown out of proportion. Why Hannah M***** from C*l*m**s, IN felt the need to ask me what review I would write for this location back in 2013 is beyond me. The inside is one of the largest Starbucks I've been into - ample working space and they have a small patio too. It does get some traffic in the morning and I think the parking lot is a bit strange as the drive thru is a weird figure around parking spaces. I highly recommend this location! read more

Yes, there's a Starbucks on every corner it seems, but here the floors, tables, and bathrooms are always clean and the staff are very friendly in comparison with the indifference that feels so common to a Starbucks visit nowadays. Even when my app wasn't functioning one day, preventing me from paying, the barista gave me my drink for free and was so kind about it. Then a 3rd guy came to the window and was asking me what my order was? He was sarcastic and rude too. This is my most frequented Starbucks due to the fact that it is close to my office, but I also really like the staff! Everyone who has helped me has been extremely kind! I'm that girl who is known to have full on conversations with the staff members when the restaurant is not too busy! This is my favorite Starbucks location in Indy! The baristas are so amazing, especially "cupcake" - the guy with the cupcake tattoo (next time I go I'll learn his name). He can literally turn my day around because he's just a sweet breath of fresh air. If I ever need my day or attitude turned around, a visit to see Cupcake just really helps! You can tell he loves his job and we should all model our attitudes from his! They move the line quickly and the customer service is the best. This Starbucks location is the best location I have ever been to. Being vegan, Starbucks is the only major coffee corporation that I have encountered that has options for someone like me. What makes this location stand out from all of the rest is their positive and caring staff. Amelia in particular, has always gone above and beyond, knowing my voice in the drive through line before I even order. She never fails to disappoint me, and if I'm having a bad day she can always lift my spirits by her kind words or by writing me a note on my coffee cup. The staff at this location are great, very quick and helpful! There is always seating available at this Starbucks and the Wi-Fi never seems to have issues. Store is very clean and is a great place to get some work done. This Starbucks is by far the BEST location I've ever visited! The entire staff is always friendly and engaging. Today I went through their drive through on my way to work in the same shopping center. The manager always knows my "regular" drink and gets it right every time. Today after I left, he realized they made my drink wrong and called to tell me he would be bringing me a new drink. He personally brought this to me along with a free drink card for the mistake. This exceptional level of service is exactly why I don't go to the other two locations on my way to work and go to this one every time!!
