Biggby is one of those places that I think you either love or hate. Although I believe they have more coffee flavored coffees, what you're really coming here for is a big old foamy sugary teeth rotting cup of sugar with caffeine. And they do that part well. Now what made me decide to stop by this morning was reading about a limited edition Blackberry mocha cold brew. It's a tie in to a cartoon, so it's called something else, but it's basically a blackberry mocha cold brew. And it is very good. Easy enough location to get to, and we were able to order and get our drinks promptly. The workers were fine, but not overly friendly, though I've encountered a lot of that in Indy, so it's not unique to this shop. During the summer I ride my fat tire bike about four miles to this Biggby Coffee location and then it on for 12 more miles to Carmel's downtown. I always get the strong Columbian coffee. It's really good and it's always served by helpful and friendly baristas. I'm looking forward to the warm days of summer so I can get back into the swing of coffee heaven at Biggby's. Went in for a coffee with my wife. She says there is a BOGO on 20 oz signature drinks. They actually have Specials every day. The kicker, we ordered, paid with a gift card, grabbed our drinks and sat down. My wife realized they didn't ring up the BOGO. She goes back up and asks why. The answer...you have to ask for it when you order. The specials are right there on the wall next the counter. Tuesday's Special is the BOGO on the drinks we ordered. Biggby Coffee is the neighborhood coffee shop for this Westfield/Carmel community. The shop is trendy serving designer coffees, teas and freezes. They also serve a variety of "Bragel" breakfast items and egg bites. I stopped for a smoothie and bagel. The mango smoothies are made from a frozen mango purée. The smoothie was good. The bagel is fresh, soft and warm - very good. The clerk was friendly and helpful since this was my first visit. They do a robust drive-thru business and will be talking on their headsets while talking to you. Service was quick. The dining area is clean and inviting with tables and comfy chairs. There are a couple chairs outside if you want to sit with Fido or just enjoy the sun. On Tuesdays they currently offer Buy One - Get One for $1 which is a great deal. Parking is tight. I had driven by this place a couple of times and finally decided to stop and check it out. So glad I did. They have an extensive lists of drinks and I had a hard time deciding. After consultation with the cashier I opted for the Spotted Owl latte. How can you go wrong with a drink that has marshmallow, vanilla and hazelnut in it? You can't! It was delicious. I would have preferred my drink to be just a little bit hotter than it was but it was still really good. Just would have been perfect if a bit hotter. They do have some food items as well although I did not try any this time. What a great place. The drive thur line was long but I was greeted warmly and had my questions answered. This was my first time here and I will be back! I ordered the Golden Latte but made it as sugar free as possible. I subbed SF vanilla for the honey and sprinkled cinnamon on top instead of the cinnamon syrup. Lastly I tried the suggested steamed oat milk. This was delightful from my first sip to my last. I can't wait to try more of their offerings but make them SF. Biggby!! It's an amazing coffee shop in a coffee desert here on the border of Westfield and West Carmel. I went to the Grand Opening and it was just great- a wonderful selection of coffee, smoothies, lattes, muffins, donuts, and "bragel" sandwiches. They even have vegan sausage, you guys!! They also have many different milk selections! Plus they have a drive-thru which is awesome! The service was great and everyone was friendly and kind. Always door dash from this location BUT finally went into the store for the 1st time the other day! Was clean and the staff was friendly! I've had a lot of the options but tried the butter bear (iced) and it was amazing!! I was with friends and we sat in a little corner with VERY comfortable chairs and hung out drank our coffee and chatted . I always have loved the coffee but now I love the store too. I ordered a sandwich on toasted bagel and got a soggy mess with a sliver of chicken inside. A staff member insisted the bagel had been toasted; if so, it was not enough to color or crisp it. I was told to specify well-toasted next time. There will not be a next time because it was made clear the problem was not theirs. There was no offer of remaking the sandwich or refunding my money. I always prefer to support local businesses but when a coffee shop opens down the street from work, which is in the middle of nowhere, it goes to the top of my short list. I was slow to move this morning and needed a little Friday pick me up so Biggby came to my much needed rescue. I opted for drive thru and ordered a medium coffee, a large iced coffee, and a bagel sandwich. The total was about $11 so I was pleasantly surprised! Everything went quickly and efficiently which I appreciated since I was already tardy for the work party. My colleague and I agreed that the coffee was a bit different. It is not a bold brew which is my preference. The only description we could agree on is that it is more earthy forward. It is not bad! Just not strong. The coffee was quickly overshadowed by the bagel sandwich. I have low expectations for coffee shop food but Biggby is doing is right. The everything bagel was so fresh, fluffy, and chewy. They still put cream cheese on the egg, sausage, and cheese bagel. If that is wrong, I don't want to be right. The staff person helping in the drive thru was so kind! Will be back to check out more. Biggby from Michigan to Indy. First Biggby in Indy, right between Carmel and Westfield. Step in and I instantly loved the vibrant colors and personalized booths. Great service, the servers offered coffee to taste so we could make our choice between 3 types of drip coffee. I chose Biggby dark roast and my partner went for Biggby drip. All in all good roast and flavorful taste. A cool collection of baked items although I didn't try one. Will definitely drop by again. read more

This is my favorite place to get coffee, but management needs to either staff it properly or get the employees more training on speed and efficiency. This is not the first time I've had to wait a long time in the drive thru, but having to wait nearly 40 minutes is a bit ridiculous! I don't blame the employees, they seemed to be going as fast as they were able to. But 40 minutes in a drive thru is too much. They were clearly either understaffed or something was up. Download the app so you can explore the menu options in advance. They have a ton of seasonal flavors. The first time I went I got the honey lavender latte and it was flavorful but not too sweet. My husband got the sugar free vanilla bean latte. They all come hot or cold so we'll definitely be coming more this summer. The staff was so friendly with suggesting drinks to try next time. Biggby is always a great place to stop for a brew or specialty drinks. Unique menu with super fun drinks! The food is always tasty and superior to the chain with the Mermaid on the cup. :) I love they are expanding all over central Indiana! It was a must stop when I travel through Michigan. read more

Really enjoyed this place. Recently broke my ankle and cannot drive, so I ordered this via door dash. I completely forgot to take pictures! I got a bagel sandwich with egg, sausage and cheese on an everything bagel, and my boyfriend got the turkey and havarti bagel sandwich. Both delicious!! I also got a cold brew and added chai which was good and not too sweet.
