Just look at this. It's as delicious as it looks!

So a friend and I are becoming regulars at Bigby on Waterleaf drive in Westfield so the staff is getting to know us. They are friendly and eager to serve your preference to you. Some days I get up thinking I have to have a "Bigby" specifically so it can rule where I go for my latte.

Biggby Coffee is the neighborhood coffee shop for this Westfield/Carmel community. The shop is trendy serving designer coffees, teas and freezes. They also serve a variety of "Bragel" breakfast items and egg bites. I stopped for a smoothie and bagel. The mango smoothies are made from a frozen mango purée. The smoothie was good. The bagel is fresh, soft and warm - very good. The clerk was friendly and helpful since this was my first visit. They do a robust drive-thru business and will be talking on their headsets while talking to you. Service was quick. The dining area is clean and inviting with tables and comfy chairs. There are a couple chairs outside if you want to sit with Fido or just enjoy the sun. On Tuesdays they currently offer Buy One - Get One for $1 which is a great deal. Parking is tight. The lot was almost full during my visit. The drive through is tight as well. Great place for a quick bite and drink.

Their matcha is surprisingly good, and the staff is always nice. The place is always clean and has booths with plug ins so you can sit in there and work it you would like.

When I walked in I was greeted warmly by staff; great service. It's a small coffee shop with a typical dimple menu. I tried a vanilla cappuccino & a blueberry muffin. The cap was pretty delicious. The blueberry muffin is delicious & flavorful and a perfect treat for someone with a sweet tooth; it is a very sweet muffin. But again, DELICIOUS.

Experience love at first sip with Biggby Coffee! Biggby coffee is so delicious and we were so excited to go to Indiana just to get some, only wishing Chicago had Biggby! We got white lightening cold brews and they definitely hit the spot for the road trip back home! The ambience is always so amazing and all the workers at all the locations are so sweet! Truly a great place!

I had driven by this place a couple of times and finally decided to stop and check it out. So glad I did. They have an extensive lists of drinks and I had a hard time deciding. After consultation with the cashier I opted for the Spotted Owl latte. How can you go wrong with a drink that has marshmallow, vanilla and hazelnut in it? You can't! It was delicious. I would have preferred my drink to be just a little bit hotter than it was but it was still really good. Just would have been perfect if a bit hotter. They do have some food items as well although I did not try any this time. The atmosphere is more of a fast food place but in the front they have a nice comfy seating area and even have outlets strategically placed.

What a great place. The drive thur line was long but I was greeted warmly and had my questions answered. This was my first time here and I will be back! I ordered the Golden Latte but made it as sugar free as possible. I subbed SF vanilla for the honey and sprinkled cinnamon on top instead of the cinnamon syrup. Lastly I tried the suggested steamed oat milk. This was delightful from my first sip to my last. I can't wait to try more of their offerings but make them SF. They have a great inside area but I didn't get to try it out.

Big Michigan coffee store in Indy. Nice little addition. The coffee selection is exotic. I loved it. They need to bring one to California! Looks like it's only in certain midwest states. Simple menu. Self explanatory. I got the butter bear and my bf got the spotted owl Latte. It was sooooo good, we came back the day after to grab another coffee before heading back to Chicago. Workers were very friendly and made the drinks with grace. The way they have it is perfect. No adjustments were needed.

Biggby!! It's an amazing coffee shop in a coffee desert here on the border of Westfield and West Carmel. I went to the Grand Opening and it was just great- a wonderful selection of coffee, smoothies, lattes, muffins, donuts, and "bragel" sandwiches. They even have vegan sausage, you guys!! They also have many different milk selections! Plus they have a drive-thru which is awesome! The service was great and everyone was friendly and kind. This seems like a great place to have a meeting or work from one of the built in booths. Plus they have free wi-fi, obviously. Overall 5 stars and I'll be back more than a few times a week

It is an easy place to enjoy whether I am working for a while or meeting friends to hang out, and that flexibility is a big part of the appeal. Carmel is better for having spots like this. Just make sure to get there before your proposed meeting time because the line is often literally out the door. This was the case when I arrived thankfully I'm chronically early. It just so happened to be their birthday celebration when I visited, so Bovaconti was giving out free pastries that day. I chose a croissant which was fluffy, flakey and buttery as all croissants should be. I ordered the $5 SPANISH LATTE consisting of Espresso, Sweet Condensed Milk, Cinnamon & Steamed Milk. So good! My friend had the $6 MAYAN MOCHA made with Dark Chocolate, Honey, Cinnamon, & Cayenne. Also well received. The gorgeous building appears to be an old bank with the original vault converted into a smaller room with eclectic decor. I recommend going on a weekday.

This third time I was picking up 18 pastries - 3 different types- all delicious and superbly baked AND a cake. WOW! The cake was amazingly beautiful! delicious and decorated exquisitely with huge intricate frosting flowers and leaves. I'm very very happy with my order- they even helped me carry it to the car. The raspberry pistachio croissant? Oh. My. God. This thing had me in a chokehold. Flaky, buttery layers with the perfect balance of tart raspberry and rich pistachio. It wasn't just good -- it was write-home-about-it good. The kind of pastry that makes you pause mid-bite and question every other croissant you've ever had. The second was a croissant sandwich (I wish I could remember the name!), but the way those flavors paired together? Let's just say it was a full culinary experience. Savory, balanced, indulgent -- you get the hint. Every bite just made sense. Now here's the part that really says something: I grew up on the East Coast where authentic French bakeries are everywhere and the cultural standard is high. I know a proper croissant. And this? This was better. Yes, I said it. We even had the chance to speak with the owner, who was incredibly warm and genuine. He checked in to make sure we enjoyed everything -- which we clearly did, considering we left with boxes to take home. This place isn't just a pastry shop. It's an experience. And trust me, it will be a topic of discussion in our house for days. Run. Don't walk.

I met up with my family for brunch, and we were all in a waffle kind of mood. I ordered the banana granola waffle and it was next-level good! The waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and layered with just the right balance of sweetness and texture from the ample amount of bananas, whipped cream, and granola. Paired with a cinnamon maple latte? I was one deep breath away from writing a personal thank-you letter to the hands that prepared that plate! But honestly, one of the best parts of the visit was the energy. The woman running the register was giving full-on main character vibes. You could tell immediately she wasn't just taking orders--she was living the dream. The care. The joy. The way she engaged every single customer. That kind of presence can't be faked. It felt like ownership--even if it wasn't, it carried that level of pride and purpose. The indoor seating is cozy (read: tight but charming), but there's plenty of outdoor seating and as Indiana finally remembers what sunshine feels like, this is going to be the spot. Perfect for lingering over a latte, reading a book, or catching up with a good friend. Come for the coffee. Savor a waffle. Watch out for the redhead!
