I love that this Starbucks is so convenient for me to get breakfast before work. Just order on their mobile app, and the food and drinks are ready pretty quickly - unless it's peak time or a Friday. They have challenges on their mobile app to earn bonus stars for discounts on drink customizations or free drinks. They recently renovated this particular location to be a pick up location. They now only take orders via the mobile app. The staff here is super efficient with organizing and calling out mobile orders ready for pickup. I really appreciate that they put the green tops on the hot coffee drinks, since I have to walk a good distance back to work. However, because of the renovation, they no longer have Starbucks to go bags or drink holders out unless you ask them. So, that's a bummer. Overall, I really enjoy getting my flat white/other drinks and breakfast/lunch sandwiches here when I'm short on time and on the go.

The staff were so nice and made my drink so fast. There's no menu so make sure to have to app so you can look at what they have to sell! Thank you guys for being awesome

Super friendly service, extremely attentive. The beverage is tasty and made to perfection. The ambiance is a bit busy but highly functional. The patrons are allowed to move quickly obtaining their orders. Definitely a nice stop for a quick pick me up.

Nothing can substitute for good old cold refreshing water H20... I'm actually in the Medical Center and I wanted something cold to drink. I don't EVER want to take for granted the fact that some other countries don't have the free resources of water. So I'm very grateful for it resource that we sometimes take for granted. Until then let's be humble for something we have ready at our fingertips.

This place is walking distance from work and I just love that. You can order a online and pick up at store to avoid the long lines. This morning I got here early and there's was little to no line, which is nice. I did have a Starbucks card that I wants able to upload to my app and Alvin was a gentleman and helped me upload it. The only complaint is that the wait times are a bit long. My coffee and croissant did not come out at the same time, maybe a 5 min difference. This place is clean and fully stocked every time I go. Staff is nice however and it is close, so I will be returning.

I am not a Starbucks addict. In fact, if they all fell off the face of the planet, I probably wouldn't even notice. So, why do I love this place? The staff! This is the happiest Starbucks in the world. Even when the line is long and patrons are becoming huffy and impatient, the baristas remain cheerful, singing, cracking jokes, calling you by name (or better yet "beautiful" or "gorgeous"), and turning your sour, tired look into a smile. FYI: This Starbucks is NOT open on weekends, which is tremendously disappointing when you are on call or visiting a patient.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. All the cups in this pic are drinks waiting to be made. Extremely slow

We all ordered different milks -- whole, skim, coconut, and oat -- and they were able to accommodate all of us! I really liked my iced latte, which was rich without being overly floral or sweet. The pastries were also a hit, including the lemon poppy muffin, cherry turnover, chocolate croissant, and the spinach, mushroom, and cheese danish. The outside of this coffee shop and apothecary doesn't exactly have curb appeal, but the inside is bright, clean, and stylish, combining sleek lines with softer botanical elements to create a welcoming space. The barista was... indifferent at best, borderline unfriendly at worst. We did ask a couple questions that seemed to irritate her, but we were the only people in there, so we weren't holding up a line or anything. It was a bummer to feel unwelcome, but we were getting the coffee and pastries to go regardless, so it didn't ruin our breakfast.

However not good enough to make up for the drinks (main purpose of coming to a coffee shop). The place itself is busy. While it had a private parking lot, it was packed so we found street parking. The inside is a bit chaotic and noisy so not the best work/study option either. Limited plug ins from what I could tell as well. The baristas/servers are so friendly, and the shop truly feels homey. Perfection for studying, with inside ample tables/chairs with nearby outlets as well as some comfy chairs and a couch. There's also a cute covered outside area which I'm sure I'll experience post summer time. They have a few yummy looking food options at a great price point - including tamales and baked pastries. I picked the chicken tamale as a light lunch - I got the most delicious chicken tamale I've had thus far, served with kettle crinkle chips and a tamale sauce to dip. There are many coffee/non coffee options. I opted for the iced horchata latte - agree with prior reviewers that this is delish. It is not too sweet and a great blend of vanilla and cinnamon that masks the espresso.
