Super sweet staff and a great place to chill and work. There are lots of seating options here WITH outlets available to keep your laptop or other electronics powered up. Today I ordered a large iced vanilla latte for myself and a small strawberry smoothie for my kiddo! No complaints from either one of Us. Our drinks tasted great and the experience was pleasant. I was able to send some emails on the free WiFi available and my kiddo played her iPad. The place wasn't too crowded, most people ordered drinks to go or used the drive thru option. The overall design and wall art was creative and fun! I will definitely come back! Happy Yelping.

Love the inviting fresh coffee smell every morning. For some strange reason Yelp was showing that the they will open at 9 am as against 6 am, but I went anyway and it Was open Tried the Irish Cream Breve and loved it. You have two options- hot or cold and I got the hot. Suger and cream comes added like the name kinda suggests and its really good. Service as always is fast and friendly and Ambiance that early in the morning with some nice songs playing, really puts u in a good mood.

One of my favorite Pearland Yelpers (Tiffany J) frequents this spot alot, so naturally, we had to have a coffee hangout here at some point. We came on a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty empty. I did notice the drive thru stayed busy throughout our visit. The inside is nice and modern with plenty of seating. There are a few small tables and two large community style seating areas. I saw a table playing board games, not sure if they got it there. The music was on point, almost felt like I was in the club! I've only visited one of their other locations and ordered the hot Caramel Blondie. I had just came from a pretty rich lunch and wanted something sweet and dessert like, so they suggested a blended Caramel Blondie. I'm not usually a frappe kind of guy, but this drink was everything I was hoping for. It was just the right amount of sweet for me and was perfectly blended without and chunks of ice. The mix of caramel and white mocha was delicious and very satisfying. They have a nice variety of drinks like hot or cold coffees, teas, chillers, energy drinks and so on. They also have small amount of pastries as well. Overall, great spot that I can see myself coming back to!

Descent coffee shop in pearland. The store was understaffed and caused longer wait times. The store is very nice and hip. It's a cool and clean place to chill or grab a coffee to go.

TL;DR: I absolutely love this place! I'm so excited that my favorite coffee chain is in Pearland! I have been looking forward to this store opening for the past two weeks. I knew it was going to be crazy on opening day, especially when they posted on IG that they were serving free drinks all day so I was prepared to wait. They had fun upbeat music playing and the atmosphere was buzzing. My default drink is the Iced Caramel Blondie. It's so freaking good! I've also had the Summer Blondie (new seasonal drink), Mexican Mocha, Horchata (seasonal), Blackout, and the Caramel Truffle. The Blackout and the Caramel Truffle have chocolate milk which is an interesting twist. You can definitely tell that it's chocolate milk. All of the drinks that I have tried have been really good, but nothing beats the Caramel Blondie. I've never had a hot drink, coffeeless drink, or any of the chillers...until today. I'm such a creature of habit, but I decided to try the Caramel Blondie Chiller since it was free! It was so good, especially in this heat! It tasted just like the Iced Carmel Blondie Latte. One thing I love about Black Rock is consistency! The drinks always taste the same and the staff is always so nice! I've been to three locations around Houston and one in Austin and the drinks and service have been consistent every single time. The drive thru was crazy long, but the staff seemed to have it pretty organized. I had already planned to go inside so I could check out the décor. They have cool murals on the walls and the light fixtures and subway tile are similar to the location in Clear Lake. There's a good amount of tables inside, but I don't recall seeing any outdoor seating. It was sensory overload though so I may have overlooked it. The line was long, but it went by relatively quick. It took about 15 minutes from the time I got in line until the time my drink was ready. They have a bunch of special offers for opening week. I am looking forward to triple points this Sunday (6/19/22). You can get a free drink for every 1000 points earned. Each purchase is worth 100 points, so you basically get a free drink after 10 purchases. The parking lot is a decent size. They are still doing construction on the shopping complex, so we'll see if parking becomes an issue once all of the businesses are open. They are located directly across the street from Starbucks which is pretty bold of them to do! Well played, Black Rock. Well. Played.

It's a beautiful day to open up the whole wall.

Definitely a solid spot in the arsenal of Pearland's offerings. I've been here a few times since opening to let it sink in a bit. The drinks are good, nothing too memorable has crossed my path. I would best describe the decor as similar to a modern teahouse vibe. I LOVE that they have a garage door that they open when the weather is nice. I'm about the outdoors. Seating is good enough during the day, but beware when school is out, the students take it over. WiFi seemed solid, and the staff are always friendly. I'll definitely be back as our options are limited on my side of Pearland for coffee. Looking forward to seeing how some of their seasonals might change. Updates to come.

I love that they have a drive thru window! I went inside for my drink to ask a million questions and really check out the menu. I love the inside area! A lot of space for people to come have coffee and chat. With this place being so close to the high school, I wonder how packed this place will be when school is in season. I ordered the Caramel Blondie, size large for about 6 bucks. The drink came with 4 shots. The drink wasn't that great, definitely not worth $6. The coffee beans just didn't do it for me. This is a cute place for people to hang out, just not drink coffee .

I placed an order through the drive through the other morning. The coffee was a bit on the sweeter side. I think next time I'll try something along the lines of cold brew. The service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and professional. I didn't get a chance to go inside but I will the next time I go. I think maybe I just got the wrong item. I saw they serve local baked goods. So it's worth giving it another shot and updating my review.

They are open for business. This place looks really cool, giant muraals cover some walls with sputnik style lights all over, lots of barn wood on some walls. My wife got a great frozen blended thingy while I enjoyed a hot cappuccino. I'll post a plethora of pics for your enjoyment. I bought a bag of whole beans and they were very good, I don't know if it's normal procedure but there's no roast date on the bag.

We had their grand opening on our calendar for a while, so we've been excited to try this. Showed up at around 11 and the place is packed, but they have the system down! The line moved quick and drinks came out about as fast. They were definitely prepared for the rush. Staff are super friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the menu. The place is kind of trendy. Music is kind of loud for a coffeeshop, but maybe this is just for opening, which is fair enough. As for the drinks, we tried a few options - the mai thai fuel, the chai latte, and coconut mocha. None of them came out how we asked. All is forgiven as it's the first day and they are working through a lot of people, so it was pretty clear all the drinks were premade and they were just grabbing what was available. But it would have been really nice to be told we wouldn't be able to customize anything or told ... something. Instead, the fuel showed up with ice and real sugar instead of the opposite, the chai latte came frozen/blended instead of hot with almond milk, and the coconut mocha was just a normal mocha. Still, the drinks were pretty decent (just brace yourself for a big sugar hit) and I was happy with how smoothly things ran, but I hope they will have some opportunities to make their menu really shine by taking into account individual orders going forward.

Vibe- This is another cute and cozy coffee shop to come to study, work, or just hang out with friends over coffee! There's some seating outside and plenty inside. I love the colorful paintings on the wall and the light fixtures are so cute! Customer service- Great! Food/drinks- I ordered a matcha latte on my very first visit and it was tasty. Parking- There's parking in the lot and also a drive thru too!

New coffee spot! They have a drive thru and it was very well organized. Lines were long but it went by pretty quick. Caramel Blondie with extra whip - delicious, needs to be blended more but still good. Could be because they were busy. Caramel Truffle extra caramel - normally I get extra caramel but beware it's pretty sweet so next time I will get it without the extra caramel. Overall it's good and more places to chose from for coffee. We will be back to try some more.

Love the Portland vibe!!

Around the store are aesthetically pleasing simple wooden tables and wooden stools for seating. In one corner is a big table with more stools around it if you are in a bigger group. Priced competitively, I got myself their signature Hazelnut Macchiato , the other order was a oatmilk Latte. Really liked my cold coffee, it was not too sweet exactly how I requested. Really appreciated her asking me that the coffee would be very sweet and if that was ok with me, I said not too sweet and she ensured that it was what I wanted... I forgot to get her name though ( :( ).... Service took a while considering she was only one handling everything and there was a steady flow of ppl though most were to-go. Luce carries a huge choice in merchandise as well. Besides the Hojicha tea, the one that caught my attention was the pink kettle. It was simply adorable. Its an electric tea kettle with a long spout so once your tea is infused with whatever u want it too, u don't have to strain it, the long small mouthed spout with ensure only tea comes out. The small eat includes croissants, muffins etc. Great place. Loved it. Definitely will visit again.

R&B Tea - Pearland is a great addition to the area! I love how convenient it is coming here instead…read moreof the busy Bellaire location. Walking in, this R&B Tea is cool because it's connected to CrunCheese which is a Korean corn dog place. There's a good amount of tables and seating. As far as drinks goes, I love almost all of them honestly. I will say R&B tea is more expensive than most other tapioca shops, but there's a higher quality here too. My favorite drinks are taro stormy, Thai tea stormy, avocado stormy, Hawaiian fruit tea, mango or passion fruit green tea, and so much more. It just depends on the mood I'm in. The boba itself is always consistently the right texture too so that's a plus. Overall, R&B tea might be my favorite boba shop in the Pearland area. Their high quality is consistent and that's what keeps me coming back. Cheers!

They serve food at r&b tea now, and ordered some to try. My child doesn't drink any of the drinks off the menu, I requested cup of water, they told me it's 50 cents... I said that's fine, because I get it cost of material. Then I was told sorry they don't offer cup of water, I need to buy bottle of water. Only the Korean hotdog restaurant crunchcheese (the station next to them) is who sells water by a cup. I get the separate entities, but R&B food was cooked in Cruncheese kitchen! Make it make sense. It's just water that had to be so complicated. I specifically requested no spice, plain. They seasoned the popcorn chicken and said will it be bland if we don't seasoned it. My child won't eat the spice because they see the color it's red means spicy to them. They kept arguing with me it will be bland, I'm aware it will be that is why I requested no spice. Save your time & money got to Teahouse they can accommodate your popcorn chicken seasoning,

Parking is easy in their complimentary lot. Ambiance (5/5): I've been to a lot of bubble tea spots in my life. Most of them are very similar. They're small. There's limited seating. Minimalistic. Rose Tea House flips the script. It's spacious. They even have an outdoor patio. There's plenty of seating. Including quite a few comfortable sofas. Which makes for a great spot to study or do some work. Service (4/5): While service isn't a big part of the experience, everything went smoothly. Like most boba places, you order at the counter and they call your name when your order is ready. You can customize your ice level, sweetness level, and mix-ins (boba, jelly, etc.). Food (N/A): I only ordered a drink but they do have food if you're looking to munch on something. Mostly pastries and sweets, including teddy bear shaped madeleines. You read that right lol. Drinks (5/5): Pretty much your standard assortment of teas, slushes, and milk teas. I went with the pineapple green tea with crystal boba, less ice, and less sweet. Some good bubble tea and boba.
