This is your typical Starbucks with the normal offerings. Folks here are generally helpful and friendly. I have been here in the morning to make a quick grab of drink and food, in the afternoon for a pick-me-up, and in the evening to work and study. Generally comfortable inside. Outside tables are nice when the weather is good, although sometimes the smokers don't alway respect the non smoking signs. Drive thru can be hit-or-miss for me. Sometimes great and other times clueless. Major downside for this place is the corner location: it can be hard to enter and leave from either entrance, and parking can be area premium sometimes. Be careful and plan you trip here accordingly; don't be one of those people who try to take shortcuts for their own benefit and either cause an accident or cut others off. I normally go through the drive-thru for my morning coffee. The only reason I don't go inside is because I normally have my toddler in her carseat and I don't want to take her out. I would not recommend using the drive-thru at this location if you are in a hurry. My average wait time is ten to fifteen minutes. This past weekend when I ordered my normal grande pike with 2% milk I waited twenty minutes only to get to the window and find out they were out of pike. Before I could complain the barista informed me I could have a grande dark roast for free. Every time I have been inside this location it has been super clean. The employees are always very friendly. The parking here can be difficult at time depending what time of the day you visit. read more

This Starbucks is probably the worst I have been to in terms of service and quality. Wait...actually there is no service. Here i am, buying my friend a 7$ drink and they couldnt care less about making it right. Of course, one can make fun of people who order their drinks to exact specifications ....but hello...thats why we are paying 7$$ for a coffee...rather than like 99-cents in McDonalds. Several things happened: 1. The dude who took the order didnt even bother to listen and just rang up the bill. He overcharged three of us (since we had the same drinks in Lufkin, TX and paid 3$ less). While my friends were out in the car, dude suddenly realizes he forgot the specifications and tries to conjure up his own. (in the meanwhile, I am watching and laughing at this torture). 2. The dudette who makes the drink doesnt listen to the dude who takes our money and gives her weird specifications for the drinks. She further conjures up her own specifications for everything. I was watching her make the drink all wrong. Then, my friends come back and explain that this is wrong. The dudette then says "oh you want it sweeter?...let me pour some caramel all over your cup" Then, handed us the drinks without blinking an eyelid. 3. Even more funny....a guy is trying to get a drink for his kiddo. The kid has some "specifications". Of course, they dont make it the way the kid wants it. And the guy mutters under his breath "this is the case every time I buy a drink here". So folks, if you can avoid this outlet and go to another location, you might actually be able to drink what you want. If you do want mental torture (due to having to drink something you didnt want or dream of), and you want to pay lots more for what you never wanted in the first place, then, please please visit ASAP. read more

By far the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. I came in at 1pm, it's was slow and no one was cleaning. The floors were filthy, the cream station hadn't been cleaned all day. The half and half container had crusted milk all over it, the entry mat hadn't been cleaned. The entire store was completely filthy. No way I will come back to this location. I really like this Starbucks! I come here often for work meetings or just to snag a drink if I'm in the area. The staff is super friendly and always quick to take your order, even if they are busy. Also- they always get my drink right. I ask for "a splash of 1/2 & 1/2". Most locations give me a white coffee, but this place understands what a splash is. The seating in this location is ample, they have a large community table along with smaller tables and outdoor seating. Depending on how busy they are it can be hard to get a seat. My one complaint is the parking lot! If it's full, you are having to get back out onto 518 or Hwy 3 and it's a mess trying to swing back around. There is a restaurant next door but I feel bad parking over there. Wish they could make this lot a little bigger since they get so much traffic here! The drive in, it's quicker and less stressful since you don't have to park! I'll continue to visit this location! read more

Perhaps next time I will simply light a five dollar bill on fire instead of having another coffee at this Starbucks location. My experience consisted of very slow service during a quiet time despite four visible Starbucks employees. The latte I ordered even tasted a bit off. Came to this location for the 1st time and it will be my last. Cashier either was in training and not ready to be alone or just didn't care. When I asked for my scones to be heated up I was told they aren't allowed to do that yet EVERY location I've been to before has gladly heated them up for me without any issues. Aggravating to get in and out of this place. I'm unsure if it's just been my luck, but nearly every time I order from here, there's an issue. At one visit, I was told that they were out of coconut milk. Like, what the? Please stock milk, you sell coffee, for crying out loud. The two times I've been here, it's been a hit or miss. Getting in and out of this location sucks because it's situated on the corner of two busy streets. This Starbucks was the best by far In the area a year ago when I moved from California, I literally live behind this place so it's super convenient for me to stop by every morning before work. I don't know what's going on with this location lately. The customer service today was unacceptable. I ordered my drink in the drive through, took 30 minutes to receive a coffee I didn't order. The coffee was not even a finished product and was handed to me. I go home to get my mask just to come back and go inside to explain my drink was made completely wrong. I explained that this drink was not finished nor what I ordered and The barista responded with "oh i know" which took me by surprise. Then proceeded with a negative attitude after I asked her to throw the coffee away and then the African American barista was extremely rude and asking me to step away from the coffee bar. I felt they were upset because I asked them to make the drink that ordered and paid for. I will not return nor recommend this location to anyone. I'll stick to the one on NASA. read more
