I rather sit and wait instead of standing in line. If you go with friends and family, line goes faster. We drove around 25 minutes to get here and definitely worth the drive. Perks: We just received a free drink for our birthday. We also stopped by another time to get a free bandana for our dog. Other deals they show on their app. Parking and seating: Plenty of parking available. There are also outdoor seating available. She was most helpful when asking about what's her go-to. She wished me a happy birthday and I pulled around to the window. Then I was greeted by Lorelei at the window, and she was just as awesome. Two lanes open, but you still wait until the last car passes in the other line before proceeding to your drink. They get one star for misleading customers to believe they have two lanes open. They have one person taking orders from both lines which makes it very confusing for customers. There is no direction for the flow of lines. No excuse, I don't care if all those people only followed the train in one line, when clearly they have two lines open, one attendant, so the wait time is extremely long and it is totally confusing about waiting in their two lines that are clearly open, but is totally unorganized. So this was my mother and I's first time. It was not very welcoming at all. Upon arrival there were not many people in line at all, just 2 cars ahead of us. Once it was our turn we tried to inform the ladies that we were next. Well, the young lady that refused to help us was very rude and condescending. She was also very dismissive and automatically resorted to having to speak with a manger. I spoke with the manager and informed her, that the employee was very rude and dismissive. The situation should have been handled more appropriately. Instead of trying to help assistant, the employee ran inside of the building. Having been to the locations in Deer Park, and La Porte...this one is the closest to me and my least favorite. Everyone is always nice, but the drinks are subpar. I'm a sucker for the Cocomo and as of late, when I've ordered from here there is no coconut flavor nor chocolate flavor. I went through drive through so not much to say about ambiance but they had a 2 lane and went by pretty quick even when they were halfway full. When i saw we were FINALLY getting a Dutch bros in this area i was excited. We know have so many cool places to choose from without having to drive far. But boy was my excitement about to fade. I've now been to this location 4 times since they've opened and each time i regret it more and more. First 2 times i gave them grace for being slow and taking their time since it's new , you sometimes have to let new places learn. But it's been maybe a month or longer of them opening and this location is slower than watching a dog pass that hasn't seen their owner yet. There should be no reason yes wait in line for 20 minutes to get to the window and our drinks still not be made. The menu isn't huge and this isn't Starbucks where people do tik tok things so it should be easy. The whole purpose of a Dutch bros is for them to be fast . I have been to plenty of other locations where the line could be wrapped around the building and i get to the window and the person hands you your drink. But here that is not the case and this will be my last time coming. I don't know if yall need to hire more people or have them learn to make the coffee while it's being ordered but do something because yes yall get people now but as soon as people get tired of waiting 20 minutes for something they could get at Dunkin yall will be forced to close read more
