Amazing little coffee shop, very friendly staff, very detailed environment, EVERY chair has little cushions, EVERY chair has little things on the legs to keep from scraping the floor, most tables had an outlet nearby. And beautiful relaxing classical music playing. The coldbrew was bold but not bitter, the dumplings were yummy and everything was thoughtfully plated. And i got a coffee to go for my fiance and EVEN THE CUP was of impeccable quality. I also had a little chai spice chocolate which was rich and decadent but not too sweet at all. The restroom was in excellent condition and has a korean toilet with a seat warmer and bidet. The ONLY thing is that it was a bit slow of service but for the quality of service I dont mind at all. But worth mentioning if you are in a hurry. If i lived in the area i would come here weekly! 10/10 recommend. read more

This is a hidden gem! I was trying to look for other local coffee shops other than PRC and I found this. I walked in on an early morning and the whole place is empty. Could be because it's located in quite an obscure place? I got inside and a sweet lady greeted me. The whole place was so clean. I'm a coffee snob so I am curious what the quality of the coffee is gonna be like I picked a safe one - a hot latte. Man this thing is strong just the way I like it. There's some muffins on display, but there's no prices on it and I was tempted to pick one. But I held off since it's too early for some sugar buzz. The price is reasonable. They do only have one size though. But the quality of the coffee is superb. I'll come back again tomorrow for an espresso macchiato and maybe one of those muffins. I was a frequent customer (coming in about once a week to get food and do some work) here until one day I came in and sat for a moment when she came to my table and said I have to order something or leave. I went to the register to get a drink and she said I had to buy something for the other person for them to also stay. I'm in here often and with my partner sometimes and I've always purchased something . I felt embarrassed and ended up buying us both drinks and just packed up my stuff and left and getting them. This cafe is soo cute, very cozy, and very welcoming. It was speedy service and the drinks came out just 2 mins after ordering! The green tea lattes is a little too sweet for me, but it's very smooth and delicious. The red velvet cookie is sooo good. Not too sweet nor too bland. Scones aren't usually my thing but this scone was so airy and fluffy. Hidden gem in Friendswood for sure! I have lived in the area for years, and always heard about this place, but never took the time to check it out. This is seriously one of the best, if not the best kept secret of Friendswood. I needed a new study spot to get some work done, and Heritage Cafe was perfect. Solid wifi, plenty of tables/chairs, quiet yet not too quiet with the background piano music, and plenty of tea, coffee, and snacks to choose from. The owner was really sweet, and friendly. You could tell she puts a lot of effort and time into this shop. She made my golden milk tea with tapioca perfectly. Strong tea taste, right amount of creaminess, not too sweet, and consistently soft tapioca. This place make tapioca better than most places in the Bellaire part of Houston. I will honestly be a regular here from now on for studying. This place needs to stay in business because it truly is a hidden gem of Friendswood. I am honest to say that the drinks and ambiance is very nice but the service and impatience from the manager wasn't okay and didn't sit right to be treated like that as a customer. I and my partner sat down as we walked in because we were close to missing our meeting and we were going to order our drinks after we got off our meeting . but the manager decided to rush over to us in the middle of the meeting to ask us if we were going to order . So my partner went to order, I didn't want anything yet but my partner comes back to tell me the manager stated that I would need to order something aswelll . Like are you kidding .. really?!? Since the pandemic I have found my new and true place. I contemplated coming back here but I came back in aug and I now started going 2-4 times a week!! They are practicing social distancing very well here! The owner is so nice and welcoming and does her very best to keep the place clean. I really have enjoyed my time coming here. It's mostly quiet and calming, the perfect place to study and ( in my case) working on my digital art and a little bit of gaming. I like the background music that is played, very soothing. The service has been exceptionally great and the recommendations have been spot on. I have ordered the hibiscus berry tea, which is my favorite so far and the peach tea. The macarons are very delicious, I personally love their chocolate, tiramisu, and peppermint white chocolate macarons. There is plenty of seating and you are able to get the Wi-Fi at the front when you come in for your order. My friend tried it out as well and she loved it. Why 5 stars? Because the cold brew could not have been smoother. --- --- --- I came here in need of a pick-me-up, and predictably ordered a cold brew, black. The cold brew is ideal. It was as smooth as I could possibly hope for. A+ aka 5-stars. And I couldn't leave here without trying a treat, so I went with a chocolate/peanut butter cookie. It was also excellent. I drove by this little plaza approximately 4,852 times as a kid. The only problems are that I didn't drink coffee back then and Heritage Cafe didn't exist in the early aughts. This is my second time here and I love to come and study at this spot. They play soft piano music and kdramas on the tv. I got a London fog, a tiramisu, and earl grey macaroon. They were all so good!
