Reviews can be tough because we are all looking for something different when we walk into a particular place. So I will start by saying, if you are looking for a quick coffee to go, this is a 4.5 star spot. Cold brew isn't anything out of this world, but it's good, there's a variety of sizes, and you can get it quick. If you are looking for a place to sit and write or work out just plan on sticking around to chat with a friend, this is not it. At least not the day i was there and for a few reasons: There are not many food options. There is a very loud bell that goes off each time the door opens. And the building has a strange smell in my opinion. Of course, the amount of times the door dinged proves that the establishment stays busy, so they must be doing several things right. The staff working that day was kind and the coffee choices were plentiful. So as mentioned, for a quick to go cup of joe- you've found a great spot. Plan on hanging around- keep looking. read more

A cute local coffee shop with coffee that packs a punch of flavor and treats that will fill you up. This coffee shop is on the smaller side, but that doesn't take away from how delicious their coffee tastes. Depending on which coffee you order, you could be looking at a really sweet coffee, or one that is just right. Is there really a difference between the two? The cashiers are always very sweet and understanding when we come in and take our time ordering. The place has plenty of coffee related decor and what makes it even cuter are the cow print chairs! They sell treats as well. The muffins are huge, but that isn't a bad thing. You want quick, go here. You want to sit and relax, also go here. 5 out of 5 stars, would recommend. read more

Such a cool, casual spot to grab coffee! They have different celebrity-inspired drinks from teas to coffees. They also have a drink of choice for each barista, which is so fun! I tried the truffle, iced. It was really good. I'd be interested to try their other barista drinks! read more

This is my favorite coffee shop in town. I moved nearby in September. I was relieved to discover this place was close to my new home. The staff are friendly and the coffee is delicious. Don't be fooled by the small menu posted. Ask the barista about specialty and seasonal drinks they can make. They have unique flavors. My favorite is the chocolate covered peanut. It's small, so don't expect many places to sit during COVID. They have precautions in place for social distancing and added safety. read more

This place wins for brining Santa Fe something it doesn't have ...a coffee shop a really good coffee shop located in the heart of Santa Fe off hey 6 this little gem sits with plenty of hot / cold coffee options to chose from as well as smoothies ... I went there with my wife and was a amazed for a country town they had drinks we are used to like latte /cappuccino/ fraps etc I got the electric chair I think it's called with sugar free Carmel and woah does it beat Starbucks and all the big players it had so much flavor with out being overly saturated with the Carmel flavor I could taste the coffee and the price was really good too my wife got the Carmel Mac (I can't spell it ) it was really good and creamy still able to taste more of the coffee then just sweetness all in all I applaud this place for bringing this town something it's never had before and recommend you take the drive and try it out read more

Great coffee, questionable staff. One employee in particular, a short haired girl with a glum disposition, has hindered my opinion of this otherwise pleasant coffee shop. Each time that I've visited this establishment since its recent opening, this employee's disinterest in customer communication has been overwhelmingly apparent. I find this to be very disappointing because this connection, in my opinion, is the 2nd most important thing for a small town business, next to the quality of its product. read more

My experience was awful. Associate never smiled and barely greated me. I asked for an American or americano coffee. Even though it was on the menu, she looked at me like I was from another planet. I then asked what she had She said a Pecan coffee or Brazilian (I think). I said, ok I'll take the Pecan, the other is too strong. Of course, she made the other. Instead of very strong, it was incredibly watered down. And not hot , just warm. She never said another word to me. When the coffee was ready, she put it on the counter and walked away to help another customer. No eye contact, no have a good day... Nothing. Maybe the Santa Fe Chamber knows something I don't know, since they just gave this establishment their company of the month award. I will not return. Very disappointing. read more

The owner is amazing and super nice! Unfortunately they are always out of this or that to make what I order. My wife and I had though we had found a great coffee shop till our drinks started tasting different. Mentioned it to the owner and she happily explain they started using half the amount of an ingredient due to customers complaining. Would love to see a little bit more consistency with this place and it would be over the top. I went by Mugshots Coffee Bar on my birthday last week to use a birthday coupon they had e-mailed out and they were so nice! The owner had laryngitis but still talked to me about the shop, their reward programs, etc. They will even bring coffee out to the car if you can't go in. You can tell she is excited about her business and is looking for ways to continually grow. In addition to the coffee, they had some adorable decorated cookies that we picked up as a gift for a friend. I am excited to have such an awesome local coffee shop in our area! read more

Meh. I tried to give this place a second shot. I was SO SO excited to have a locally owned and operated coffee shop that was on my way to work. I saw all their yummy looking concoctions they posted on FB. The first time I went, I ordered a latte and got my daughter a hot chocolate. My latte seemed watered down and didn't taste great but my daughter was enjoying her hot chocolate so we stayed and drank our drinks. I stopped in last week because I saw some new fun looking drinks on their FB page. First of all, when I walked in there was one person making drinks and a line to the door. When I got up to the counter the girl was not friendly AT ALL and even interrupted me while I was ordering to talk to a "friend" that had just wanted in. I brushed it off because I could tell that she was super flustered and busy. Then, when I asked her what was in the ugly christmas sweater latte she looked at me like I was speaking a different language and so I showed her the FB post. She was like "oh uhhhh matcha" and started ringing it up. I was already late for work at this point and the line was growing so I was like whatever and went ahead and got it. What a waste of $5. It was not good. Like not even a little and it was super watered down. Took 25min from the time I walked in til I got my drink. I do not think I will give them a 3rd chance. Not only is the customer service lacking but so are the drinks. Pretty disappointed because I was so excited for them! read more

I've been here twice. I was so excited that a small coffee shop was opening near my house, and I'm all about supporting LOCAL small businesses. I went in shortly after they opened, and the experience was...awkward. I'm not sure why, but no one really talked to me, hardly any eye contact, and when I was standing around waiting on my coffee and when I was leaving, the girls working there were giving me judgy eyes. It was a weird experience but I chalked it up to first couple weeks being open, maybe they were nervous. No worries, I stopped in a second time a few weeks ago. Still not much in the way of conversation from anyone who worked there, they made my coffee and the girl handed it to me without a word. The coffee was barely warm, and the large felt more like a medium. It was $6.50 for some artificial flavor and Luke warm coffee. I wanted so bad to have a new coffee shop to go to but I'll stick to making my own at home. read more
