I hardly ever drink coffee these days and consider myself more of an herbal tea person, but the iced coffee drinks at Scooter's really interested me. One day, while visiting a deconstructed outdoor mall in Pearland, I decided to give Scooter's a try. The drive would be kind of long from my home, but once you're actually in Pearland, it doesn't take long to drive down Broadway. Ordering in the drive thru was easy, and the cashier working the window was very friendly with a great disposition. She cheerfully answered any questions. I ordered a Caramelicious Creme Cold Brew with sugar free caramel sauce and whipped creme. I appreciated the fact it was not overly sweet as some iced drinks can be. It's easier to savor coffee when you get more of the coffee flavor, as I experienced when drinking a cup of Café Bustelo coffee elsewhere recently. In addition to the coffee, I also purchased a maple waffle, which is a breakfast sandwich consisting of the waffle with sausage, egg and cheese. It was really delicious and filling. Drove by so many times and finally stopped in! The coffee was absolutely delicious, service was excellent, and as a bonus, they gave my dog a puppaccino. :) Love the coffee places that notice a dog and offer them a special treat too. The only downfall was the location and how it's situated. We didn't run into any line or issues at the time we went, but I imagine the busier times of day are a nightmare there. There isn't enough room for a long line and it looks like it'd get backed up easily as the exit is on a busier side road. read more

I've always driven past but never ordered, until I saw an ad on their instagram for BOGO free drinks. The staff are very nice and try to help you make a decision when ordering; such as giving suggestions and asking what you may like. I ordered an iced matcha and a smoothie. The smoothie was ok, but the iced matcha was kinda bad. It is nowhere near as green as what they show on their website/instagram. It's all milk. But looking at their instagram, they have frequent discount days, so I may order something different another time. This first impression has been very underwhelming quality wise. read more

Edit to add: I called the location and they offer pup cups! She could have rang me up for a pup cup. This was my second time trying Scooter's coffee. I have been a long time Starbucks customer. My recent visit was disappointing. I ordered a Caramelicious. My toddler saw drinks with whipped cream on the menu and just wanted some whipped cream. I asked for a small amount of whipped cream in a cup. The person taking my order said she could not give me that because there was no way of ringing it up in her POS system. As an alternative I offered to have her ring me up for a kids smoothie (that comes with already comes with whipped cream) and leave out the smoothie. She said she absolutely could not do that. Her tone was quite rude. I left angry due to the poor customer service and rude responses with a toddler in the back seat crying. This is the last time I'll visit Scooter's. read more

Such a fun experience to do the drive thru here with the candy land themed decors, menu and drinks. We got a kids snack box, which comes with 2 sugar cookies and a cotton candy smoothie, all packed in a cute festive box, our kiddo loved it. Coffee is great, if you like the sweet ones. read more

Finally tried out Scooters. I don't ask for much. Give me cream instead of milk and give me a sugar free option. Scooters gave me more than 1 sugar free option. Hooray! Vanilla, caramel, hazelnut and mocha. I'm typically limited to vanilla or no flavor. With their variety, I was able to get an iced sugar free mocha latte made with heavy cream. I'm a very happy lady and my latte is delicious. Most, if not all of the drinks can be served hot, or cold on ice or blended. Excellent service as well and super quick & convenient drive thru. I typically make my coffee at home but I'll definitely return to Scooters for the occasional pick me up. No clue about the ambiance because it is drive thru only. read more

I used to go here all the time in Nebraska and and i'm so glad they have some here in houston because their coffee beats every other place i've been to. This place is affordable and soo underrated. Stopped here for a early evening pick me up My husband ordered the iced maple bourbon latte & I asked for the Autumn Caramel Crunch as a cold brew. The lady was super nice & told me she would make it for me even though it's not on the menu as a cold brew. My husband is so so about the Maple Latte- he drank it all for sure but it's absolutely its name- a syrup-y taste over alcohol vibes without the alcohol, obviously. I don't like it at all but I don't like ANY alcohol so that makes sense. He rates it a 3.5 out of 5. My cold brew is one of the best drinks I've ever had. (I am a massive coffee snob) I personally am not a huge mocha fan so this thing having hazelnut, caramel & vanilla piqued my interest and I was SO right. It's so so so so good. Easy 5/5 stars. There's cinnamon on top of the cold foam and it's a great addition to the drink. I'm sure it would be equally as good as the latte version. I'm a huge fan of Dutch Bros and this place definitely has those vibes. High quality tasting brews and fun flavors. I have watched this coffee shop being built over the last year or so and I finally got to try them out. I didn't look over their menu fully as I was just in the market for a coffee but a quick glance showed sandwiches, muffins and such. (Considering how small the building is, I was surprised they offer more than just coffee drinks.) I ordered a medium black coffee and was asked to "Scoot around to the window." Hahahah. Clever. The girl at the window was friendly. I was shocked that there were like 6 or 7 people inside the tiniest shop ever. The coffee was good but HOT HOT HOT. Like, melt your face, surface of the sun temperature. It literally took 20 minutes before I could comfortably drink it. To cool it faster, I had to take the lid off and pray I didn't hit a pot hole in the road. I like my coffee hot, don't get me wrong... it was just undrinkable for awhile. AND, the cup was too hot to hold with my apparently delicate fingers. I should have ordered it "double cupped". Was surprised it didn't have a sleeve on it. Scooter's opened up about a month ago and there's always a line every time I drive by. I received some coupons in the mail and luckily didn't throw them away. When I got there, the line was almost wrapped around the building, but the service is quick so it does move. I had browsed the menu online but still had questions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered a medium iced flavored latte with toffee nut syrup. I asked about milk (default is 2% but they do have skim, whole, and dairy alternatives like oat and coconut) and decided to stick with 2%. When I got to the window, the staff was so nice and chatty. With my coupon, my drink was just under $3 though I did notice that the toffee syrup add in was an extra 60 cents. The drink was really good and not super sweet which was nice. I paid with a card and realized there is no way to add tip. They do have a cup that you can put cash in but I didn't have any cash on me. One of the employees gave me a card with information about the app. If you download it, you get a coupon for $2 off any drink. I still have two more coupons that I got in the mail that I need to use so I will definitely be taking advantage of the discounts! They do have food and there was a sign that said that they serve breakfast all day. They also have other non coffee drinks like tea and smoothies. I've given this place two tries. Once on opening day and a second time a few weeks ago. The drive thru is pretty big and spacious so that's nice and the workers are very friendly. However, the coffee is disgusting. I've ordered a regular vanilla latte , a frozen Frappuccino type thing, and a turtle latte. It all tastes the same...nasty. The coffee tastes like it's fake like not genuine coffee like artificial coffee flavoring. I don't like it. The time I had the turtle latte it tasted like chocolate milk. I feel like I gave this place ample tries and overall I just don't like it. Nice customer service though. Oh I forgot to mention, they are a bit on the pricey side. It kinda stinks to buy a pricey coffee and you don't like it. All in all, good luck read more

Unfortunately their mobile order process doesn't make sense , they may have decent drinks but their process is terrible. So I placed a mobile order and there is 2 ways to get in the drive up ...1) going all around through drive thru and using the speaker 2) going straight to the window ( there is literally cones guiding you ) there was a car in front of me and he either placed his order or picked up a mobile order but they took care of him. Pearlanders, specifically from the east side have been waiting on this spot to open for awhile. This looks to be the third one in the greater Houston area. I waited a few days to check it out, but the line was still wrapped around the building. That being said, we were in and out in no time. It is a drive through only establishment so they know how to turn out orders quickly and efficiently. It was so fast, I barely had time to peruse the menu so I asked for suggestions. I wanted something on the sweet side and was pointed in the direction of the Iced Caramelicious. This same drink is available hot and also as a blender. I believe all their coffee drinks are offered in a variety of ways. They also have smoothies, teas and food. They trump Starbucks hands down! read more

We tried out scooters this weekend. I ordered a cold brew coffee with toffee nut and cream. The cold brew I'm my cup looked like ice tea and my drink had zero coffee flavor. It really tasted like watered down milk. My wife got a carmelicious blender which tasted better than what I got. Drive thru attendant was friendly. Maybe the cold brew is different than what I'm used to? Not sure what happened with my drink. Wouldn't recommend. read more

My cold brew was literally the color of snow because I asked for a splash of heavy cream they literally dumped a whole bucket in there.I asked her if she could fix that, she had an attitude, then found that my sandwich (I had asked for NO bacon because I have an allergy) had bacon in it. She was just going to take it off then hand it back to me. When I asked her what I was charged for she then told me about the extra frappe... after already charging me.
