Super cute tea house in P land lat services up unique drinks and tasty pastries. They offer wifi and have a robust indoor seating space and a small patio space outside. The decor is really cute and welcoming. I tried the horchata latte and it wasn't too sweet but definitely need a taste bit more cinnamon. The barista was friendly and offered up sone suggestions. This definitely a place I come back to try out more of the beverages on the menu. read more

After having lunch at Nishiki, we stopped by Rose Tea House. This relatively new boba shop is located in a small shopping center right off of 288, close to Costco. Parking is easy in their complimentary lot. Ambiance (5/5): I've been to a lot of bubble tea spots in my life. Most of them are very similar. They're small. There's limited seating. Minimalistic. Rose Tea House flips the script. It's spacious. They even have an outdoor patio. There's plenty of seating. Including quite a few comfortable sofas. Which makes for a great spot to study or do some work. Service (4/5): While service isn't a big part of the experience, everything went smoothly. Like most boba places, you order at the counter and they call your name when your order is ready. You can customize your ice level, sweetness level, and mix-ins (boba, jelly, etc.). Food (N/A): I only ordered a drink but they do have food if you're looking to munch on something. Mostly pastries and sweets, including teddy bear shaped madeleines. You read that right lol. Drinks (5/5): Pretty much your standard assortment of teas, slushes, and milk teas. I went with the pineapple green tea with crystal boba, less ice, and less sweet. Some good bubble tea and boba. If I lived close by, Rose Tea House would be part of the regular rotation. The best bubble tea/boba spot I've ever been to. read more

I really like the layout of this tea shop. I would say it is more of a cozy cafe to lounge in. You can definitely get some work done here or just relax. There's tables, couches, patio seating outside, and a long table like you'd see in a conference room. They have pastries, cookies, and desserts which is a bonus to this place. Standard tea selections you'd find at a typical boba shop. I did try the jasmine tea with tapioca. It wasn't bad or anything just a basic tea. I just really liked the vibe here.. service was good can't complain about it. Overall, give this place a shot. read more

Do not go to this store. The Asian server. Mary is incredibly racist. I sat down there just like any other customer and she kept harassing me in the middle of my meeting to order something. I was the only one she was harassing. I told her to give me a second that I'm in a meeting but she kept harassing me in my distressed state. I've been meaning to try out Rose Tea House and I love it! The vibe is roomy and cozy and overall a great place to study as they have comfy seating and plenty of outlets. The staff was friendly. Today I got a rose milk tea with half ice, 20% sugar, and added boba. The drink came in a nice quality cup and the drink was refreshing, not too sweet either. Great study spot in Pearland! The space itself is great, lots of room, very comfy chairs, and different types of setups: the long table with *cushioned* benches(!), and regular round tables and rectangular tables, both with sofas(!!!). The ceilings are VERY high, so you don't feel cramped at all. Good amount of outlets, and a good variety of drinks to choose from. Friendly staff. Probably one of the best boba study spots in Houston. Would definitely come here again if we're in the area. read more

This was an unexpected find while running errands in Pearland. I didn't know this was a boba place at first but it was so cute, I had to check it out. When you first walk in, it's very well lit and had a clean aesthetic to it. It's nestled in a small shopping center, so parking was a breeze. There's plenty of seating whether you want to bring your laptop and check some emails, or sit and socialize with your group of friends. The staff were very friendly. They were quick to acknowledge us and brought our drinks directly to us when they were ready. We went out to the patio and sat down and there was plenty of space to enjoy some fresh air. I ordered the mango fruit tea with crystal boba and my boyfriend ordered the strawberry fruit tea with mango jelly. We both ordered with light ice and half sweet. It was the right amount of sweetness for my taste and I'm known to have a sweet tooth so consider adjusting the sweetness if that's not your vibe. They had pastries available and while we didn't purchase any, they looked delicious. They even had Madeline cookies in the shape of bears which i thought was super cute! If you're going to own a business - take the time to familiarize yourself with American customer service standards. My granddaughter ordered a black milk tea drink . After we placed the order (before they started making it) We asked to switch it to the mango drink, which was less expensive . the woman helping us (who did not speak very much English) gave us a really hard time and said that she couldn't because she already tore open the packaging for the teabag. We weren't asking for a refund. We were willing to pay the higher price, just switch the drink and basically we were told no. and my granddaughter was disappointed. We won't come back here. I'd rather give my business to places that prioritize the customer service experience.. read more

Wow, this tea house is beautiful! Out of all the boba shops I've visited, this one easily reigns superior in terms of aesthetics and design. Another win for Pearland. Bring a laptop, a book, or a soft spoken friend; this is the place to be for a peaceful environment. My passionfruit tea ($5) with boba ($0.75) tasted refreshing and extremely light on sweetness. I normally opt for 50% sugar on all fruit and milk teas, but I can comfortably recommend going for the full sweetness on this one. I can't think of any other establishment that sells fruit tea this cheap (let alone a fancy looking one). They sell baked goods as well. West Pearland's explosion in Asian culture over the years is truly impressive. I'm jealous that it's happening just as soon as I move out. read more

A new peaceful cafe/study spot. I got a FRENCH TOAST ICE LATTE. It was nice but I'd wanna try a different drink the next time I come. They serve various teas, boba, & dessert/pastries. I enjoyed the lofi style instrumental music they played. When I came it wasn't too busy so it was easy to find a spot & get the productivity rolling. The WIFI was a little SPOTTY for me at first. I had to keep refreshing my webpage for it to finally connect. Their brown coaches were comfy but for a short girlie like me I kept sinking into the seat. I couldn't reach my laptop so I opted for one of the normal chairs instead. I sat at the two sitter next to the glass wall looking out to the outdoor patio. It was a vibe however there wasn't an outlet near this table. I don't believe the long communal table had outlets either but if you sit next to the wall then there's plenty. They had some board games, playing cards, books, & even a printer. I also loved the green tile that they used in the bathroom. Rose Tea House will definitely be a repeater. This was a pleasant surprise for me down in the Pearland area. I wanted boba after doing some errands and exploring a new part of town. From the outside, I did not expect a sorta upscale vibe from this boba shop but was pleasantly surprised. They have a very nice patio area and I could definitely see it being a nice spot to sit and relax (granted its a little close to a larger road/freeway). There's def lots of space inside to work or study as well though so there are options. You order at the counter and we were actually brought our drinks as we sat and waited rather than having out names called. I got the grapefruit tea with boba and enjoyed their boba. It had a nice chew and subtle flavor. The grapefruit tea itself was also really good, nice pieces of grapefruit and good tea flavor. There was a bit of pith and seeds in my tea which wasn't the most pleasant but at least I know they use real fruit! read more

This place is so cute. It's a great place - aesthetic wise especially - to just hang with friends, play games, or study and get work done. The service was really fast, and usually for boba places you to have go up to pick up your order at the counter, but they actually brought our order to us at the table like we were at a restaurant, which was really nice. There's a bunch of different seating options, but the couches in the back were super comfy. I got the rose milk tea with boba and rose foam, and it was solid. I've definitely had better milk teas, but I liked that the rose flavor wasn't too overpowering and that the boba was super soft. read more

This place feels like the RH of coffee/boba/dessert shops! It has an upscale and aesthetic interior. They do have free WiFi so it is a great place to chill or study. I'm so happy to have found a nice working spot right here in Pearland! They opened right around new years time so it is very new and everything is very clean. I saw that they have an A grade for their inspection of safety and cleanliness. I have been on the hunt to find a place that has good rose green tea and I think I've found it! They have an amazing rose lychee tea as well! The rose milk tea is also great! If you are into sour flavors, the hibiscus tea is also a great option. I also enjoyed the mango green tea as well. For all of my drinks, I got regular boba with half ice. In my opinion, even if you say half ice, they end up putting a lot of ice and adding hot tea on it to make the ice melt. So I guess even with the half ice option, you are still getting a somewhat watered down drink. The drink still tastes great though so I guess I'm letting that slide. There is an another boba place in the same shopping plaza, but rose tea house definitely provides higher quality drinks, so my pick is definitely rose tea house if you are looking for high quality drinks for a reasonable price. read more

Had a great visit here! I ordered a matcha latte and a rose milk tea with boba. The drinks were easily enjoyable but I do think it could be better. The matcha was a little weak. The boba was fantastic though! They were super firm, more so than anywhere else I've ever been to. Some ppl might actually consider it a bit undercooked although subjectively I did love it. The boba was also clearly sweetened with honey, which I appreciate. They also have an assortment of cakes. Neither the snacks nor the drinks are too sweet, despite what they may look like. The interior is modern but not too sterile, and very clean. There's a good amount of work area, and has space for both large groups and small ones, which is a nice touch! Amazing atmosphere, clean and beautiful in every way. Staff was helpful and friendly, food was fast, and when one dessert was not working for me, they quickly fixed it and even gave both my friend and I a little gelato as a thank you for letting them fix it. Best tea shop I've been to in Houston area so far. I'll be back for lots of writing days in the future! read more

I tried a new boba shop that opened in pearland called Rose Tea House. The inside is nicely decorated and has great study vibes. Their menu consists of many pure teas, coffees, fruit teas, and a small milk tea selection. I tried both the rose milk tea and the organic earl grey tea. The rose milk tea had a really floral and light rose flavor, but wasn't anything worth remembering. They also put a heckkk ton of ice in the drink. I came back another time for the earl grey tea and it was actually pretty good. It had an aromatic and slightly bitter taste with a good amount of sweetness. I got less ice but it was still way too much to me, I think it diluted my drink a lot causing it to lose some of its flavor. My friends really liked their coffees so that may be the move here, especially if you're studying. read more

Best study space in the pearland area by far. Great seating and access to plugs. The tables are at a good height. Only negative is that some days it has a pretty large Highschool crowd that can make it noisy but generally it's great. Also their teas always come out perfectly hot and I like their options of percentage of sweetness read more

I've been to Rose Tea House twice already and so far it's been great! The cafe is a great place to study, spacious, and quiet. We got the rose tea and a couple of other milk teas and they were decent. Staff were nice and the place was nice & clean. Only thing is that when we ordered the cake it was a bit stale and not as fresh. read more

The drinks are good, you can always get a hot or cold drink and they have so many choices but not so many that it's overwhelming. There are also games to choose from which is super nice , makes it a place you can go just for family time , not to expensive. The music is super calming they play and amazing sound . The service is amazing, always attentive, and ive never met a mean peroan who worked there , they check on you and are super kind , they bring drinks and food to table . The lights aren't to bright either so they dont hurt your eyes and the temperature is cold enough to have a blanket but not freezing , it's nice and cozy , and they usually have a door open from the outside seating part so you get fresh air and have the option to sit outside. Fantastic milk tea shop with desserts and fair prices. Taro milk tea is one of our faves in the city. Highlights include the taro milk tea and black milk tea, and we really enjoyed the oreo cheese souffle cake. Line moves pretty quickly and the staff is friendly. Vibe is chill and they have good board games too like Carcassonne. read more

Parking is a bit tough because the lot across and nearby is almost always full, but if you are going in to grab something, you could probably park right infront of the store for a couple of minds to just grab the cupcakes and go. Rose Tea House is one of my favorite spots for an iced vanilla latte! Their lattes are always smooth and sweet with still a strong taste of espresso, which I enjoy. The atmosphere is cozy, calm and classy, with plenty of comfortable seating with couches and natural light through large windows. I come here to study and get work done, and it's nice that they play calm jazz here to create a great work environment. The tables are spacious and they are regularly kept clean each time people come and go. The baristas here are friendly and attentive, and they are always kind even when an order is accidentally made wrong. Even though coffee is my go-to order here, Rose Tea House has an extensive menu that includes boba drinks, teas, and other food items as well. I enjoy returning here often, and I look forward to the next time I stop by! read more

I've been to several ROSE TEA HOUSE locations and I'm impressed by the quality and experience they deliver every single time. Whether it's a new spot or a familiar one, the standard of their drinks never disappoints. On my recent visit, I ordered Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba, and as always, it was perfect.
