As always the food is very delicious. We keep coming back. You have to order at the counter and the staff is always professional and friendly. They've just opened so it's pretty quiet in here now. Lots of to go orders. Love this place

After eating bbq, I wanted something sweet. I drove by and saw Paris Banh Mi restaurant. I couldn't resist. When I walked in, I was surprised to see the huge interior with counter order and lots of seating. I thought they were closing. I wasn't the only customer here. There were frequent online order pick ups coming in while I was there. I ordered a chocolate covered pastry (I was too tired to read the label) and 2 scoops of ice cream (cashier couldn't understand my accent). I asked for green tea and red beans. I got 2 cups of green tea and strawberry. Yeah whatever. Ice cream had too much gar gum and it tasted very funny. Again, I don't eat much ice cream. These tasted ok to me. They are just okay.

My friends brought me to one of their favorite banh mi places, Paris banh mi in pearland. We all got their bánh mì thịt nướng (grilled pork). The grilled pork was really good, the pork was tender and it had good flavor. The bread was soft and didn't stab my mouth. I will say they could've filled it more in comparison to some other places.

Taro Milk Tea with Cheese foam

Although I didn't get a chance to try the food here I loved the cute and cozy vibes! I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with Cheese Foam and I have to say the Taro here wasn't too sweet (just to my liking), the cheese foam was the perfect texture and saltiness and the overall consistency of my drink was the perfect amount of creamy! It felt like a very Mom & Pop shop and honestly the pricing for the food was a lot cheaper than most Banh Mi/Boba spots. Service was quick and they had a lot of seating on site. They also had a variety of pastries, snacks, desserts, food, and drink options! I would definitely come back here to try something else and write another review on the food!

Banh Mi Thit Nuong (Grilled Pork Sandwich)

Paris Banh Mi is an amazing spot to grab a quick banh mi with quality meat, refreshing vegetables, and fresh-baked bread. The grilled pork in this sandwich was outstanding with a savory and very slight smokey flavor. There isn't much of a lemongrass flavor on the meat however but the pickled vegetables add a satisfying tang. The bread here is phenomenal. I would say that a lot of other Vietnamese place nail the meat and vegetables but the bread here really stands out. The baguette is crispy, airy, and both soft and crunchy. My banh mi came out very quickly and the place wasn't busy when I went, the price for the sandwich was fair also. I will definitely revisit Paris Banh Mi when I'm around the area. 9/10!

The first time I came here I ordered a Chicken Bahn Mi, it was very flavorful and a good size for a quick lunch. The atmosphere was casual and had a Paris theme, there is also an area where they sell snacks and pastries. Service has always been good however one occasion the cashier seemed a bit annoyed and not pleasant. Other than that I would recommend going for a quick and tasty bite!

    Pate Chaud
    Mel N.

This is a really cute banh mi shop that also serves boba and some ice cream. Everything is fresh. The pate chaud was delicious and had lots of meat filling, and the outer pastry was soft and buttery. The banh mi was soft and chewy, with a good amount of meat and vegetable filling. I do wish there was more butter and pate inside. The croissant sandwiches are great, just wondering if it's supposed to come with a whole croissant or just half of one? Because mine came with the bottom piece of a croissant and that's it lol. Portion sizes are not bad. The sandwiches are skinnier than your normal banh mi but they're like a foot long. Service is hit or miss, with some issues with communication during ordering. However, the lady making all the banh mi orders in the back is the sweetest! If you do want your banh mi a little more crispy or toasted, I suggest putting them in the airfryer or toaster oven for about 2-3 minutes.

Staff was super friendly and store front was spacious, they took our order and had it out in less than 10 minutes. We ordered the special banh mi, croissants and pho. Food was great but in my opinion the croissant was a bit pricey but it's worth to try. I've had their banh mi multiple times at family gatherings but never fresh out the kitchen. The bread was soft, flavorful & cuts of meat fresh. I do recommend their banh mi, will have to come back and try the rest of their selection of banh mi. This place ROCKS! I'm a Vietnamese food addict! Specially with Pho and Banh Mi, this place excels on Both! They told me they're supposedly known for their sandwiches but let me tell you this PHO is nothing short of amazing! Rich in flavor and well seasoned and prepared. Made a quick stop while doing errands, didn't know it even existed, Google brought it to my life and it arrived to stay! Had the Tofu Banh Mi and it was simply excellent, the treatment they do to their dry Tofu just blew my mind, had to ask twice if they were sure they didn't mess my order because the tofu looks, feels and taste like beef! It was delicious! Also had the beef pho #1 (no meatballs, I'm not a big fan of those) and it was potently good! The level I sensed from the broth made me order an additional small cup of the vegan one just because and it didn't disappoint, very intense and rich flavor that feels healthy though, I couldn't detect that excessive harmful seasoning some places due to bring their broth to live. Guy at the front was enthusiastic to explain every single detail on their preparation for their dishes. Needless to say I love this place ! Give them 8.5 of 10.

    Bánh Mì Gà Xé

Next stop on the Bánh Mì express I've been on is in Paris. Paris Bánh Mì to be exact. Although, two completely different types of sandwiches, I found it interesting that it's right next to a Jersey Mike's. My first impression of the restaurant was that it is exceptionally clean and organized. It was not very busy when I went in and it was really laid back and quiet with soft music playing. I took my time looking around the baked goods displayed as well as the snacks that were on the shelves. After browsing for a bit, I decided to order. I ordered a bánh mì chay (vegetarian) and bánh mì gà xé (shredded chicken). I also ordered a ca phê sữa đá and a few pastries. Just keep in mind that chay (veggie) doesn't necessarily mean tofu, which I incorrectly assumed. I was totally fooled by the veggie based "meat" in the bánh mì chay. After staring at it for a bit, I asked the owner, I believe ( she was definitely in charge) about it. In my broken tiếng việt and with the assistance of another worker, I asked her about the meat because I assumed it would be tofu. She explained that it was plant based and I dug in. I want to thank her for being so patient and gracious with my questions. I appreciate good, engaging service. It tasted great. I was surprised to see that the bánh mì was thinner but longer than most I've had before. The bread was not as crispy as I personally prefer but it still had a good flavor and texture. The veggies tasted fresh and the veggie "meat" tasted good. The bánh mì gà xé was also good. The shredded chicken had a good texture and was not too dry. The bánh mì and veggies tasted fresh too. The ca phê sữa đá was very good and surprisingly large. It tasted very good and wasn't too sweet. I really enjoyed it. The pastries were very good as well. I can see that by everything from the decoration of the restaurant and the packaging of the food that Paris Bánh Mì is a very professional establishment with good food and great service. I cannot wait to return and try some more food here.

Though it's not my favorite boba tea place, having an internationally established chain such as KFT answers Pearland's increasing calls for Asian cuisine/desserts. Also, I never knew that KFT offered lactaid options for lactose intolerant individuals! Way to be considerate. I shared the thai, kung fu, and taro milk tea among friends. They preferred the regular sweetness level, which all tasted overwhelmingly sweet for me. Unless you're a sugar fanatic, I recommend opting for 1/2 sweetness. The thai and kungfu tea tasted decent but lacked an aspect of authenticity; I suspect that I had merely been distracted by how excessively sugary they were. That was certainly the case for the taro milk tea, which contained so little taro flavor that I had mistaken it for a classic milk tea. I'm back in town for several months so I'll likely give this place another shot at my preferred sugar level at some point. This location in particular functions more as a to-go shop. On any given day, the amount of foot traffic will likely exceed the comfortable seating capacity inside (~4 people). However, you can find several larger tables immediately outside and the shop sits adjacent to an open pavilion.
