We always visit the location in Pearland because it's closer but we were told that their Beamer location was just as good if not better so we gave it a shot. We normally order Vermicelli bowls but decided to try something new. We ordered their Orange Chicken and Special stir fried egg noodles and they were absolutely delicious and extremely flavorful. The pictures don't do it justice because we had already started eating when we remembered to take pictures. The service was welcoming and we actually liked the vibe much better at this location than the Pearland location. Nothing negative but just that the Pearland location is a bit more darker, Beamer is more open and much more brighter. Surprisingly the Thai tea tasted much better here than their other location. We will definitely be making the drive to go back. It was definitely worth the extra drive. read more

My parents live nearby and like this place. I've been to the Pasadena location, which I think is better. I placed an online order through Door Dash. I've noticed that some restaurant's prices are much higher when ordering through Door Dash even for pick up. So, always check before you place your order. The online order was simple and the order ready as promised. The food and quality here were mediocre about 6/10. The portion and price 7/10. I ordered shrimp spring rolls, nothing special just plain shrimp and the chicken & grilled pork banh mi sandwiches, and shrimp & the special stir fry egg noodles. I was in this part of town not too long ago and wanted to have some pho. I decided to check this place out because it had decent reviews. I was so disappointed because this was literally one of the worst pho I've had in my life. The broth was both bland but also off-tasting, and the flavors tasted nothing like pho. They completely used the wrong spices and seasonings, and it actually tasted like a different noodle soup than pho. I grew up eating pho most of my life, and I've tried pho from different regions of Vietnam, and this was just really not it. I also had the grilled shrimp rice platter with extra egg cake, and it was also not good at all. The shrimps were bland, and the egg cake was dry and falling apart. My husband and I used to love coming to eat here, I always get the Char-Grilled Pork with Vermicelli bowl and my husband would get the pho. We used to come quite often but since they raised their prices, it's gotten more expensive.... we don't eat there as much now. Went here to try the banh bot chien bc craving. It was pretty good! I wished the sauce was a little more vinegar-y. There was no black vinegar on the table so I just used the chili oil to spice it up. They have really good chili oil! It's not spicy...but the oil is fragrant so that was nice. This is a decent spot for pho it's not the best and it's not the worse. I love coming here on Tuesday since you get a free chai tea with your purchase of $7+(if I'm not mistaken.) This is one of my favorite local places to satisfy viet food cravings! Their menu has variety from more authentic Vietnamese food to popular American dishes like chinese orange chicken. I've been coming here for years and commend the cooks for being consistent and serving up good portion sizes. Here's a summary of my experience: Food: Fresh, inexpensive, and tasty. Their banh bot chien is so yummy and comes with a little side of radish and carrot for a bit of freshness. The rice platters and vermicelli bowls are good too. The pho broth is a bit weak and not fatty enough for me, but that's just my personal preference - your mileage may vary! Crawfish special: SO GOOD!! Honestly better than cajun craven. They're seasoned with garlic and butter and quite clean. They were a good size for the beginning of the season, too. I got them for $7.99/lb before peak season (Feb 2019). 2lb is the minimum purchase. Drinks: Tuesdays = free thai tea per $7 purchase! My partner and I ordered ~$25 worth of food and we were able to get one thai tea for each of us. It's really good and not at all bitter. Their boba and smoothie drinks are also surprisingly good for a restaurant. I recommend their taro root smoothie if you have a sweet tooth. Atmosphere: Casual and comfortable! The floor can be a bit dirty and some may consider the service to be neglectful, but I sort of like it that way - no frills. We visited Pho Vi-Vi after finding it on Door Dash. I saw that it was under 2 miles away and was irritated that deShaking Beef with Broken Rice livery was going to take 45 minutes. I called my order in ahead of time, the gentleman that work here are very patient and answered all of my questions politely. We enjoyed a meatless pho, Vietnamese egg rolls, shrimp fried rice, Shaking Beef with Broken Rice, and Char-siu BBQ Pork Sandwich. Everything was absolutely delicious, and while writing this review I am pondering when I will have time this week to drive over there because it was just that good.
