I stopped in with four friends during the afternoon on a Friday. Delicious drinks, lots of options, including a lemonade drink that one of our friends enjoys even though they don't like boba. The lady who took our order was extremely nice and quick and helpful. The vibe is very much "small local business who spruces up the place" so I recommend stopping in to support. We were excited to see another boba shop pop up in this area. When I lived on this side of town, boba places were few and far between. Now there's plenty of options nearby. What's good about this spot is that they have snacks- from Korean hotdogs to chicken wings. I just imagined my younger self hanging out here pretending to study/get work done just so I can buy snacks/boba multiple times throughout the day. The guy at the counter was friendly and enthusiastic, and our drinks came out fast despite them being busy. As far as drinks go - they have your basic boba options from milk teas to fresh fruit teas. We got their winter melon tea which was not the best but wasn't bad, and their fruit tea was very good and I'd definitely get that their again. Tea Time is the best tapioca shop in the Clear Lake Webster area hands down. Nice shop, friendly workers, decent amount of seating, and consistently great tapioca drinks. I don't know how I heard about this place months late after their grand opening. I would have came sooner if I knew this was in the area. They bring Houston Bellaire level boba drinks to southeast Houston so thank you for saving me the drive! As far as drinks goes, I've had their ube creme brulee fantasy and milk tea creme brulee boba. I always get my drinks 50% sweetness level and less ice. Both drinks were spot on. Great flavor, not too sweet, soft chewy tapioca, and just overall well made. They have food here too as well like chicken, dumplings, egg rolls, etc. I tried their spicy korean buldak chicken with cheese, not bad but portion was a little small. It was pretty quiet here during the day so I got some work done on my laptop, but they only had 2 outlets that I saw. Regardless I'll come back to try the rest of their drinks and food. Free WiFi. Boba tastes fresh every time I order it. Also this place serves Korean style shaved snow (bingsu) - I wish they use a lot more mango to make it worth the price. It only covered the top in one layer. One thing that's annoying is that the pearl milk tea is 60 cents more on the menu than the classic milk tea, but my drink was charged as classic milk tea + 75 cents boba topping. They're often sold out of certain foods like the bahn mi or Korean cheese buldak. I'd imagine those are pretty popular too. We've been here twice and they have not disappointed! It's a cute little shop, their teas are very good, different flavors to choose from, as well as toppings. They also have snacks such as Korean corn dogs, dumplings, Vietnamese Sanwiches, chicken wings, and eggrolls. Their seating has to be one of the best set ups I've seen at a boba shop, they have a couple of benches on the side walls with a small side table when you walk in, high seats along their windows, and about two to three tables along the left side of their shop. They also have a small bookshelf with a couple board games that is available, it seems a lot of people come here to enjoy their boba and get some work done on their laptops. It really is a nice little social spot when you're trying to have a solo get away or have a get together with just a couple of friends. I've tried their Passion Fruit Green Tea with Aloe Vera, Ube Creme Brulee Fantasy, Coffee Creamer with Coffee Jelly, and Vietnamese Coffee. Honestly I enjoyed them all, the Ube Creme Brulee Fantasy is a taro smoothie with egg custard tapioca, I personally liked their Vietnamese coffee more than their Coffee Creamer, mainly because it was a much stronger coffee taste and their Coffee Creamer was too rich for me and a lot sweeter for my liking. read more

Opened recently in the Clear Lake area. We went on Grand Opening Day to try them out. The place is clean with cute boba plushies decorated all over the store--great photo ops. There's even two huge bubble tea figurines at the store- definitely make a great instagrammable picture. They have a great selection of tea choices from your traditional milk tea to fruit tea to slushies. We ordered a mix of everything to test them out. The only complaint on the spot was that, they were very reluctant to make changes to the sugar level. I had to be persistent to get the level of sweetness that I usually get elsewhere. The perk of the day was the "free" boba plushies after a certain required purchase. Service was still very slow and they don't have a reward system in place. I am always excited to try new boba places. My husband and I came by after having a late lunch. First, I'm always interested to see if the boba place is owned by Chinese or Korean or Vietnamese owners, or etc. I was surprised to see Korean corn dogs advertised as a special, in addition to Vietnamese coffee...and as we entered, we were greeted by Itzy and Seventeen playing through the speakers. Korean, I thought. I ordered a regular black milk tea with boba, half ice and regular sugar. My husband got the brown sugar boba milk crème brûlée (also half ice and regular sugar). There were several staff members there (I think they spoke Vietnamese with each other), and the drinks came out promptly. The milk tea is... very tea-heavy. It leaves a bitter aftertaste. The boba is chewy, so if you like that, then this place is for you. The brown sugar boba milk crème brûlée is delicious. Very very milky and creamy. My problem with this place is how much ice they put in their drinks. The ice cubes are huge and--even though we asked for 50% ice (the lowest you can get)--the majority of the cup was still ice. Their prices are on the lower end, so maybe that's why they put so much ice in the drinks. Anyway, the store is very cute and clean. The service is friendly and prompt.
