We wanted to be in and out, and we usually are until today. I asked about the waffle and the lady said it's almost ready, takes 4 minutes to cook. Okayyyyy then why have we been waiting 30+? They said they started the order late because the PoS wouldn't print receipts, but good customer service means starting the order, not making your customers wait. One guy looked like he was confused and the lady kept running to hide in the back.

A coffee you'd normally find yourself sipping through a conversation can just easily be chugged down seeing how thin it was. I'm not even going to give them a hard time of what kind of coffee was used either since every location has their preference. I'm only talking about it's overall richness.
