    Thai Milk Tea
    Kayla M.

Grabbed the Thai milk tea. It was delicious. Waiter was friendly and had a sense of humor. Space is small inside with limited seating, like a grab-and-go spot. There is seating outside but limited. Menu is quite extensive so ask for assistance where needed!

I've been going to Kung Fu Tea for some years now, but it seems like their drinks have gone down in quality. I got the Coconut Milk Tea and it didn't taste like how it usually does, almost tasted kinda watered down.

Keepin' it basic with a milk tea.

Located in the center of all things Pear, Kung Fu has never disappointed. I don't come here often, but the staff has always been super friendly, the service has always been quick, and my order has always come out as expected. What's not to like? The storefront itself is a small waiting area. Definitely not somewhere to post up for work, or in a group. Much more of a grab 'n go vibe. It is literally in the town square so you can't miss it. It's quite convenient if you're out and about shopping or wandering the city center area. Very clean, with a couple seats to hold you while you wait. Check 'em out.

The drinks are okay, not special for me to come back, service was nice, this shop is in the mall.

Its a cute little coffee- tea place with a twist right in Pearland Town Center. Their tea is called Kung Fu tea, and Kung Fu- according to a poster proudly displayed in their store, is ' purest form of self improvement and going beyond ones capabilities'... and they try to achieve that with every cup of tea served. I came in early morning into the Town Center and was looking for a decent cup of coffee to begin my day and found this place. They have 3 sizes for their drinks- medium , large and Hot, yes, hot is s standard size of drink here. They have many fancy varieties of tea including vegan. They also have something called a milk cap which is different flavors of tea made with heavy cream and lactose free milk ! I just wanted a hot coffee so i ordered hot cappuccino. It comes at a standard heat of 160degrees and a set size. It was perfect hot for me but a less sweet, i asked for sugar, they don't carry sugar sachets like usual shops, he jus added sugar to my cup- my recommendation would be to keep sugar sachets out or atleast keep them handy for am sure people drink with all sorts of sweetness in their coffee or tea. I also got myself a raspberry macaroon, they have soooo many displayed everywhere you just can't help getting tempted. It was cold and packed to carry as to go but i ate it right after my coffee and must say - for the cold temperature it was at i did not expect it to be so soft! It just melted in the mouth. While I was there I saw a fresh batch come into the store. Their teas or coffees have toppings to choose from, of course one of them being the bubbles. Should come back again sometime to try what they are known for - the various teas.

Read the reviews, trust the reviews . Against my better judgement, I decided to check them out due to the amazing drink I had 5 years ago. Current day, this place is TRASH! The lady that took my order couldn't explain the drinks properly. This coffee reminds me of gas station coffee! Gas station coffee taste better. Keep your money and go somewhere else.

Yay, I'm review #100 of the best KFT in HOU! And I bumped it back up to 4 stars overall (it deserves 5)! We'll start with a nice rap since this is the best KFT location possibly anywhere! It's been 10 minutes, and I'm DUE For another drink from Kung FU So now I'm going to rap for YOU And if it really sucks, just BOO So if you and your bf are THROUGH And you need something (someone) to DO Let me show you how my legend "GREW" And all my urban myths are TRUE Be glad your sister never KNEW What we did, or she'd want me TOO So do me like they do the DEW And I'll stick atop you like GLUE There is no taming of this SHREW I'll be the driver, you the SCREW You the river, me CANOE Or you can be Barbie's sexy SHOE Me Roger Daltrey, you the WHO You Chinatown Houston, me LOU Me dictator, you my COUP You Nepal, me KATHMANDU You 80s radio, me CUTTING CREW You a doctor's office, me the FLU You the Synagogue, me the JEW You the toilet, me the POO Wait, what Anyway Those boys will have to join the QUEUE And wait until I'm done with YOU You'll bounce like a KANGAROO Cause we're lovers, not fighters like FOO And when we're done (in a day or TWO) After I've made your kitty MEW And after I've finally WITHDREW Then it's time to go to Kung FU! WHAT Pearland location. Barbie witnessed an explosion here. Her sexy red Pleaser heels were blown off her feet. Now missing. Where did the Pair Land? Please advise. What to get: Lemon Black Tea With Tapioca! Also: get some amazing Puffles to go with our Bubble Teas. I'm feeling kung-ry. This is the best KFT location out of 10 in greater HOU. Great on every single occasion we've been in here. Tiny, but then so is your boyfriend, and you're still sort-of dating him, so. A little bit of a pain to get to, and park at, adjacent spots all reserved for X clinic and Y office, annoying AF because KFT-goers have to walk for awhile to get Boba. But maybe that's a good thing, since Boba isn't exactly healthy. So good that we'll literally drive miles out of our way, braving Houston traffic and the sh**ty construction on 288, or tolls of Belt 8, to get our beloved Lemon Black Tea here. We live by Montrose KFT, and are nightly within seconds Dun Huang KFT - yet we avoid both, and come here more often than Barbie in our bed. The bathroom is lovely, with Amazonian decor that really transports you out of the uber modern, clean, quiet ambiance of the Pearland Town Center. Hanging out here is comfy and fun despite the lack of chairs. I just wish they had more customers - it's usually just us, or thereabouts. The cute monkeys are, well, cute AF. Generally speaking, Kung Fu Tea scores 5, but the milk teas don't match up to the best chains: Sharetea, Gong Cha and Coco. But the Fruit Teas rock. Especially Lemon Black Tea which absolutely rocks my world. If it's not on the menu, demand it! Other fruit teas (Berry, Orange, Grapefruit) must also be ordered off-menu as Black Tea instead of the meh Green. I like Lemon Oolong too (hides). Every bit as good as the Lemon Black Tea, are the Egg Puffs aka Puffles aka Bubble Waffles. Adorably, they break them into single puffles and put them in a bag, so it's more like french fries or popcorn (who else does that?), but more impressively, they taste more moist, more flavourful, more pillowy, and more under-done (which is how they should be) and yet piping hot instead of lukewarm (which is an absolute must), so I'd say these are probably the very best Egg Puffs I've had anywhere. As good as the street ones in Chinatown Manhattan. Gong Cha Houston makes great ones too. But these are our #1. On our most recent trip to KFT Pearland I was able to talk to the owner for a while and he's super cool. We agree about the other locations, he has his head on straight, a really friendly guy. Now I just have to convince him to tell his new location (on I-10 inside 99 Ranch Spring Branch) to serve Lemon Black Tea as well, even though corporate is moronically, stupidly taking our drink (and KFT's best) off the menu. They still have all the ingredients needed, so it shouldn't be a huge issue. Yes, come here. This is one of the best locations anywhere and if you want to find out how good a Lemon Black Tea with boba can be than this is the place to get it. Now we'll finish with some more rap! So like Britney and Tinache, I made you OOH And now I'll introduce you to something NEW I'll give you yummy Boba to CHEW That defines a five-star REVIEW Lemon Black Tea's what I'll give to YOU It has a lot to LIVE UP TO But I know you'll share my POINT OF VIEW Like the 90's web you'll scream YAHOO Palestine will hear you louder then NETENYAHU Who's big on Google but not on YAHOO Crap I just double-used YAHOO Oh well, Altavista's dead, Excite TOO And no, my income tax returns aren't TRUE But like Joey said, that point is MOO So before we get audited by internal REVENUE Let's go and get Boba from KUNG FU! (And let me know please when you're period's DUE) WHAT

Coffee slush with red beans- no sugar
    Tracie B.

I searched Thai Coffee on yelp and this place popped up! Unfortunately they DO NOT have Thai coffee. We still ordered, though because there was really no place in the Pearland Area to get that. The guy at the register was so confused when I asked if they had Thai coffee. This place is clearly a Boba tea type establishment, which is fine. They did have a couple of coffee drinks to pick from, though. I got a coffee Slush with red beans with no sugar. It was watered down coffee that took forever to drink because it was mostly ice. The red beans were the best part of the whole trip. Red beans make just about anything better. I asked the guy which macaron was the best and he said the Dark chocolate was his favorite. I tried that one and it was pretty good, way better than the coffee slush I had. I also got a Lychee strawberry one and it tasted like perfume-y soap. Awful, like I washed my mouth out with soap. It had way too much Rose in it. Bleh. Whats kinda funny is that while we were there waiting for our drinks, someone else asked if they served Thai coffee. Maybe they should consider it!

Super friendly staff, quick service and delicious boba tea. The store is very clean and quiet. I love that they also sell all types of macarons and mochi ice cream here, and the choice of flavors is extensive! They also have bubble egg waffles, regular waffles, crepes, and some cool Asian snacks (shrimp chips, Pocky etc.) A great place to visit and satisfy your Asian snack cravings.

They have smoothies, teas, frappes and so much more . They carry a few snacks too. The avocado smoothie I chose was great. It only comes in large. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, but I was, it was good , and, it became dinner instead of a snack before dinner ... lol . There was no boba in it, guess smoothies don't come with boba, with the name Daboba one would think everything comes with boba right...does it justify the price ? am not sure. To eat- I got french fry, the only vegetarian option. It was hot off the stove and really good. I chose spicy sauce with it. Oh. ....not to forget, they have a little gaming station. The one where u pick stuffed toys using a lever and if u pick, its urs. Good attraction for kids. Freewifi is available. Pw is displayed at the counter.

I went to their Chinatown location before remember liking their Shooting Star drink. This location is in a small shopping strip that wasn't busy so parking was easy. I was the only customer when I walked in and both the employees behind the counter just stared at me without saying anything while I looked over the menu. I asked a few questions and got a few "I don't know"s and even a shoulder shrug. Must be the new standard for customer service. I ended up ordering the Roasted Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea. It looked good. Taste wise, it tasted like straight up milk. No taste of tea was present. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but I kept getting big bites of sugar when taking a sip. I was slightly off putting. The brown sugar boba inside was hard and not chewy and bouncy as it should be. Overall, I was not impressed with this location of Daboba. There are way too many options in the area for better service and better drinks.

Rose Tea House flips the script. It's spacious. They even have an outdoor patio. There's plenty of seating. Including quite a few comfortable sofas. Which makes for a great spot to study or do some work. Service (4/5): While service isn't a big part of the experience, everything went smoothly. Like most boba places, you order at the counter and they call your name when your order is ready. You can customize your ice level, sweetness level, and mix-ins (boba, jelly, etc.). Food (N/A): I only ordered a drink but they do have food if you're looking to munch on something. Mostly pastries and sweets, including teddy bear shaped madeleines. You read that right lol. Drinks (5/5): Pretty much your standard assortment of teas, slushes, and milk teas. I went with the pineapple green tea with crystal boba, less ice, and less sweet. Some good bubble tea and boba. If I lived close by, Rose Tea House would be part of the regular rotation. The best bubble tea/boba spot I've ever been to.

For appetizer, I ordered the Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken. It was crispy. The flavors of the Thai basils were almost nonexistent, and the flavor was not really there, compare to other places I had. The bowl of the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup was massive. Both my palms fit on top of the bowl! It came with green onions and bok choy on top. It traditionally comes with mustard greens, but this one didn't. The flavor for this noodle soup was spectacular! It does have mild spice level. Service was lovely.
