I guess a lot of the negative comments on here are due to the speed of the drive through but I was there in person on a weekend evening and it was actually a pleasant experience. I have to admit I was not crazy about the location because I remember how Greenspoint was "Gunspoint" but at the time I was there, I saw several officers getting a beverage and they also had security in the parking lot so either the place is safe now or it's so horrible that they need to have armed security at all time. read more

I don't mind waiting for my coffee specially if it's busy but at least try to make my drink right. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew the first time it was handed to me it didn't look like it usually does when I ordered it but I gd r it a try anyways. All I could taste was coffee and milk which is not what I ordered. I asked for it to be made again and when I received it again it was not what I ordered. I asked the barista where the actual foam was is it was just mixed in the drink she said " no I would never do that" in a very annoyed toned and proceeded to ask if she should remake it. I've been to this Starbucks multiple times and the service hasn't always been great, I always leave telling myself I should've followed my gut and driven somewhere farther for better service. Anyways today I figured service would be the same so I didn't expect much and wasn't surprised when I was in line for 5 without moving. It turned into 10 minutes and not moving. At this point I've already ordered and there's cars behind me. So the line moves one car. 10 more minutes. Line moves a car every 10 minutes. I finally get to the window and 3 minutes go by and no acknowledgement from the baristas. Guy finally comes window, with an attitude, and come on at least apologize for the extreme wait like any other drive thru service would normally do... takes my payment and there I am another 10 minutes waiting for my drink. A different guy comes hands me my drinks and says nothing. Horrible service that doesn't change. Don't expect great service when you come here. I had two hours between my boxing class and picking up my dad from the airport, so I had planned this Starbucks as a stop en route to the airport. My dad's flight got delayed by an hour and a half, so I was relieved, because that would give me some more time to work on an application to a school whose deadline is today. Lo and behold, the Starbucks is closed for renovation. You would think that this would warrant one star or no stars, given that I've never stepped inside this Starbucks. However, I can assure you that I have all the pertinent information to write this review. Drinks and customer service is standard across Starbucks, for the most part, so that's non-essential. This Starbucks managed to make it back from one star to three stars due to the following: --The wifi still works outside, even if cold (how do you think I'm writing this review?). -The chairs are going to be shinier than ever, in a rich mahogany shade. -I get to sniff the fumes. -Getting to see a man outside dressed in his tracksuit (c. early '90s) and momentarily wondering if he was a crackhead. The relief upon seeing a police car. The entertainment factor of seeing that man spray a tree. The relief at realizing he was spraying some things strung from a tree (parts for some chairs, I assume). -The men? They work hard. Some negatives: -I'm really cold. -There are only two outlet plugs outside. -The men? They're not hot. I've never had a bad experience at a single Starbucks, nor felt compelled to write a review on one since they're so well known. However, this location is terrible and I will never return. I asked for an grande iced soy vanilla latte with an extra shot of vanilla. I realize that's long, but the person taking my order repeated it back to me multiple times incorrectly and couldn't seem to grasp what I was saying. She was unprofessional and rude when asking me to repeat it. I also somehow managed to get charged over $5 for a grande when it normally costs less for the same order when I get a venti. I asked for a copy of my receipt and the barista acted like it was a huge inconvenience to get me one. She asked the manager to get her a receipt for a skinny vanilla latte, so I'm not even sure if the one I actually got was mine. There was barely any ice in my coffee and the taste was very bitter and flat. It definitely doesn't taste like regular Starbucks brewed coffee. This place is terrible! If you work around this area, get your coffee closer to home on the way to the office and avoid a terrible experience. read more

I love starbucks... I mean, I have a "gold card" because that's how often I go to one. However, this location have the worst staff ever! I swung by to order a traveler and two cappuccinos. I waited for 30 MINUTES for them to get my traveler ready. It was partly because they needed to brew another pot, and I was told to give them 6 minutes. First, the staff did not even bother to ask me which roast I wanted... he just filled up whatever for me. Second, instead of filling the traveler once the coffee was done brewing... they took orders for other customers, made their drinks, got their food. SERIOUSLY!?? Every morning, yes, EVERY morning, I go to Starbucks for a Grande No Foam Skinny Vanilla Latte. I used to love and boast about this location. It's close to work and used to be the fastest SB drive thru that I've ever been to, no matter how busy it was. Well, that has definitely changed. This has now become one of the slower SB's I've been to, and usually I worry whether they'll get my drink order right. If I order more than 1 drink, the chances of my drink being made wrong is about...80%. I wish they would step up their game. Get the drinks right and move a little faster. My morning schedule is timed perfectly for a quick SB stop (give or take an extra 5 minutes), any longer than the allotted time, and I'm screwed..late to work! read more

This Starbucks is ALWAYS busy so I expect a wait when I go there. I made a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving and stood in the restaurant for 20 minutes for my drink was ready. Truly one of the best locations I pass en route to the office. Make sure to stop in and see Bobbie on the Monday through Friday morning shift. She truly is the Coffee Whisperer that can help you make a decision if you are unsure or have no clue of what you want to drink. You just tell her if you want hot or cold, the size and then some of the flavors you like or enjoy. She then will whip you up something delicious and delectable which is great for people like me who are coffee ignorant. Unfortunately I not know the difference from a latte to an macchiato. This location is kept clean, the counter where you customize your coffee is kept clean and the cream containers are kept full along with the napkins. I had 15 minutes left to get back to work from my lunch break so I decided to go through the drive-thru and get something real quick. Big mistake as this was probably the world's slowest drive-thru in the world. I pull up to where you say your order but wasn't acknowledge for a couple of minutes. Then add a couple of more minutes for a simple coffee order to be handed to me. It didn't look like they were busy inside either since I didn't see a line. Took 15 minutes to make my mobile order because they forgot about me (had to ask what drink I ordered.) It was a simple tall caramel macchiato. Unfortunately for me it's also hot and they spilled it all over my hand, giving me painful burns. She then said she had to remake my drink. Ended up waiting around 20 minutes for a single drink. Horrible! This place is nasty and has the rudest employees that I have ever had to deal with. Not to mention the lack of following an order. I went not knowing that the company had a buy one get one on holiday selection. So i order heard the person in front of me and simply asked about it and she ran over it and said did i want it or what did i want. I told the order then it was all wrong i ordered one with whip and one with out they both came without and the didn't even taste good. Plus no toppings for the peppermint mocha fap....the rest room was dirty the handle on the sink was broken the toilet had this gross yellow ring inside. I'm not sure why PP are do down on this place, it's one of my favorite stores. I work at the BW & I stop here 5-6 times during the week. The manager is freaking awesome. She runs a tight ship & the staff is responsive. She has cobbled together a great team who works well together for the most part. There are rare occasions where service is a little disappointing but it's customer driven. By that I mean, consumers can suck. Seriously suck. The sense of entitlement that some of my brethren have is deplorable. The Starbucks set can be bad. We want our venti non-fat triple caramel macchiato upside down light foam stirred with extra caramel drizzle right every time, and we mean it!!!!! TL;DR - sometimes the baristas' bad mood has everything to do with the guy ahead you. But I digress... This store is clean, stocked & they are usually accurate. When they aren't? They fix it.
