I'm here almost everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. The usual staff is AMAZING, easy to talk with, makes good suggestions and ALWAYS get my apparently "difficult" drink right. I say it's difficult because when I go to a different location it's usually 3/4th's of the time wrong. Now.... Their seasonal staff. Not going to lie, there's a few rude ones that shouldn't be working with customers, if my drink is wrong don't try to tell me otherwise and give me a nasty look. I know what my drink is suppose to look like AND taste like. I'm ordering a drink that's mainly espresso and ice with a little dot of milk. It's a dark colored drink. Not suppose to look like a super light latte. I've also noticed when there's more seasonal staff on hand the coffee tends to taste burnt. It'd be 5 stars if it wasn't for some of their newer people. read more

Im really not a strabucks person at all but I have to make an effort to lift up this location in particular. For one this location has a patio area that opens to an exceptionally scenic foothills back drop. There was also one occasion when my father left his ipad in the bathroom and someone was kind enough to return it to lost and found and we retrieved the same day. We called in a few minutes before closing and the staff stayed an extra few minutes so we could pick it up. Very friendly staff. read more

I go to this Starbucks sometimes up to 4 times a week. Usually go through the Drive-thru in the mornings--which be prepared to wait...and also be prepared for rude people that will actually cut in the drive-thru line regardless of the fact that a huge line of cars that had already been waiting is behind them. I do also come in the afternoons sometimes... As far as the staff, I don't think I've ever encountered a problem with any of them. Very friendly staff and for the most part the orders come quick and correct. In exception to recently...not sure of the staff members name but in the morning there is someone that can't quite make a caramel macchiato correctly. Its always going to be a hit and miss of who makes your drink but this is the third time I've received a caramel macchiato made like this so...yeah :/ I can't even finish drinking it because it's so bad, but I work out of the area so turning around isn't always possible. Side note: if you live in the area of Glendora High School and at about 8 in the morning their parking lot is fairly empty, be prepared to find this Starbucks swamped with teenagers. If zero stars was option that's what I would have chosen. The cashier, seemed like she was in another universe. Took me over 5 minutes to place my order and over 15 minutes to receive it. She dropped my lemon bread on the floor picked it up and threw it in the bag and handed it to me. Also her pants were falling off and you could see her butt. Worst experience ever! As a Glendora native, I've been coming here since it opened and this location is always pristine. The service was so nice, and the drinks and food are always perfect. They have a drive thru, nice outdoor seating, and large indoor seating. read more

The Baristas are friendly and helpful, and are always keeping the store clean. However there is rarely a table available inside, during the afternoon. And the location seems to attract questionable characters, as someone was arrested there about a a couple weeks ago. read more

Ignore the people who want to review the location based off the drive thru. This isn't a fast food restaurant where there's pre made drinks sitting there. Yes the drive thru can take long but maybe you should just go inside if there's 6 cars in the drive thru since Fraps and expresso drinks can take time to make. The employees here are all super friendly and are happy to remake a drink if you don't like it. Always clean on the inside and if you order a drink and sit down they just bring it to you. read more

What a nightmare! Line stretching out the door, drive thru is 15 cars deep. All I want is a cup of coffee!

I've visited this Starbucks location several times. Each time it gets worse. First off a children's hot chocolate is usually $1.45 at all other Starbucks I have visited in the area. Charging me 10 cents less than a tall drink is ridiculous. Also, when I order a green tea latte (iced) I would expect that my drink would be green not a cup of milk with a thick layer of powder clumping up at the bottom of the cup. I understand that not all Starbucks 'shake' green tea drinks, but really I did not just spend $3.65 for a cup of milk with a hint of green tea powder....My most recent visit was was at 10pm on a Saturday night. I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered some hot chocolate and a morning bun. There was no one else in line. It was empty. I ordered and pulled up to the window. I was literally sitting there almost 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I was waving my debit card at the window in the hope that someone would take notice and at least charge me for my order. I finally was greeted, my card my charged and I received my order. I asked for a receipt. I never was given a receipt. I noticed the cups seemed large. I was right...I was charged for and received two grande drinks. On another occasion (also utilizing the drive thru) I was ordering some green tea. I happened to have a cup from a different Starbucks location that had also contained green tea. It was a disposable venti cold beverage drink with a green straw. I simply asked the Barista at the window if she could toss the empty container out. She said that she wasn't allowed to and instructed me to use an outside trash can. Now I'm sure her manager instructed her to say so. She was polite enough. However can you explain to me how this works? Say I park my car and order inside. I bring in the same used Starbucks cup and toss it out in an inside trash can. A Starbucks employee would be handling the trash bag when pitching the waste in a trash bin. Now I pull up to the drive thru and then toss the used cup in a trash can on the same piece of proper, a trash can that belongs to the same Starbucks. Guess what...a Starbucks employee still will be handling the trash can for which I dumped said cup. So if in fact this is a true policy for which Starbucks must follow I find it a fair deal ridiculous as if the trash I was handing her through the window was toxic or deadly it would be handled by the same employees inside or outside. Not to mention it was a Starbucks product. I guess they don't accept their own trash. Oh well! I could understand if I was handing her half eaten remains from a burger joint or a dirty diaper or something. Worst Starbucks in town. Well maybe the only one worse is the Azusa location located next to Stater Bros. that's another story completely. The ONLY Starbucks I recommend in Glendora is located inside an Alberstons Grocery Store. read more

So just came in 10mins before close and was greeted by Shannon who was so jolly and happy with good energy! Also was greeted by emily, kristy and their was another girl who was helping at drive thru. I came back again for the same drink. I came in to see Karla but she wasn't there but its okay, (: so i was explaining to shannon how karla my drink and she knew exactly what i wanted when i told her and it was amazing! Most Starbucks are quite similar to each other. I've been to a few Starbucks in Seattle and they're just a little bit different, but other than that, they're basically all the same. What makes this Starbucks worth 5 stars and being considered my favorite is that it's big and has many computer outlets. I'm a college student and I spend a lot of my time studying and doing homework with a computer. The roominess in this Starbucks is just great. Another thing that makes this Starbucks my favorite is that the all baristas are really friendly. They're all nice and welcoming. Also, the people here in the Glendora and San Dimas area are pretty nice in general too. It's a nice combination of service and community. read more

This sbux gets 4 stars because of my usual barista; she's always friendly without wasting my time, is fast, has only ever gotten my (ever-changing) order wrong once and was more than gracious and apologetic about fixing it. That being said, if it weren't for HER excellent customer service, I'd give this place 2 stars on a good day. The drive thru always seems like hell, and the employees working it seem more concerned with thanking you for choosing starbucks, this is kacey/joe/ whatever, I'll be your server-ing you than with actually listening to/taking your order. I know it's probably something they're required to do by corporate starbucks and enforced by their manager, but it's seriously annoying, and a waste of my time and theirs, which is probably why so many other sbux don't do it. Also, I'd kill for them to put out 2% at the sugar station. And a couple months ago, I got there just as they should have been opening their doors. They were doing opening prep, they were already taking and filling drive thru orders, a girl came running up to the door for her shift, obviously a couple minutes behind. The doors were locked. All of them. The girl walked up to the door I was standing by, tried it, ran over to the other doors, tried them, and had to bang to get someone's attention. At no point did she acknowledge me, even though she looked right at me. I thought maybe they were behind and had forgotten to unlock the doors, so I waited a minute, then knocked. At least 2 people looked up, saw me, then completely ignored me, didn't even make a just a minute motion. Keep in mind, this was after they should have been open, and at this point 2 other people were also waiting at the door. I walked over to the other door, closer to the register, to try to get someone to at least reslond to me. This time 3 different people looked up, looked right at me, then completely ignored me. One guy was less than 5 feet from the door, refilling the fridge case; it would have taken him less than 30 seconds to just respond to me, let me know what was up, but nothing. It's now 15 minutes AFTER opening, they are filling drive-thru orders, and there are 5 more people just waiting at the door. I'm tired, hungry, desperate for caffeine, and seriously po'd. So I said screw it and went acros the street to McDonalds. I paid and had my food and coffee in less than 5 minutes. Sbux lost out on what for them would have been a more than $10 transaction. read more

This used to be the Starbucks I'd go to when heading out on trips to Big Bear or anywhere else out east of Azusa area. It always has a long line and the workers always seem unhappy with their jobs. They always manage to mess things up on top of it. The last straw was when I ordered a venti hot peach tranquility and they gave me it double-cupped to insulate it... and I found that they gave me a tall cup inside. I paid for more drink then that. I know it was just tea but I don't like feeling cheated and with the attitude of these employees here, I feel like it's a cheat on purpose. They need to be fired so that real, honest, and DESERVING people can have a chance at a job. I don't go to Starbucks too often but when I do I'm always satisfied with how friendly they are with the great customer service and how willingly they are if your drink is improperly made will gladly make it again but last night I and a couple friends went to the drive-through around 10 and we had a gentleman named Raymond who ruined my whole experience he was rude inpatientand did not try to correct our order when we pulled up to the window we asked him if he could break or Bill and he said you can just pay with this 20 and it'll be fine and we try to explain to him we want to split the bill but he insisted to pay with the 20. Then our drinks were wrong so I asked for a receipt and he just walked away lastly I ordered a bread which I asked not to be warmed up and he gave it to me warmed up and said have a nice day and close the window so I had to wait for him to come back and say I didn't want this warm. Overall he was just very rude and I will not be returning to this particular location again and I recommend that you drive seven minutes down the street to the next closest location read more

I've been known to travel far and wide (aka from Monrovia) to come to this Starbucks because of the drive thru! There's just some days when you need your iced coffee before you even get ready for the day so you head out still in your pjs but don't want anyone to see you or get out of the car. That's when the Starbucks drive thru comes in handy. Always good service, they have a nice large patio to sit outside. I can't recall a time when I ventured inside this one so I can't review the inside. Oh and fairly easy access to the 210 & 57 freeways, making it a pit stop on my way to Disneyland! read more

Went in there today with the hubs after a super long super hot (100 degrees in east fork) bike ride, and Trevor was there to save the day! He offered ice water as soon as he saw us, and was super friendly throughout our entire visit. We should all be so lucky to have Trevor working every single day, but then we'd run into labor law issues and all that.
