Pumpkin heaven is Back!!! Now that it's established pumpkin is back we can talk about my experience. This is a great location. It has a drive thru which is always convenient. The store itself is unique in how it's set up along with the floor plan. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This location has a great selection of merch. The fall cups are super cute and well it's fall. I will miss summer but I'm excited for all the stuff fall has to bring! read more

Went thru the drive thru here at Starbucks Oder a ham and Swiss and a double smoked sandwich I tried giving 100$ to pay for my breakfast And unfortunately the employee didn't accept it am here at work with nothing in my stomach other then just water and wait till 12pm for my lunch As a big company it's very sad and unpleasant and unprofessional that I couldn't get my breakfast here due to them not accepting 100$ bills I do not recommend this place read more

I'm not sure how I feel about this location as it was hard to access and very little parking to be had. I never realized driveThru Starbucks have expanded so much since its inception, but it seems that's the standard store recently. I miss the old school Starbucks that had a wonderful aroma and a place to hang out to do work or just converse with friends... read more

I love Starbucks, I typically order through the app and order online the way I like it to my own liking. It's fast processed food and yet to experience an issue with the food. Starbucks is clean and moderately noisy. read more

I got coffee here recently and the pretty lady with lashes and long black hair was so welcoming! She has the best vibe and got my order right like no other! Please give her my compliments and praise! read more

I know this Starbuck's gets really busy during peak hours but I walked in at a very slow time. I was greeted and acknowledged right away, which is always appreciated. I just thought it looked dirty inside. The floors looked dirty and the bathroom area looked dirty. It just didn't have the usual home like Starbuck's feel to it. The part I actually loved about this location is that they had a lot of product on the shelf. It's hard to find a Starbuck's with products these days. The service was also fast and friendly. My drink was made very well and taste great. read more

Starbucks here on Route 66 might be one of my favorites, due to the fact that they have an amazing view (see photo) looking out to the bustling highway. I went to this Starbucks for the purpose of doing some work, and sitting next to the wide, ceiling-to-floor window just made the stay more pleasant. Last missing star goes out to the relatively small interior space for customers, compared to other Starbucks locations with space for long work spaces. read more

Horrible customer service by employees...very prejudice. Definitely telling all the neighborhood friends to no longer get their coffee there

This is consistently the worst Starbucks. I only come to this location because it is convenient. While 1/2 the staff is polite, the other 1/2 is rude. Unfortunately the rude ones stay and the polite ones keep leaving. I have to wonder if it is a management issue. When I say 1/2 are polite, I don't necessarily mean friendly. Never had a great experience here where I felt like any of the staff actually cared about the customer. Many times they don't even fill the drink to the top. Sandwiches are a little soggy - more like microwaved as opposed to convection oven. The bathroom was filthy. Not sure if that is how it always is or just this one time. read more

CLOSED (at least) 10 MINUTES EARLY. arrived 10 minutes before closing time, and the place was completely shut down.

The best Starbucks I've been to in a while... I took my own cup and had a special order drink, which they made perfect... I am so pleased with my drink, the drive-thru, the service and the associate, my 1st time going there, and they got it right ... it's a little distant from my house, but I'll make the drive, I live close to the one on: 999 W Arrow Hwy, San Dimas, CA 91773 and they've never made my drink right ever and the service is terrible always playing around and not taking the customer serious... Thank you to the staff at my new Starbucks... read more

Outstanding friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere at the store in Tucson Premium Outlets.

Even tho they were crazy busy, the staff work well together! What looked like it would be a "wait" really wasn't. Always polite, friendly and they make sure everyone is being taken care of. BIG Thanks go out to Lauren who took my order, Lauryn & a new girl I didn't recognize for making the order. I would highly recommend this location. Great service, orders are accurate and the drive through is a plus on a day like today (rain) although I like to walk inside :) read more

Clean , safe cafe, with attentive staff. Conveniently located with sufficient parking. Patio overlooks the very busy Route 66 . I ordered a Peppermint Mocha Latte , hot , almond milk, extra whip. Not only did they get it right but added the tiny chocolate sprinkles/ shavings to the whip. That's just perfect attention to details that not all Starbucks get right. read more

Worst customer service, nobody is ever pleasant, only Starbucks that has a problem with customizing drinks. I have never met a manager and employees that have sooo much pride and attitude, lol y'all literally work at Starbucks smh read more

This was a very nice Starbucks location. There was nobody in line when I went, but my drink took several minutes to make because there were multiple drive-thru orders and internet orders. There were several workers, but still the wait time was a little long. I'm not a regular Starbucks drinker, but someone gave me a gift card so I ordered a pumpkin spice Frappuccino which I loved. I'm glad they had this seasonal flavor because I get tired of the usual caramel, mocha, and java chip Frappuccino flavors. read more

You know as a high school student who frequently visits this location after 0 period, I had no troubles during the beginning of this year. Having a coffee or a matcha latte before my long day of classes and after-school activities helps me calm down and have a little bit of energy. Maybe they hired some new people onto their team. A few weeks ago I placed my order and headed to go pick up my mobile order, but I saw that it wasn't ready yet. Not a problem at all, especially since everyone goes to this location. I kept standing around there for about 10 minutes or so and then a rude employee asks me if I had a mobile order, and she proceeds to roll her eyes at me. I was not being rude of any kind, I just said I had a mobile order. She proceeds to make my drink and when it was ready she had a mean tone of "here you go". I was utterly shocked but I didn't really care at this point, so I didn't really think of it that much. Fast-forwarding to a week later, I went to pick up my mobile order again, and I didn't see a bright green matcha latte waiting for me even though I placed it very early this time. I waited around but I checked the mobile order counter, and apparently they made me a chai latte for some reason but on the label it clearly said a Matcha Latte with one pump of chai? I explained to the employee that this was not my order, and she kind of gave me an attitude too. I just think that this location in general needs more positive people on their team and can problem-solve issues more smoothly than other employees. When I go through the drive-through I have no issues, but always when I come in, something is bound to happen. read more

I was having a really long day and needed some coffee to help get me through the rest of it. I wasn't feeling myself at all. I order the same drink everyday from the same starbucks- a pink drink, blended, with vanilla sweet cream instead of coconut milk. I have never had a problem, everyone is always so kind and my drink is always delicious. but as of 10 minutes ago my drink tasted way different so i politely asked if they could remake it- especially since i just paid 8$ i would like the drink how i want it. And the woman working there was EXTREMELY rude. They have now lost a costumer because of her attitude and demeanor. read more

Great Cappuccino!!! Best service to date!! Love the personal notes and the extra foam for my Capp!! Thank You!!! Best Starbucks in town!

Waiting in line for a lot 20 minutes to have my blended drink be completely layered (separated), then when I told about it they said "oh you just have to swirl it a little" so I did to which nothing changed still looked the same and they didn't want to fix it ... so now I have to re blend it at home. Nothing to complain about this location! I came here after getting Donut Man down the street and it wasn't that busy.. The service was great and I love that they have the option for drive-thru. This was my all time favorite daily Starbucks drive through until today! We've always been greeted with smiles and happy conversation but todays drive thru barista was completely rude and totally disrespectful to us! It was 5 pm and we were the only car so to our surprise being greeted by her brash and defensive attitude was a complete disappointment! She was even ungrateful til the end when I tried to hand her a tip because I couldn't reach the tip box and had three Trentas on my lap she proceeded to tell me " she didn't need to SEE me leaving a tip!!" Just WOW! I told her I couldn't reach the tip box..to the management at this Starbucks location. It's time to check your employees and their customer service skills!!! read more

I do like the fact that they have a drive-thru & also some seating inside and out on patio. Employees are usually nice. Thank you baristas for working so hard to get our drinks to us! Parking directly in front is terrible, unless you have plenty of patience and a itty bitty car Or motorcycle. The speed of service is ok, sometimes drinks get out to you quickly and sometimes it takes forever especially at the drive-thru. ***What would be nice, for a change, is getting consistency when it comes to the drink I order. It is so frustrating to be handed the same drink I ordered yesterday only for it to taste completely different the next time. I have ordered it so many times by now, does not matter the size either, that by looking at the color of the drink I can tell if something is off. It is not like I am requesting anything to be done differently to the drink other than asking for light ice, after all who wants to pay $5+ for mostly ice, whip cream, & a dash of Coffee. This is my observation, the lighter the drink the worse it will be. I just cannot figure out why every drink of the same type tastes so different from each other. It is other Starbucks as well. I guess I just gotta cross my fingers and hope the drink comes out tasting like it should. read more

I guess all Starbucks are pretty much the same. I'm not much of a coffee person, but I saw a photo on FoodSpotting for the iced passion fruit tea and it stuck with me. So the next morning, on my way out to the wineries in Temecula, a Starbucks glimmered and smiled at me and I was turning in to get that tea. The girl was friendly and helpful since I didn't see it on the menu and and had to ask about it. College or high school kids in the patio keeping to themselves. Clean. And this one has the convenience of a drive-thru for the coffeeholics in a hurry. My unsweetened iced passion fruit tea was A-OK and was enjoyable for my morning drive. It's possible I may stop for another one when I drive out to the wineries again since it was right on my way. But the wait was kinda long for just an iced tea. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/KXqaoBNfPHsPXEGVk_v1qQ?select=MgCjAlUvUkNAYjSsfLESXQ#MgCjAlUvUkNAYjSsfLESXQ read more

This is the best and fastest Starbucks in Glendora! This is why: 1. They don't immediately start trying to sell you food! "WHAT DOYOU WANT TO EAT?". Starbucks is a coffee shop, not a restaurant. I don't want supper! I want coffee. 2. They don't ask if I want whipped cream on my Frappuccino! They understand that it comes with it standard! This is why they are so fast. No unnecessary questions! Just hard work and fast service. read more

We have been going to this location for years, sadly the last 3 times we have went there the coffee's taste like water without coffee in them what so ever. This is probably my favorite Starbuck's in the area (and believe me, I've been to all of them). The staff here is always SUPER friendly, and they seem to be rarely out of ingredients. They're pretty efficient, especially considering how busy they get. Overall, I'd recommend coming to this Starbucks. read more
