The drink was sweet and refreshing, but I do wish it was mixed well since the bottom of the drink was super sweet while the top was on the bitter side. Slight dry notes and the peach flavor did taste a bit artificial. Not bad for around $5 for a medium size though. The interior was pretty spacious for a Coffee Bean Tea & Leaf with ample tables and seating. There was a good amount of outlets and wifi which makes this a solid spot for studying/getting work done. The service was pretty good and the barista helping my friends and I was pretty nice.

The bathroom was filthy and run down. Trash everywhere, on the floors and overflowing from the trash can. Old pee on the toilet. I couldn't even figure out how to lock the door because the instructions were worn off, someone walked in on me. Tables on the outside are scattered around everywhere, all lop sided. Trash on the ground, tables dirty. That was disappointing. Otherwise it's better than most other coffee beans around.

It was cold and chilly at night and I wanted to drink something warm. Who knew that they had hot cocoa for about three bucks? It also was in a regular sized cup, shocking me. The hot cocoa is made with water and doesn't have any milk, but there is whipped cream on the top with some cinnamon sprinkles. I enjoyed it and didn't find it too sweet. It really added to the holiday season and I'd highly recommend stopping by to get something warm and toasty whether it be a Cinnabon or a hot drink! Wait was very short and staff was nice.

Absolutely will not be supporting this Cinnabon again and can't believe based on the real reviews on here, how long they've been open. This place WAS good but they started to be inconsistent with their product, and now this is the last straw.

The combination worked pretty well, and it was a nice change from my usual coffee order. The store was getting ready to close, so there was no line, which made for a quick and easy stop. That being said, I still think Dunkin' Donuts hits differently in NYC. Maybe it's just me, but the Dunkin' locations out there are fire compared to what I've experienced elsewhere. This was also my very first time at this location, and I must say it was quite a treat! The coffee shop is conveniently located right across from the Americana, so you can easily street park or park at the mall and walk over. It was busy when I arrived on a Friday afternoon, but there were still tables available both inside had outside. The chairs are not the comfiest, but the shop is still very clean and well maintained! When I approached the counter, I was greeted by the friendly employees who were busy preparing orders. This gave me the opportunity to peruse their unique menu and settle upon a latte to order. My sweet tooth was in effect and I opted for the Tiramisu latte with oat milk and was asked if sweet was ok! I thought it was so cool how you're able to customize the drink as you please and bonus points for no charge for nondairy milk. It was very affordable at $6.85. My latte came out pretty quickly and I marveled at the cocoa powdered topping. It truly tasted like a dessert and was so rich and indulgent yet somehow I didn't feel gross after drinking it. The oat milk was creamy and perfectly frothed and the espresso was well balanced. I had a dance class that night and it gave me just the right amount of energy to make it through the class yet still manage to sleep fine that night! I will definitely return next time I'm in the area as a few other menu items sounded equally enticing and the customer service was so impeccable!
