Super friendly and helpful. Got a sweet un caffeinated drink for my son and they were kind enough to add water so it wasn't so sugary. This location is inside the Glendale mall and the wait was short even tho they had a long line. Also their donuts are freshly made and delicious read more

Places in the mall should REALLY indicate on their title they're inside the mall so it's quickly identified as NOT OPEN at 6 am like other Dunkin' Donuts. I've grown accustomed to Dunkin' from the East coast (being open early) and unfortunately don't live in the Glendale vicinity and so unknowingly drove into a ritzy mall garage thinking I'd have breakfast before my 6 am shift. Nope. I drove a total of 4 miles and 2 highways AWAY from work, then ended up ruining someone's morning because I was trapped in the mall garage. I deeply apologize for the woman who tried to help me but got herself locked out at the gate. Needless to say, Yelp's ignorance caused 2 employees to be tardy and annoyed today. read more

I usually don't write bad reviews, but this place was something else. I ordered three drinks and I asked the lady for cup holders. She said we don't have any. The other employee said," I will check in the back." I was informed they don't have any cup holders. No problem, understandable. Then I asked for a bag, same lady told me we don't have bag. I nicely asked her any bag since I can't walk with three drinks in my hand. She told me we don't have any bags. You just put my donut in a bag, why are you lying to my face. I understand businesses are trying to save money, but come on. I will pay for the bag no worries. Please don't lie to me and give me attitude. I know I interrupted your conversation with co worker, but come on guys. Sizes of the donuts have shrunk, they were almost same size as munchkins. They still charge you same price as regular donut. I usually go to Dunkin Donuts, but I don't think I will be back to this location. It is ridiculous. read more

Well one thing is for sure you can't order a dozen donuts for DELIVERY$$$$ 4/12 were correct and the four that were right were pass due. The rest got DUNKED in the trash!! My fave is their coffee with caramel--- either their caramel craze or sea salt caramel. For the donuts, our fave is anything with chocolate. The chocolatier, the better! But what made this review sweeter is their customer service. Today, when we purchased coffee from this location, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised of how warm and courteous Matt (the cashier is). Afterall, customers don't just patronize food or products but great customer service counts a lot! read more

I'm soooo happy I found a second place next to Peet's that can make an amazing oat milk latté!! Their donut holes are also to die for and for 2 bucks for 10 pieces it's a great snack that is easy to take along with you !! This Dunkin' is pretty well maintained, and the donuts are good quality. We once ordered 6 donut holes and they gave us a box filled with 13! I've had pretty good experiences with the staff and food, but one complaint I have is that the lines are pretty long, as is the wait after you order. I guess that is expected since it is located in a hotspot in the mall and they have a lot of business usually. I don't personally like the coffee, but the donuts are pretty good. read more

Ariel is probably the owner but if she's the manager ownership needs to give her a raise. She was extremely helpful and very smart in her selection of coffees. He helped me download the app and now I have finally got to taste how good Dunkin Donuts coffee's are. I will now be a regular customer at Dunkin' Donuts from City to city. I travel a lot. I used to always go to Cinnabon or Starbucks but Duncan Donuts is a nice third option. read more

I hate to write this because I've been a loyal customer to this specific one. The drinks are good and the food but a problem with an employee that is harassing these girls. I've seen it happen more than once. At first I thought they were just teasing and knew each other but once I saw it happen again to the same girl you can tell she felt uncomfortable and I approached her that it was okay and she should report it. I believe he's a short Hispanic man. Will not be back unfortunately ! read more

Went here with my kids and the cashier Jeremy was very nice and even complimented my hair, lol! Reason for the 4 star is that the doughnuts are not made fresh on location which is a little disappointing, BUT the customer service makes up for that. read more

this store is amazing even though they're new they really are an amazing team I watched them under a rush and they worked as a team and they were organized I think the girls name was Lisa she kept everyone on point she saw that an employee was under stress during the rush Lisa helped her jumped right in and alleviated the pressure. my drink and sandwich was perfect. My boyfriend told me about his amazing experience at this dunkin. He and his family went to this dunkin donuts for some coffee and there was a really nice employee by the name of Veronica there. She was kind and patient with their order and in the end she gave them some delicious donuts. (I recommend the donuts from there).
