I was really disappointed with this visit. The single scoop and kids' scoop portions were by far the smallest I've ever received from any Baskin-Robbins location. On top of that, the ice cream was extremely soft and mushy, as if it hadn't been stored at the proper temperature. The chocolate ice cream also had an unpleasant freezer-burned taste, like it had partially melted and then been refrozen. The overall quality was not what I've come to expect from Baskin-Robbins. We usually love Baskin-Robbins, but unfortunately this location did not meet the brand's standards. If I had more time, I would have asked for a refund because the experience was very disappointing. Came in tonight after dinner and Jayden was the best . He was very polite and welcoming. We decided to go with the flavor flight and it did not disappoint. I must say this is really really good and worth the drive. We went to another location nearby because my daughter had thought she was calling that location but they were very nice to tell us to come to this location. The owner was super nice and asked my daughter about how she had heard about the specialty ice cream bar. It was so good we placed an order for next week when we plan on being in the area. Of course we will be bringing a small ice chest with ice to take some to our family and friends. Also noticed that they have some beautiful cakes and chocolate covered bananas. Ahhhhh 31 Flavors. I've been coming to 31 flavors since I was a kid .. so many awesome memories .. what a treat it was to have our parents take us here for Ice Cream .. She's a middle aged Armenian woman who looks to be in her 60s and wears the pink uniform. I came in with my husband to buy my newphew a cake for his 12th Birthday. We live right acoss the street so we decided to walk over. We began looking at the cakes, my husband noticed she (the owner) was staring at us. A couple minutes in she walked over and said I couldn't look at the cakes with the door open and closed it on me while I was looking. I explained to her I was just looking for the flavor I wanted and it would only take another minute. She decided to stand next to the fridge and my husband asked her I'd she was going to stand there the whole time. She said yes because I looked long enough. I told her I can't see through the fogged door. She began to tell me again that I was already looking for long enough. 15 minutes to be exact she told me. I began to ask her what her issue was with us and she proceeded to just chuckle and smirk at us that. She had no problem doing this infront of other customers. I felt we were discriminated against by just the way she starred, judged, timed and acted like she didn't want our business. I hope this community doesn't spend their money here. The shopping parking lot has 2 floors. It's free parking What I like most about this Baskin is the parking area. It's well lit, spacious and not sketchy. The one near me has some bad road. Overall thoughts: it's your average Baskin Robbins! Definitely would recommend. Has ample amount of seating if you want to sit there. It's near the community college so just watch when you're planning to go. It might get busy in the shopping center. read more

I wish Baskin Robbins used Uber Eats. Grub Hub NEVER delivered my order and it wasn't cheap. $5 service fee plus $5 delivery fee which never happened. Uber eats has an app which shows you where their drivers are and they call you. Grub Hub says they delivered and called. It was only 1 min after they called that I tried calling them but they left. Bad customer service and it makes Baskin and Robbins look bad. read more
