Yesterday's visit was not that great-The staff seemed more interested in interacting and chatting with one another than with the customers. Service was slow in spite of there being approximately 7 employees. Obviously there was a couple drive-thru and mobile orders as well as just me as inside- but also there were two people doing busy work too rather than getting the customer out the door in less time than close to 15 minutes. ( we only had one drink!) Maybe some more maturity would help in a shift supervisor ? It seems they think singing and dancing to the loud music is why they're there. I don't fault them having fun, but the customer is always first. We won't be back- there is a lot of Starbucks options in this area. read more

We love Starbucks but the past few times we have come to this location, the drinks are always wrong. We ask for room for milk and on the side but yet they fill the coffee all the way to the rim knowing we wanted to add the milk or sugar. This is multiple times and sometimes we don't have time to wait for the drinks to be remade. This is not my favorite location at all but sometimes it's just convenient going to work, I just wish they actually pay close attention to what we are ordering. read more

Definitely won't be returning. The worker Caren was very disrespectful and made the restaurant a hostile environment. I ordered a chai latte and was given a cup of hot water with a tea bag still in it. Management needs to educate their baristas on proper etiquette, efficiency, and respect. There was no other customers in the store when we were there yet we waited for over twenty minutes for our drinks. The orders that came after ours were prepared promptly and we still had to wait. Fernando took our order and was very accomodating and understood my drink. The female barista with a teal shirt was being rude and delayed our drinks while distracting her coworkers. Very unprofessional. I'm sad to write this review because I usually enjoy this Starbucks, it's always friendly with good customer service. But this female barista has changed my opinion. Super disappointed with my first experience at this location. I wanted to place an order on the app for two Coffee travelers for an event for teachers and staff to be ready the next morning at 7:15am. On the app it says to order two hours prior to pick up. Since I have never ordered coffee travelers before I called this location to ask the best way to do this to have it ready for the next morning. The barista took my order the day before and took my name and thanked me for the order. I arrived to pick up my order the next day and the morning staff did not get the order. I was now going to be late for work. It would take 15mins to brew the coffee. I cannot disappoint teachers so I waited. read more

As much as I love Starbucks, This place needs to hire better employees, very bad service each time I come here. They always talk to me like they don't want to be there and unhappy to work there. Each time I come my drink isn't made right. One time I ordered a strawberry "creme" Frappuccino and it ended tasting like strawberry lemonade. I went back to explain that it tastes lemony and not milk and they denied it and said that's how the drink is supposed to be. My drinks here always come out super yummy and just the way I like them! The only problem I have is that there's usually long lines and for the most part they tend to go pretty slow, could be because they're still fairly new though. Usually the employees are very kind but there's been one or two times where the person came off a little rude and annoyed. During weekends there's a traffic directer to help direct the cars waiting in line for Starbucks and Brew City Burgers, these traffic directors aren't very attentive though and are usually busy texting or chatting with friends. Had someone try cutting me in line despite me being first and they even started cussing me out and flipping me off, traffic director did nothing to help. Besides that this place is pretty solid, the only Starbucks location where I know my drinks are gonna come out perfect every time :) read more

This Starbucks is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The first time I stopped in it was very busy but the line moved quickly inside. Everyone was following Covid safety guidelines. The barista that helped me was very nice, personable and did a great job. Didn't have a crazy order (protein box and some take home cups). The team seemed to be handling the crowd very well and getting drinks out quickly. Overall a great first experience for a new location. read more

Several times over the past few months orders are wrong and asked to be corrected, rather than remaking they add ingredients, which is a huge no no if you know Starbucks. I've lived here for 20 years and I have been loving this new Starbucks. Sure, they're busy.. but it's Starbucks!! and we are in quarantine! Not to mention the new spot has an inviting environment. This is a very nice Starbucks with a spacious interior and also a large patio area. The staff is friendly and pleasant too. Unfortunately, over the last month or so, the service has become very slow! Both the walk-in and drive-thru seem to move at a SLOW pace.
