So I decided on 1 Red Velvet cookie and one Chocolate Chip cookie with Cookies and Cream ice cream since they were out of Cookie Dough, (the absolute best ice cream flavor in the world). I believe the cookies run about $4 each and if you get an ice cream sandwich, that runs about $8. The cookies are a decent size and the scoop of ice cream I received was generous. So much so that it makes trying to take a bite of the sandwich practically impossible. You pretty much have to come at it from the side or just bite one side of the sandwich at a time. Food wise I got the buttered croissant and two different cookies from Bake That Dough (which they sell inside to the left of the register when you walk in). The buttered croissant was incredibly flaky and buttery. It paired so well with my cappuccino and I look forward to my next. They are welcoming and pleasant. I'm glad this place is closer to us. We live in Morgan Hill and I do not approve of any of the pho places there for their lack of flavor. FINALLY a decent (Yummy!) place to eat in Gilroy! Evetything I've ordered and happily eaten is well seasoned... the ingredients are fresh and properly prepared. No matter what dish I order the shrimp or fish always properly cooked. The to-go orders are so carefully packaged for optimal enjoyment at home; things are packaged separately if they need to be ... etc. they never forget condiments or sides. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The slushies, lemonades, and teas are all tasty (too sweet for my taste but the hubby loves them).
