HORRIBLE SERVICE!! i get it, it's christmas , employees wanna go home and celebrate like everybody else but that's not an excuse to treat customers rudely, literally kicking us out saying "alright ima need y'all to leave" like excuse me? i'm waiting on a order and i've repeated myself serval times that IM WAITING ON A ORDER!!!! other customers were annoyed with her behavior also. disgusting drink btw, this is usually so delicious, never again..

I can't give 4 stars to a place that serves burnt coffee--but that's a Starbucks tradition. But, +1 stars for the staff here. They are super nice. I'd cut a bitch if I had to deal with the douchebag clientele they deal with all the time. For this particular trip, the dude behind me kept saying "She knows how I like my cup" to the barista at the counter. I just wanted to punch the douche in the throat. If your coffee order requires more than four words, you sir (or ma'am), must be sporting a popped collar, aviator shades, and/or an ironically worn t-shirt. To you I say, "go fuck yourself". To my barista, I say "tall drip".

I'm confused. When did Starbucks become a daycare? Like I'm honestly so annoyed. Why are their children running wild, climbing on stuff. Like I came here to study, drink my coffee. (3 lattes within 4 hours) & I can't focus with screaming kids. This isn't a McDonald's play place. Not only that but it's unsanitary for this child to be hanging over the counter like this. Her hair could get into the blenders or really just on anything over the counter as well as her hands were touching stuff. Not only was it unsanitary but it was unsafe. What if the child were to get her hand into the blender, she could have cut herself or even been seriously injured not to mention that coffee is obviously extremely hot I'm not positive exactly what was located right over the counter but she could have burned herself. Or fallen off the chair. It was evident that she was annoying other paying customers as well. Her father was completely oblivious to anything she was doing. I really didn't understand why this was tolerated by the store, as well as her father. And when they eventually left it seemed as though the mother who showed up out of no where was an employee and just got off her shift. So that just added to my frustration. I understand kids are allowed in coffee shops but it's a public place regardless they need to behave. & on top of that there's a playground in the fire wheel center a few feet from the location... so why couldn't the father ignore his child there where kids are expected to behave like wild animals... the situation could have been avoided. I'm embarrassed to say but I spend upwards of $100 a week on coffee here and this incident alone makes me want to go to another location. **UPDATE** I had an employee from this location complain to me on here about how the child is one of the employees children & that they come in with her when she works so that's not a problem & im rude for complaining... ok first of all that's just horrible customer service to complain to an already upset customer and tell them that they are rude. Also no employer I've ever had would allow me to take my child to work with me... have a friend, family member watch them. Hire a babysitter. Or be a stay at home mom, there are plenty of paying jobs from home so don't even argue that. I will find the name of the employee and make a direct complaint to corporate that's inexcusable. *LAURA.S Highlands of Russell Park, Plano Texas* is employee that attempted to justify the incident & in doing so insulted me on here. Laura you are the one that is rude!

Very popular place in a Barnes & Noble bookstore. We were here on a Friday evening and it was crowded. Good pastry. Good coffee.

SERVICE Service is great! The guy who helped me and made my drink, Noah is super friendly! Gave a great recommendation of the matcha. He made the matcha well and offered that if it didn't taste good, he wouldn't make it again free of charge. Just a very personable guy and so so sweet. Brightened my day!

I was nicely greeted up on entering and although it was Very small it appeared nice and clean. While getting my tiramisu I was also looking at some smaller pieces of what the gentleman explained was types of Turkish candies. He even let me try the pistachio one and OMG, sooo good. I then bought 2 of the pistachio ones, a hazelnut one and I forget what the little red one was. I haven't eaten them yet but super excited to try them all. The tiramisu was a generous portion and tasted good but definitely lacked a lot too. For me it needed to be more dense with less pudding filling and way more coffee/espresso flavor. Still good just not a true strong tiramisu taste. I will definitely be back to try some of the other wonderful looking bakery items. 3 stars only due to the bit of disappointment in the tiramisu.

Their passion caused them to grow and eventually establish a location in Garland, TX. Walking in and seeing the aesthetic of the place immediately felt inviting. We ordered the Tiger creme brûlée tea without boba and Thai Milk Tea with boba, both with regular sugar and light ice. The initial sip of both drinks were both met with a very sweet taste. The Tiger creme brûlée included a gelatinous creme brûlée jelly. I wasn't a fan of the gelatinous consistency, especially since the tea was too sweet for my palate. I would recommend ordering the drink with half sugar because it think it would bring about better balance for all the elements of the drink. The vibes are great! Definitely a great location to bring a friend and hang out for an hour or two. Although the drink preparation took longer than most bubble tea locations, the quality is still very high.
