Great location with a clean and well-maintained interior. There are plenty of seating options, so it's easy to find a spot even during busy hours. Parking is also convenient with a fairly spacious lot. The patio area is nicely set up and quite large. Perfect for enjoying your drink outside on a good day. Super bummed out about how I was served this morning's drink. Due to my son being in a rush for school, and because he did not want his mom (me) making a "scene" in the drive-thru, I just let it slide... HOWEVER!!! I cannot go on with this day without writing a quick review (or rant). So here I Go!!! My son and I go to this Starbucks every morning before work and school. So often me and the 'Bucks are practically family... aren't we Uncle Buck? I mean, I drive up, I say my pleasantries, your disembodied voice replies, I give you my drink order followed by my food order, I drive up, I pay one of your Pals and Boom... great start to a great day! You get your money, I get some goodness in my Tum Tum and we can call it a good start of the day. However Not today Uncle Buck... NOT. TOOOOOO-DAY! First, I had $10 on the gift card, after the employee checked. They told me my remaining gift card balance was $6.65, but when I went to a different location, I had to pay more on top of that because apparently, there was only a few dollars left on it. Honestly this is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area because the drinks are consistent & the baristas are nice. I've stopped in many occasions to grab a variety of items & never left disappointed. Their drive thru lane is relatively quick, I'm usually there during off peak hours so I miss the morning rush. The interior is nice & surprisingly a big open space so you don't feel like your sitting right next to someone which is nice! I stop at this location on my way to work frequently and everyone who works here is very friendly! I saw the most recent post and wanted to leave my own account of what happened. I was there the day the lady was in the drive thru for 20 min and it was very frustrating. I ended up being late to work but luckily I was able to talk to Aleena and she apologized and explained that they tried to get the lady to park and go in and talk to them but she refused. I don't know the whole situation, but it was very selfish that the lady would inconvenience everyone else and refuse to just park and go in to discuss whatever issue there was. In my opinion, the baristas handled it as well as they could. I usually never have a bad day when I go through this Starbucks they are all great! read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks for about 3 years. Usually I go with other people and sit inside to work. When I go with people, we always find a table first and then order on our app. Within 2 minutes of sitting down, a lady came to our table and told us if we were going to work inside we had to order something. (We were currently already ordering on our phone, but we kindly let her know and she said okay). We placed our orders and waited for our name to be called. A couple minutes after, maybe 5, (after our order was placed already), a different lady, Jazmine, screams from across the room at our table (she was behind the cashier and we were at our table) "ladies we already let you know if you're going to be working inside, you must order something" I kindly scream across the room as well saying "I already ordered you haven't called my name" she says "are you sure? What is your name?" I proceeded to tell her and she says "oh yeah that's ready." I walk up to get my order and very politely tell her what she did was very unprofessional. She proceeds to have a horrible attitude with me and laugh at my face, saying it's the rules and she's the manager. She claims her character was not unprofessional to scream across the store as if we are free loading using the store as a study space without consuming, while we had already purchased our items. Instead of apologizing, she was extremely rude and belittling. I understand Starbucks has policies, and that's fine, and they are reasonable and I agree to follow them. However, to harass the customers the second they sit at the table treating them as we were treated is not okay. Her screaming across the store at me and my group was very embarrassing and made me and my group feel extremely uncomfortable. To sum it up, I've been giving this Starbucks business for the past 3 years, and will never go back as jasmine made me feel extremely uncomfortable and harassed. read more

I love this new location. It's relatively obscure and off the beaten path, which is just fine. The drive thru line is starting to get longer now that more people are discovering this place, but it's still shorter than La Habra and both Fullerton locations (Imperial and the one on Harbor and Brea). The barristas are super cool and friendly as is the order taker and window person. The flow is fairly quick, but patience is required when you enter off of Euclid and there are cars already waiting who entered off of Rosecrans. The customer service here is amazing. The workers are always smiling and they started to greet me by my name only after a few weeks of coming here. Even though it gets busy here, the workers don't looked stressed or overwhelmed so you don't feel like they are avoiding you when you need something at the counter. BEWARE!!! Check your receipts!!!!!! This USED to be my favorite Starbucks until some staff started doing SHADY FRAUDULENT things like adding tips to my order!!! I think it's my right to be able go decide how much I tip ( if at all). My usual order came out more expensive than usual and when I saw the receipt I saw a 5.00 tip was automatically added!!!!
