I loved Starbuck's coffee and pastries in the past. I went to have morning coffee w breakfast sandwich at Barn & Noble mall, Fullerton. They didn't change the inside and outside patio area. But the breakfast sandwich, my fave Swiss cheese, ham & egg sandwich was not longer. I had to choose sausage egg, cheddar cheese sandwich w butter croissant, café latte, cappuccino w Quatro shots for my hubby. When I had this sandwich, butter croissant, I completely dissappointed. Any yummy flavor in the sandwich, so greasy, not fresh, butter croissant was not crunchy either. They changed the bakery qualities during pandemic. The coffee tasted almost same. I like the outside patio area, big enough, you can enjoy having coffee. What happened to the bakery stuffs? Not even 3 stars for them. The croissant has to be crunchy, butter flavouful. I love Cappuccino at Starbuck's. This morning I had Cappuccino w quatro shots, butter croissant at the target mall in Fullerton. The coffee is always great but not the croissant. I didn't go to the Starbuck's since pandemic. I didn't know the bakery items were changed. To be honest, it is not crunchy at all. Less flavorful, I didn't taste any butter texture. However, I enjoyed having my cappuccino in the patio. I could feel the fresh air after winter heavy rain. I am not going to buy any pastries except coffee. I don't get Starbucks very often except when they offer the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latté or the holiday beverages: Chestnut Praline Latté is my fave. I stopped by today since they were offering the free useable red cups with purchase. I was bummed they ran out of the CPL but I tried the Caramel Brulee Latté. It tastes like the dessert! So good! This Starbucks is located in the Amerige Heights Town Center. If you want to bypass the wait then simply pre-order your drink via the app. The interior is spacious and bright. There are plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your drink or just chill. As I walked up to the counter, the barista was nice when I placed my order. My drink was ready in less than 5 minutes. I didn't have any issues with bad customer service as noted in other reviews. These workers deal with demanding customers on a daily basis. Not only that but these special customizations can drive anyone mad. I'm a simple girl when it comes to SB coffee, just give me a latte with oat milk - done! It's been a while since I wrote a review about an Starbucks. I'm writing about this Starbucks for a reason, it's located in the Amerige Heights section of Fullerton. My usual drink at a Starbucks is the hot white mocha with caramel or white mocha frappuccino with extra caramel. Every time I go to this Starbucks for a my drink, customer service wise was pretty good, drink quality was pretty good, but there was an problem regarding my drink (6/8/2017) and regarding other customer's drink (6/7/2017). I'll tell you about it in details along with other 2 of the last 3 visits. Visit #1 (6/7/2017): I walked inside the store, was greeted by Ali, Matt, and Colleen. Ordered my drink (Hot white mocha with extra caramel) and an breakfast sandwich, Colleen ring it up for me, and then wait for my drink at an timely manner. And while waiting, had an small conversation with Ali while she was making my drink. After my drink was taking care of with an great smile along with my breakfast sandwich, another customer who was pretty upset regard other barista's with her drink, she apologized for other barista's mistake and fixed it for that customer, which means she handled it right. Nice job, for doing what every baristas should be doing. As far as my drink goes, it was pretty darn good. Visit #2 (6/8/2017): The usual walked inside and greeted again by Colleen. Ordered the same drink, this time I got my drink. Then when I got home, as I was drinking it, I've noticed it didn't taste like my usual, tasted like cinnamon. Guess what? I found out what was the problem, there was cinnamon in my drink instead of caramel. The barista with dark hair with glasses (didn't get her name) who made my drink might be the same one that made other customer's drink from visit #1, but no proof of that. Wasn't happy with that. My fault for not tasting it before leaving, but there was no excuse for her mistake. And she even called out my drink correctly too. Pathetic!!! Visit #3 (6/9/2017): Went in as usual, different baristas working. Ordered the same thing. As waiting for it, I've informed this really nice blond hair lady who was making my drink what happened on visit #2. Give her an description of that lady. She did apologized for the recent experience. Got my drink at timely matter, and tasted it before leaving. She made sure that I was happy with it. Much better!!! That's customer service right there. Forgot her name though, but super nice. Shout out to.... the blond hair lady for handling the situation right. Matt for being an cool dude. Colleen for being awesome. Ali for taking care of my drink with an great smile, making me smile, and being an sweetheart. 5 stars for you guys personally. Overall is actually 4 stars. Crowded with asians, who enjoy sitting there for hours, many without a drink :( Lot of 20-somethings also hogging up tables, then abandoning their table (who knows where they go?) but leave their books and crap so no one else can use their table. Parking is better in the back, and the store is pretty fast with the drink. They're friendly, and some remember who you are. -1 star because the asian crowd who hoard the tables. Like a young crazy guy who says random things loudly and washed himself outside on the patio with a cup of water he got from SB. I only came in quickly to grab some coffee to-go. The cashier girl was friendly and fast. Our exchange only took seconds. She poured my coffee and I was on my way. The coffee was hot! Just how I like it! The store, in my few seconds there, seemed pretty clean. Parking can be a hassle and when you are stopping in for a quick cup of coffee, it can be pretty frustrating. This is my favorite Starbucks since it's so close to where I live, so it's really a matter of convenience. Most of the workers are really nice and do a decent job, and they provide good customer service. I've ordered online many times and was satisfied with their service. However, the times when I order frappuccinos with a banana add-on, they never put in the bananas! And they sometimes switch the orders around. For example, one time I ordered a Vanilla Frappe with chocolate chips and my sister ordered an Ultra Caramel Frappe with a shot of espresso and extra caramel drizzle. The final products came out as such: Vanilla Frappe with caramel drizzle and cold brew whipped creme; Ultra Caramel Frappe with chocolate chips and regular whipped creme. I asked them to change the drinks, and while a little confused, the worker did change the drinks. Halfway making the drinks, though, the worker asked what was wrong with them. (He probably just wanted to understand the situation better, but all I was thinking was, "Read the label!").
