It is my coffee of choice at Philz, but they have so much more to choose from. Iced mint mojito and iced coffee rose are a couple of their unique items, and they are both so delicious as well. Came to this Fullerton location with my sister yesterday, and we had a great time! We came at the right time on a Sunday, because it wasn't crazy busy like Philz coffee usually is. We were able to sit and enjoy our coffee in a nice, quiet setting. Definitely recommend Philz coffee for any coffee lover, if you have not already tried. Was in the area of CSUF and wanted a quick coffee drink on the go. I ordered the s'mores iced latte. It was TOO sweet, and I didn't taste coffee what-so-ever. If you're a "frap" person- or like your beverage EXTRA sweet, this may suit you. Not my style, personally. I will try again, and order something that's not on the specialty menu. The person who took my order missed an opportunity when I told her it was my first visit and I wasn't sure what to order. I asked for more time. Parking is convenient, and there is a good amount of seating both for studying and hanging out. Their famous Mint Mojito is definitely worth trying. On this visit, I ordered one of their newer drinks, the Tiramisu Latte. It had a rich, sweet flavor and was absolutely delicious. Finally got chance today, my friend and I went inside to order even though they have a drive thru. I wanted to check it out, plus never been here before. The gentleman that took our order was friendly he helped us choose what to order, my friend and he said the Iced Mint Macchiato was the most popular. So I got a large to try and my friend got a hot mocha coffee. We ended up sitting for a bit talking, it was pretty busy inside every seat was taken mostly. But everyone there was friendly, we sat on the couch they have and drank our coffee. Mine was good a bit strong which helped me stay awake lol and she liked hers a lot too. I would definitely come back here again and try something else, they do have pastries too and plenty of other options to choose from and they are pretty quick with making your drink. We haven't been in this area in awhile, and were surprised this side of the plaza totally developed in the last few months. We came to visit the Rodeo 72 Public Market, and couldn't help but swing by after! The wait took longer than expected, despite just one party in front of us. However, the cashier girl working was so sweet. The tables were occupied with groups hanging out and chatting, so we ended up standing at the end of the bar where we waited for our drinks. Extremely disappointing experience at Philz Coffee Fullerton. I've been a loyal Philz customer for years, but what happened today completely ruined my impression of this location. I came by around 1:45-1:50 PM on October 9 to pick up my mobile order through the drive-through, and the girl working at the open window (wearing a short-sleeve pink top, with shoulder length hair) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The very first thing she said to me was, "Next time when you're here, just wait." , which already threw me off. When I asked what she meant, she replied (with attitude), "It seems like when you arrived you were saying some words, and I had to drop everything I was doing to get to you." First of all, I did not say a single word before pulling up. I was simply waiting for someone to say hello on the speaker like every normal customer would. Even after I politely clarified that it wasn't me, she continued with an attitude, rolled her eyes, and handed me my drink with zero apology or professionalism. Making me feel like I made her "drop everything" was completely uncalled for. If she misheard someone else, she could have simply clarified or asked nicely, not direct that blame toward me. The way she spoke made me feel blamed and disrespected for absolutely no reason. Philz is a brand I've always associated with kindness and great customer service, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I really hope management addresses this behavior, because customers shouldn't be treated like this, especially at a place that prides itself on warmth and hospitality. read more

Staffs are friendly and helpful if you need recommendation. They don't serve espresso based coffee here but they are open to giving suggestion. Their coffee is pretty good and smooth. Nice place to hang and chit chat or work/study with laptop. They have wifi and it's not slow. Their baked goods and sandwich meals all look so good too. What happened to Philz customer service? I've been absent from Philz after Covid and I'm alarmed at the kind of service I've received from two separate locations within the last week. The employees seem bothered or mad to be working. We all have off days but isn't it easier to fake it til you make it? Maybe try smiling? They don't call out names and ask if adjustments are needed like they used to. Isn't that what Philz is known for?? Came here on a weekday around 4PM and it was a bit crowded inside. However, we were still able to get a place to sit after waiting 5-10 minutes. There were plenty of outlets available and their WIFI connected quickly. This is inside a large plaza with plenty of parking space. Their drive thru was also going by quickly.
