Ava at this Starbucks was amazing! I wanted to try something new, so I ordered a refresher in the app, but like a dufus, I didn't realize I selected the wrong store. ‍ So I got to the counter to order a wrap & showed her the drink I ordered that was prepared at the other store. She didn't skip a beat - she offered to make it for me, she was so friendly, personable, & courteous. As we hung out a bit in the shop, I even overheard her chatting up other customers, being so sweet & approachable. This lady needs a raise! Crowded!!! Line was very long. It was pouring down rain and everyone had the same idea for some coffee! It was a nice cold and rainy day. Everyone had the same idea as me- warm coffee! Or cold coffee for me anyway haha I don't do warm coffee that often. Great service at this one. I had my Pomeranian in the car with me and they offered her a pup cup. She loved it so much!!! The pup cups are so sweet for the fur baby's. She had her pup cup and I had my coffee, with some breakfast. I ordered the sugar plum danish and the wrap. Both were great. I was disappointed to learn that the prices have increased, yet again. That being said, I don't understand what is so hard to understand about NO FOAM in the drinks. When one orders a drink with NO FOAM, one doesn't expect to find the cup with 1.5" left at the top. If they are going to charge more, they need to give people their money's worth. read more

I figured I'd surprise her with a coffee since she worked so hard. It sounded good today so you get your free red cup with a purchase of a coffee so I got two free red cups because I ordered two drinks. She was awesome. She was so sweet took my order quickly got my drink quickly she smiled had great customer service. I highly recommend the Starbucks. It's drive-through or you can sit down. What a chaos's there ! So many staff but the right is not telling the left! They had a big order and everyone paid the price for it! Drink was pre ordered and they forgot about 10 plus people drinks ! Ask for a refund and the young lady ( it was her first day?? Why have her on register in prime time to learn) did not know how to issue a refund ??? So I said I will just wait for the coffee ! As a coffee connoisseur, I am not a fan of Starbucks. I like it for the accessibility of the drive thru and the time saved versus going to smaller mom & pop coffee shop. I work night shift so the last thing I want to do is get out of my car during rush hour so when I'm trying to get home as fast as I can, Starbucks is my first choice. This is one of the faster Starbucks drive thrus in the Fullerton area. Workers are quite friendly and drinks come out really quick. I had a really bad first impression because the drive thru worker at the time was just chitchatting with a lady in their vehicle after getting her drink just talking about their daily life. I had waited a good 3 to 5 minutes and left a very bitter first impression, however, every visit after that has been nothing short of spectacular. read more

The service at this location sucks! I placed an order online and got to this location a few minutes after the time it said my order would be ready. I walked in, noticed my coffee wasn't ready, so I sat patiently waiting, but after another 15 minutes passed, my order still wasn't ready. I go to the counter to ask about my order and the girl apologized, and says they'll work on it now. This location is always very prompt with the orders and has some of the best customers service. My go to drink is a Hot & Dirty Chai Latte w/ no water, which they make perfect every time. The AM Barista with the bright pink hair ‍ has the most beautiful and welcoming smile, that makes my morning whenever she greets me. read more

Finally visited the SB off Harbor Blvd & Brea on a Friday noon with a gfren. Starbucks date. Associate was really friendly and received our drinks within a timely manner. The store is really clean, open and spacious. Love it here w lots of seatings inside & some tables & chairs outside. Parking is available right out front. Finally came the week of the annual holiday drinks release. Got my usual fav ~Creme Brûlée latte, hot drink version. My gosh. This drink is really sweet! Too sweet. Highly suggest getting like half the caramel syrup or something. I was only able to drink half and tossed the rest of my grande drink out. This location, the employees seem so miserable and take it out on the customers. Very unfriendly. I stopped going to this location because about 50 percent of the time my order is made wrong though I do mobile orders every time, so the order is right on the sticker. It wasn't not made correctly out of miscommunication. Also, I understand mistakes happen, but when you ask them politely to correct it, it still isnt made right. Another complaint I have about this location is the way they cheap you out. The drinks and food is already overpriced and the fact they will only fill your cup halfway if you order with no ice is fing ridiculous and petty. I know the managers are directing them to do it and its a really crappy way to cut cost...the manager is out of touch and doesn't know how to explain to possible corporate people that this cheap move is a way to lose customers. This store obviously has bad management. Also, the food is typically cold even when placed to you after being "heated." Having to consistently ask the employees to fix things is very annoying and time consuming. I would recommend training the managers and the employees to do better or let people go...this store is a hot mess. read more

Parking lot was pretty full due to the nearby businesses that share the parking lot. Try not to park near the drive thru or you will get blocked. Plenty of outdoor seating. I love coming to this Starbucks ! It's close to work and usually the drinks are great ! I love how fast the service is ! However today when I picked up my drink I did not check my drink when it was first handed me to me . I wasn't going to post cus I was feeling lazy/tired but I'll need to write about what I saw earlier today now that my stomach is hurting I worked out across the street so I picked up a tall caramel frappe around 7pm drive thru... it was taking awhile for me to get the drink so I looked inside then... BOOOM... I caught the male barista putting drops of frappe that was on his finger inside the cup...... cleaning his finger off on the rim of my cup..! no gloves either! I wouldn't even do that if I was making my own drink.. SO UNSANITARY!! I should've said something but I was too tired I just took the drink n thinking it would be safe to drink just the bottom portion but I couldn't stop thinking about what I saw... and it was sooooo watered down... While she was there (previous store) all ran well (staff, timeliness of mobile orders, cleanliness) specifically her management and the notion of being a symbiotic team for maximal benefits imparting collective harmony. Accuracy at this point is in the 90 percentile range---is this a reserve roasters store in disguise? Grateful seeing familiar faces here. I'm a local nurse who works the graveyard shift nearby which is why I stop by so late since it's on my way to work. I'm always disappointed and end up with no coffee before my shift. This is my go-to Starbucks on my way to work. I rarely have any issues unless there is new personnel. Today I ordered my regular triple grande iced blonde latte w/sf vanilla. I'm not sure what I got, but it tasted like super sweetened milk with coffee for color. I thought maybe I was being picky since I rely on my morning coffee to get my day going. However, I knew it wasn't me when I got to work and realized my "coffee" was much more pale than the manila folder on my desk. Modern and cool, this Starbucks is great. This fun, new location also has good drinks and a friendly staff. We always come by here whenever we're in the area. This place has a really fun look. On the way to see Christmas lights, we can stop by here and grab those festive drinks. We got the Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino and the Vanilla Bean Frappuccino, and they were both really good. The staff was really nice here too. We ordered our drinks through the drive-thru, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I really like this new Starbucks location. I received great service here, but the internet absolutely would not work (and it's apparently an ongoing problem). Since I came in for the express purpose of doing some work (I'm a teacher), it rather defeats the purpose of paying extra for coffee, no matter how good it is. Beautiful new location across from the Fullerton Courthouse that opened on 8/24. The 70s architecture matches those of the office tower in the same complex. The location is spacious and has a very open feel. The large patio area is completely shaded and has plenty of tables. There is also a drive-thru. There's no doubt this location will be super popular with the weekend warriors from the Fullerton trails and the stairs at Hillcrest Park. read more

I'm all about understanding employee needs, but closing the inside on a Saturday morning just before 9 am seems a little disingenuous for a coffee shop. I don't use drive throughs and forcing everyone into a car line just sucks. I did get in about 8:15 before they closed and locked the doors, but the girl at the counter actually showed a robotic level of customer service. Maybe she's the one who made the decision to ban people from inside? I don't need people to be ecstatic I'm there, but I do have a minimum level of expectation she did not come near.
