Stopped by this location on our way home after having dinner in downtown Brea. I have never been to a yogurtland location that was missing so many toppings, especially the fruit. When I got to the topping bar I was extremely disappointed hardly any fruit was out. I asked the employee if they had any strawberries thinking maybe they had some in the back and he responded no & that they were all out. Again this has never happened at the chino hills or Eastvale location or any other yogurt place. It was close to 9pm when we arrived so maybe the employees didn't care to prep for the night or whatever but that was disappointing. When I get to the front of the cashier the two young employees were just leaned against the counter talking about their idea of what "busy" looks like to them. When the cashier walked up to the register he didn't bother to ask if I had a phone number or rewards with them so I had to bring that up myself. This location could really step it up service and product wise. read more

Where do I begin? It smelled like sour milk when you walked in. The yogurt machines were gross and looked like they haven't been cleaned in a few months. 2 machines weren't working, the fruit was not fresh and was cut just to be cut and put there. The syrup machines were sticky and gross! The counters, tables and chairs looked they haven't been cleaned since they changed ownership. That's just a few things! I wish I would have taken a picture! I WILL NOT be going back there again!!! And to top it off the worker was on his phone having a full on conversation on his AirPods while customers were waiting in line. Honestly, I bought two yogurts for my kids cuz I promised them.. but I should have walked out and gone somewhere else!!! If you look at the corners of the shop, doesn't looks like they have a cleaning service there or their "closing" crew hasn't cleaned swept and mopped in over a year! Very disappointing!!! I love Yogurtland! We've been going to Yogurtland for as long as I can remember. The soft serve is good and they always have the best flavors. It's either sweet or fruit so you get best of both worlds. The service is pretty good, they are friendly. And it's just a typical ice cream shop feel but the soft serve is a whole different feel. Decided to go get an afternoon treat today and had a positive experience. I accidentally dropped my entire cup, literally face down, before I even paid. I offered to let the cashier ring it up but he was nice enough to say don't worry about it and let me grab a new cup. This YL has been the convenience choice for my family going back many years. Sadly I have seen the quality depreciate tremendously over these years. First off, I will say the staff members are awesome in that they are always friendly and handle their crowd well.. The toppings bar is a hit or miss for me. It can be pretty dirty due to negligent customers getting lazy with the serving tools. I am a big strawberries on my YL fan, but find the strawberries here to be less than ideal. As of late, typically at least 2 or 3 machines may not be working. This tends to be a finding of mine later in the day, perhaps I come at times where they are in-between flavor refills. A bigger concern I have had is the smell inside. It smells like a fabulosa that was tampered with, sadness surrounding.. On the positive side of things, they have the nicest outdoor seating area that is shared with Paris Baguette. For the kids, the little foggy stool table things actually light up. I've been coming to this Yogurtland for years--it's been our go-to after-school treat spot--but lately it's really gone downhill. The place feels run down. The chairs look like they're being wiped with dirty towels--you can literally see the streaks and residue, which is pretty off-putting when you're trying to sit and enjoy something with your kids. The restroom didn't even have hand soap, which is honestly unacceptable, especially for a place serving food. On top of that, I wasn't able to use my app to earn or redeem points. When I asked for help, I was just handed a receipt and told to call customer service myself. No attempt to assist or resolve it on the spot. I also noticed they no longer offer complimentary water, which used to be a small but appreciated touch. It's disappointing to see how much this location has changed. It used to be one of our favorites, but at this point I'll probably just go to the La Habra location instead. read more

We've found ourselves here twice in the past two weeks! We enjoy the convenient parking and layout of this location. Utilize their rewards app to earn points on future visits as well as coupons and birthday rewards! The shop is clean, well run, and staff are always friendly. This place is so incredibly "DIRTY". We went around noon time on free raspberry giant spoon day on the 16th. Literally, the store has only been open for an hour and machines were dirty with dried ice cream all over the trays, toppings all over the place, toppings mixed in with each other and half empty. I hope the owners or management sees this review. They either have to train employees better or hire someone who actually cares. Went to Yogurtland expecting that smooth, creamy frozen yogurt I know and love. Instead? Got something that felt more like an Icee--icy, watery, and totally lacking that classic froyo texture. Pretty disappointing, especially since they charge by weight. Why am I paying full price for a cup of air and frozen slush? If the machines aren't working right or the mix is off, that should be addressed before serving it. Quality control matters--especially when customers are essentially self-serving and being charged by the ounce. Hopefully just a one-off, but it definitely made me second guess going back. read more

This Yogurtland location has a beautiful outdoor patio seating with lots of string lights and is definitely more spacious with more seating than a typical one! I got my usual plain tart and while the flavor isn't exactly as smooth as Yogurtland Arcadia and is just ever so slightly powdery tasting, it's the closest so far that I've found! I do love, though, that the setting of the place feels very family oriented and conducive for late night chats and hangouts! read more

The male employee who seems to hold some sort of managerial role at this Yogurtland location demonstrated some of the most unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior I've experienced and witnessed in a very long time. My family and I came into this location to get a frozen yogurt for our child but after one of the employees rung us up, this male "manager" proceeds to reprimand his employee in the most condescending and unnecessarily demeaning manner in front of a store full of customers. This "manager" also demonstrated curt and rude behavior to us as customers so I can't even imagine how horrible he treats his team. It was incredibly uncomfortable to witness and I hope this manager receives proper managerial training. His behavior was absolutely disgraceful. We frequent Yogurtland and we frequent often. We love the selection and the quality of their frozen treats. This particular Yogurtland is fantastic! Always helpful, always clean, and 9 times out of 10 very friendly and happy. We love the little courtyard with tables and chairs, some days it is just really nice to grab a big cup of swirly goodness and sit out in the fresh air to enjoy it. Other days we take it home for a delicious treat. The Brea location is not the closest to our house, but we like it the best, so we choose to head over when we feel the urge. Flavors are always changing but we typically love the sorbet flavors they have to offer, Rocket Pop has been one of our all-time faves and we look forward to the Big Stick flavor coming back soon too! Strawberry Sundae Bar flavor is super good, just like my favorite ice cream bar! All locations have typically the same flavors on hand, a wide variety of ice cream, yogurt and sorbet. Plenty of toppings too including boba, cookies, cereals, fruits, nuts and Magic Shell. Thank you Brea location for being a friendly option for our sinful cups of goodness!! CHEERS!! read more

I just took my daughters to Yogurtland for the first time in their lives! They were thrilled to go and loved all the delicious frozen yogurt flavors and topping choices! I am writing this review mostly because Anthony, the cashier, went above and beyond to make their first visit extra special. When he heard it was their first time coming, he immediately gave them two stickers each. We went back for lids because their eyes were bigger than their tummies, and he offered to give us brand new spoons to take home as well. Now we will reuse the spoons and think back with the fondest memories of our first visit here. Anthony's gestures may seem small, but people going above and beyond to be kind in the customer service industry has been rare to experience the last few years. I really appreciate him for being the "cherry on top" to our first special visit. We will be back! read more

The Pineapple day was yesterday but they had a pink spoon left. Customer service is excellent and they gave me sample cups to try the delicious mango strawberry sorbet as well as the pineapple . My boy Oscar!! I've never had such a fun experience at a Yogurtland. His positive suggestions and attitude towards not only us but the other customers made me proud of humanity once again. Also the new flavors (milk and cereal & milk tea) were honestly really good. This Yogurtland store is running things right during COVID! The store has clearly marked sections to keep social distancing with only one party per section (genius). They provide you with plastic gloves to use. Then, there is a trash can at the end of the line after you weigh and pay to dispose of the gloves. So well run and safe! Also, the patio just outside their store have tables situated 6ft apart, so you can enjoy your creation outside in the shade.
