They offer over 35 flavors of shave ice, and a selection of toppings- from condensed milk to popping boba. As an added bonus, they include complimentary specialty coffee with their 2 hour service. I opted for the guava and passion fruit shave ice with condensed milk, and let me tell you, their ice is as fluffy as what you'd find in Hawaii! The caramel latte I had was also amazingly good.
