This was my first time trying this location. I really wanted to try the Dubai chocolate cookie and it was sold out at other locations. When I saw it available here, I chose to place a pickup order since it's not far for me. They have plenty of parking nearby, but because of the gym it can be bus at times. They do have some pickup spots close to the front that are usually available. Once I was parked I marked on the app that I was there. The staff were very friendly as I walked in and the place looked very clean. They have a tablet on the wall to place your order or you can also order it through them. My cookies were ready pretty fast and they all looked great. I enjoyed them all, but for sure the Dubai chocolate one was my favorite! The balance between soft and crunchiness was great. If it's your first time trying these cookies, 1 regular sized one is definitely too much. I usually have 1/4 to 1/2 of a regular one. read more

I'm a little surprised this place is still in business tbh. Every time I've come in here it's dead. Not sure how well business is doing other days, but today it was as dead as other days when I've been here. Still my least favorite place for cookies, but my son happens to love it, so I am a returning customer for this reason alone. I had a piece of the chocolate chip cookie he got and it is still just as sweet as ever. This location does have the self check out now which is nice. FOOD  Jimmy Fallon's Holiday Seasoning Candy Cane Brownie - Apart from the boatload of sugar these brownies have, I really liked this one. If you're one of those people that think mint chocolate tastes like toothpaste, then you should probably skip this one.  Honey Bun - This tastes like a snickerdoodle, so pretty good.  Milk Chocolate Chip - It's not bad, but this cookie is nothing special. I never reach for chocolate chip cookies. Strawberry Crinkle - I didn't like this one. The strawberry flavor isn't as strong as I expected, but it was dry and somehow still tasted like raw flour.  Caramel Toffee Butter Cake - This is one of the best items they've had. I can't wait for this one to return. The cake is soft in the center and the edges are slightly crispy. The vanilla whipped cream on top is delicious.  Cookies and Cream Milkshake - This didn't taste like cookies and cream to me, but it was still great. I will get this again. My family enjoyed this one too.  Holiday Birthday Cake - This might just be their birthday cake cookie with red and green sprinkles on top.  Caramel Apple - Another favorite. Even my family that hates caramel loved this cookie. The chopped green apple on top is tangy and cuts the sweetness.  Blueberry Muffin - Very sweet and very delicious. Very simple and clean store! It's located in the same plaza as target so lots of parking available, but plaza does get busy. I came around 4:00 PM on a weekday and was surprised to see how many people were ordering cookies. It's nice that you can order a single cookie, which is $4.99 but it's quite big. I ordered the milk chocolate chip. They said it would be a 20 min wait since they ran out so I walked around target. I would recommend ordering in advance so you don't have to wait as it seems to get pretty busy! I've tried crumbl at parties and wasn't amazed, but it was my first time having it when it was still warm and it was really good! The center is soft and chewy and the outside is crispy. I see why it's such a popular place now. Overall, would definitely come back and try the other flavors. read more

Crumbl has always been a good cookie spot! It is consistent around all stores. I enjoy the specialty cookies they have. You can never go wrong with chocolate chip cookie flavor. Who doesn't love the smell of cookies when you walk in?! There's no indoor seating so it's all to-go orders. For me their cookies are hit and miss with the flavor profiles. The box pictured has churro (delicious but crazy sweet), peanut butter (very dry), oat meal skillet cookie (tasty - probably my favorite this trip), mint marshmallow (my daughter's favorite), confetti (dry), chocolate chip (dry and only had 2 chips). I had a bad experience after waiting for the waffle cookie to come back for a long time I left with my order and got home to see they didn't put the syrup on my cookie or put a container of syrup with it. When I brought it up to the store because I did call. They told me they would have to charge me again if I were to come back and fix the order tomorrow. (They're closed now) and they offered me to come all the way back for a cup of the syrup! Terrible customer service and I will be reaching out to someone about this. As much as I am a fan of Crumbl, their service has always failed every time I visit. The staff behave they don't want to be there and one or two or even half of the cookies are not available. Without explaining that they want people to order through the KIOSK, they just stare at you until you figure out yourself to use the pad for ordering and paying. However, from the order to your hands, they do package them fast. Other than that, the place is clean and have large space for people to stay in line and pick up their order. There aren't any seating so it is only for pick-up. They have a reward app so if you are a fan, I would take advantage of it - you get a free cookie when you built the points and on your birthday. Most of the cookies feel like more of a mini cake, which is the beauty of their cookies. Even though it is in the box for a week, it is still moist and soft. If you heat up a little bit, it's even better depending on the cookie type. It is definitely on the sweeter side so you might not be able to finish all at one sitting like me but if you cut into quarters, you get to try all the flavors. read more

First time buying from Crumbl (have received as gifts prior). Surprised there was a very limited selection but it makes sense as they can't make all types of cookies every day. Service was fast BUT-- I was actually *refused* I couldn't buy 6 cookies and have them put 4 in one box and just give me the other two. Mind blown. I've eaten dozens of crumbl cookies, consuming them from locations all over the country. The Brea store is definitely the worst I've seen. It's as though the employees take no pride in their output. I ordered one sugar cookie (glad I didn't order more). Unlike other crumbl cookies I've eaten, the frosting was slapped on, about 1/2 the volume I've seen from other locations. My daughter, who's eaten waaaay more crumbl cookies than me, even commented, "oh gosh, that's horrible," when I sent her a picture. At least, the cookie tasted right, but with a lot less frosting.
