This location is very small & has a limited selection of pastries. Their customer service is excellent! The employee that ringed us up was super sweet, very helpful! I got the Pain au chocolat with a small 12oz Decaf coffee. The coffee was a bit on the acidic side but accompanied by the pastry it was balanced out. We visited this location around 7:30pm-8:30pm; so the selection was already picked out & the batch of coffee was not that fresh. My go to (when it's not sold out!) is the Coffee Cronut... it's like OMG in my mouth! The blended Mocha Frappe is too coffee tasting for me! And it's a lot darker than it was before when I would get it! I think they changed the recipe! I go in today to get a few treats and I see they have a sign for a free pastry if you download the app. The counter person was super helpful and helped me do it but I guess the app is supposed to add the coupon and it didn't work. It wasn't crowded, but customer service was poor which tells me management suck here. Got my pastries and took it over to the cashier counter ready to check out except no one was available. One person was busy making drinks, another oneupeeked out from the back, but never came to the front while two other mature women employees were doing inventory by the second exit door, a few hundred feet away from me. After a little over 5 mins of waiting without help, I simply walked out leaving the food behind since I couldn't wait any longer. Glad to have a Paris Baguette in Brea. Having to choose between Rowland Heights or Buena Park makes you really think twice before offering to pick up a cake before you go to a party.
