I walked right in, there were three people working. Two were making drinks and one that was supposed to be working the register. The person who was working the register looked at me, didn't say hi. After a few seconds the phone rang and she decided to answer the phone, and walked into the back. I do feel she should have prioritized taking my order instead of picking up the phone and walking into the back for a few minutes. Or at least before answering, greet me and say they will be right with me. She didn't apologize for making me wait either. Very unprofessional bad service. read more

Had such a positive experience at this location and honestly probably the best Starbucks experience ever. Very warm welcome, perfectly made coffees, and a friendly conversation. Drinks are ALWAYS inconsistent with Starbucks we already know this. Sometimes Starbucks is perfect then you will go to the same location at the same or different time and the coffee won't even be close to the last time you were there. Well not here at least with Amanda and Jonathan as your baristas. These two were both awesome and the coffees were perfect. read more

I've been to this Starbucks a handful of times. It is a very tiny location, and while they do have some outdoor seating, it is very limited. This location is definitely geared more towards grab and go. The service has been quick for me, but I've only ever ordered ahead through the app. Overall a 4 star rating due to size, speed and location. read more

I believe this is my 2nd visit here to this Starbucks location. Came here on a Sunday evening. Realize they close at 6 pm. Location closes pretty early. Between Dsw Shoe warehouse & XLB Dumpling house. Lots of seatings inside & outdoor patio area. Associate are friendly here & service is fast. I got a Venti hot coffee for the rainy day along w a warm ham croissant. Lots of parking available in the shopping plaza. Tip~Get the Starbucks app to accrue points with each purchase towards a free drink, food & merchandise. Also promotions for rewards member. I like this Starbucks. I found it when I was in this shopping center recently. This location is very convenient. I really like that this Starbucks is right next to my dogs' groomer (Judy's Pet Grooming is the best!), and I can come by here right after I drop my boys off. Service was pretty good even though the lines are really long. They also had a decent selection of baked here goods too. For a super convenient Starbucks near my dogs' really wonderful groomer, this location is great. read more

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two batistas. Is it me or this is a thing that has died within Starbucks? So I had a great first impression walking in. Thank you to those baristas working tonight and making us feel welcome! Second, I was able to use my reusable Starbucks cup and they followed the proper Starbucks protocol by not handling my personal cup. Yay! They had oat milk today. There has been times that a Starbucks was out of this milk so I happily ordered the pistachio latte with oat milk. It does not have a fake pistachio taste, not too sweet, and paired well with oat milk. Their bathroom was clean! read more

I ordered a match green tea and they totally screwed up my order. They lottery didn't put enough scoops that I had requested and my drink was half full! Are you kidding me? And the barista expects me to not request a new one? Anyway I complained and another barista made me another one... the correct way. I should've got the name of the person who made it. This Starbucks location is located in a pretty busy plaza so sometimes parking may be a walk to the store. The location is a bit on the smaller side, with only a couple of tables outside on the patio. I was in the plaza for Total Wine and figured to drop by for a Venti Pike w/ no room. We were lucky to find parking near the entrance. It's a Starbucks and the drinks are consistent. Service was good and friendly. Received my drink quickly, was greeted at the cashier and upon pick-up, and was on my way. read more

No bathroom... otherwise nice, clean, and busy with lots of pickup orders. Note that when exiting the shopping center, you cannot make a left-hand turn onto imperial Highway. So if you need to head east, be sure to exit on associated. read more

Every time I come in the morning the staff is so fast, attentive and friendly. They always greet me in such a genuine manner & I always feel so welcomed. I feel like an actual human being instead of just a transaction there. It's evident that Amber the store manager has her team feeling cared for and supported which is the mark of a great leader. I ordered a croissant & a cup of ice. I got the croissant immediately & then gave it a minute or two & didnt get the ice still. I went up to the barista (the same one who took my order & warmed my food) who was making some drinks & asked her for my cup of ice thinking she may have forgotten. Apparently my mistake, because I was given immense attitude & was told to wait because it is going to come eventually after a line of drinks. I left without my ice because of the rude attitude I was given. Leave the attitude at home, I work in the same industry & it was extremely unnecessary. I dont remember her name but she was the one missing a hand. read more

i felt like the staff was not friendly at all. i wanted to try something new, so i tried Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato. milk tasted like it was rotten, left a nasty after taste in my mouth that i had to brush my tongue. i changed it up for a pumpkin spice latte. I couldn't even enjoy that because i still had that after taste from the first drink. staff didn't even seem to care. no smiles, nothing . i brought back the drink to show them i barely sipped it. " we can't take it back, you could keep it" why would i want to keep it, it was disgusting. no apology or anything. just seems like they dont care. they mentioned there milk is good till 2024? read more

This is my first visit to this Starbucks. The company makes the best coffee and specialty drinks. My friend drinks regular brewed coffee. He says it has a wonderful strong flavor. My favorite is a mocha Frappuccino with no whip or added fat (to cut down on calories). It was delicious as always. Use a sleeve so you don't freeze your hand. read more

One time I walked in and an employee made the recommendation of blending cinnamon into the cold foam and my goodness! The best Starbucks location! I always come here because they make my drink the best (matcha green tea latte w soy) today they were out of matcha so I got an iced soy latte instead. The baristas here are always so friendly and attentive when I come. This is my Starbucks. I come nearly every day before work and sometime on weekends too. It is my favorite. On the surface it's not an ideal location. The store is tiny and nestled in the middle of a busy shopping center. But it's always busy. What's special about this Starbucks is the people. Through the many years all of the employees have turned over, except for Chris, but they have all been hard working, kind and friendly. With mobile order now, the interaction and time spent at the store may be brief but the smile and acknowledgement each time I walk in for my latte is a nice start to the day. read more

Very disappointed in this Starbucks staff. I went this morning and at 5:25AM and there were three other customers standing outside with the door locked. The staff could clearly see us but would not acknowledge any of us. Store hours are posted and should be open by 5AM, if there was a last minute change then they should have at least acknowledged us and let us know or post a temporary sign in window/door. There were three staff members in there just going about what looked to be their daily duties and pretending none of us were out front. I knocked to see if they were going to open soon or if they are closed all day and none of them even looked over. Sad to say but I will not be going back to this Starbucks. Horrible customer service! read more

Never really been a fan a Starbucks since I'm more of a McDonald's iced coffee girl, but I must say I had their French Vanilla iced coffee and a breakfast croissant today and wow. This croissant tasted so good and fresh. It was like they literally made it fresh and had an amazing buttery taste to it. Definitely a fan now. Super tasty. read more

This place is usually always good about getting my mobile orders. I frequent here 2-3 times a week. Went in for my mobile order. Placed it at 3:06, promised my 3:13. It wasn't busy and guests placing orders at the counter got their drinks in 2 minutes or less. Finally at 3:18 I went to ask if they had my mobile order. They were unapologetic and said yeah it's coming. Finally got my drink at 3:20. No apology. Very upsetting because they're usually so good. Also took up most of my lunch break. Maybe it was because I got a holiday drink? Will not be going back for awhile. read more

On a recent visit, I decided to try their new Pineapple Express. It was a hot day, and I was in the mood for something fruity and refreshing without any caffeine. It was decent - light and refreshing, though it didn't quite stand out as much as their coffee drinks for me. Overall, this is still one of my favorite bakeries and coffee spots. Between the delicious pastries, solid drinks, and cozy atmosphere, it's a place I find myself returning to again and again.

It's incredibly delicious and perfect this us my second day in a row here. My friend usually gets a flavored Matcha which is great, but got a Peach barley tea and said it was refreshing. The service is good, they get the drinks out fast. The menu has unique specialty options aswell. There is a good amount of seating and it's a very welcoming shop. Cons: -The sizing is very small for the price. A plain vanilla latte is $6.40 which is a bit steep. However, I understand that most cafes are pretty pricey now a day. (With that being said this is one of the only places i'd spend my money on.) -I have tried some of their specialty lattes and they are extremely sweet(I would recommend getting less sweet if youre more of a espresso person) -Parking is pretty terrible apart from early mornings Overall: The pros overlook the cons for me and I love this coffee shop! The café has a bright, cozy, and minimalist atmosphere with warm wood tones and soft pink accents. The space is clean and well maintained. They also have a nice selection of pastries and breads, including different kinds of croissants and salt bread. I ordered The Usual, their cream-top latte. The cream was very thick and heavy, almost like whipped cream, so I think it may be a matter of personal preference. The coffee itself was decent, but I didn't find the flavor particularly unique or memorable. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I didn't find anything particularly special about the coffee itself.

Truly surprised by how good this was. Matcha forward, super creamy. 100% sweetness was just right to me. I just found my local spot for when I don't feel like making the trip to GG or Westminster. However, today's visit felt different. We ordered our usual strawberry coffee drinks but they weren't pink. When I asked the barista about it she said the syrup has changed. The drinks barely tasted like strawberry and we were disappointed. I immediately regretted upgrading my size to 20oz too. SO I looked up other recent yelp reviews, and I saw that someone posted a picture of their drink 17 hours ago and it was still pink. That makes me question what happened to our drinks.

If you're looking for a more tea-forward item on their menu, I would recommend getting the amber oolong tea latte rather than the jasmine green tea latte; the oolong has a rich and slightly nutty flavor while the jasmine as a light floral flavor. If you end up getting the fruity drinks, I would recommend getting them less sweet (if possible, because some drinks you aren't able to adjust the sweetness but I can't remember which ones exactly)

It honestly felt a little gimmicky because if I didn't know it was supposed to be peach, I probably wouldn't have guessed it. For my second matcha, I got the jasmine matcha. I liked this one more because I could actually taste the jasmine tea. It was floral but also subtle and didn't overpower the matcha. That being said, I do think their matcha is on the lower quality side. I could see grains of matcha along the cup, and the drinks themselves were on the grainier side. The matcha also had a noticeable bitterness to it. I also ordered their peach oolong citrus tea. I wasn't able to adjust the sweetness, which I normally prefer to do with fruit teas. Fortunately, it wasn't too sweet, probably because of the amount of ice. I also wasn't able to adjust it to a lower ice level. I also didn't taste much citrus, so mostly tasted like a peach green tea from starbucks. Overall, this visit was a disappointment, especially since I enjoyed their Boya Jasmine Green Tea Latte so much the first time. I would still come back for that drink, but I probably wouldn't order their matcha again.
