8/28/26 hot and humid Friday night Everyone and their mother was there to enjoy some sweet ice cream! This location is my favorite. The staff is friendly and always efficient at getting the line down. The only downfall is insufficient seating. There customers hanging out after being done with their ice cream just taking up seats. I wish they could post a sign to please and enjoy and give the other customers who are actually eating the tablet spot to eat at. Besides this, everything else was great. Great flavors. My family and I tried the Dubai chocolate/chocolate pistachio, strawberry shortcake and Reese's. I found the Dubai one way too sweet. The chocolate swirl thing they put in was the culprit. Ice cream was great though. Strawberry shortcake was delicious-it had little pieces of cake inside. *the two scoop sundae was half melted by the hot syrup but the time my father in law receive it in his hands. Not sure if there is a way around this but he ended up drinking it read more

They serve up Full scoops of ice cream; no skimping there. It is very pricey! Not like the good ol days, when it was 10 cents a scoop! We try to go there once a week for their specials! read more

Absolutely amazing! We are so thankful to have this gem of a place in our own backyard--it truly feels like La Mirada's best-kept secret. If I could give Vaneet (the owner/manager) and this Baskin-Robbins more than five stars, I would! Our family has been coming here for years for ice cream cakes, and every single one has been exceptional. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are fabulous. Not only do the cakes taste amazing, but they always look beautiful, too. Knowing that Vaneet's mom used to do the decorating makes it clear that creativity, pride, and quality are part of this family business tradition. What truly sets this location apart is the outstanding customer service. During the pandemic, my sister needed a cake for her son, and Vaneet told her to call the store and that, if he could, he would personally come in to make the cake for her. Now that's customer service! Most recently, I picked up my husband's retirement cake, and the store was absolutely packed at 1:30 on a Friday--which says a lot about how much this community values this location. I love having a place I can count on to consistently deliver ice cream cakes that are both delicious and beautifully made. Vaneet and his team genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in everything they do. Thank you, Vaneet, for making so many of our family celebrations extra special. We're lucky to have you in La Mirada! read more

Love, love, love coming here for a sweet treat! The staff is always so friendly, which makes the experience even better. They used to have an ice cream flavor called Monkey Business that was so good -- I really wish they'd bring it back, but I think it's seasonal. Other than that, this is always my go-to spot when I'm craving ice cream. Highly recommend! read more

Shout out to the owner Vaneet for his help when we accidentally ordered the wrong items for a promotion. Vaneet and his staffs were helpful and understanding and made it right. We enjoyed coming here and trying the different flavor Baskin-Robbins has to offer. The staffs are kind enough to let us try different samples before ordering. My kid is always happy whenever he knows we're getting a special treat. I'm glad we have a Baskin-Robbins near us with a great owner and staffs. read more

Service was fine. Ice cream was pretty good. Price is reasonable. The renovation is nice. It's been a while since I've been here so I don't know how new it is. I feel like you always know what you're getting. Not the greatest ice cream, but does the trick. read more

Stopped into Baskin Robbins and went with two scoops: Very Berry Strawberry and Oreo Cold Brew. The strawberry was bright and refreshing, with real fruit pieces that gave it a natural flavor instead of tasting overly sweet. The Oreo Cold Brew was rich and smooth, with a nice balance of coffee and chocolate from the cookie pieces. Together, they made for a surprisingly great pairing. Service was quick and friendly. The staff handled a steady stream of customers without rushing anyone, and my scoops were served neatly with just the right portion size. The shop is clean and well-lit, with plenty of space to enjoy your ice cream inside. It has a casual, welcoming feel that works for a quick stop or a sit-down treat. Both flavors were well done, and the quality was exactly what you hope for when stopping in for something simple and satisfying. I'd happily return for the Oreo Cold Brew alone, but the Very Berry Strawberry was a close second. read more

I've been to this location several times. The people here are always nice and welcoming. Ice cream is of course really yummy. I put in an order for an ice cream cake earlier this month. Unfortunately my daughter ended up pretty sick. Postponing the cake by a week was a breeze. So I definitely appreciate that. My daughter was blown away by her cake and super happy. She designed her own picture for a cake and loved seeing it come to life. Thank you to the staff! read more

Best BR experience ever. We visited place to use our coupon and end up getting 10 more coupons. Owner was super kind and make me think about what is the meaning of hospitality. The crew member gave me 2 scoops of ice cream and it changes my paradigm of a scoop. It was too big, so I thought I couldn't finish it for the first time in my life. No expextation, but encountered amazing service. You guys made my day. Thank you! I will definitely visit this place again! read more

I was watching my daughter order ice cream from few distance. I think I heard her order a small cup of chocolate ice cream with marshmallows. But the young woman working there blended the ice cream with something like condensed milk. I thought my daughter had changed the contents of her order. after she got her takeout and sat in the car, my daughter said worker had misunderstood her order. my daughter did not order a milkshake. The receipt also said milkshake. I have something to say to the part-timer who just ignored my teenage daughter and gave her a drink. If you don't do your best at such a simple task, you will do it half-heartedly no matter what you do, and your life will go by half-heartedly. This place is not trustworthy. It is dishonest. I don't know how the owner presented the working conditions to the part-timer, but trust is broken by small things. read more

A Cake So Perfect, I Ascended Let me tell you about the woman who looked into the abyss of "Jigglypuff cake" and said yes. Let me tell you about the roundness. The vision. The sheer audacity of two perfect blue eyes and a frosting flower so majestic I wept. I walked in with a dream and a digital printout. I walked out with a cake that could end wars. This decorator didn't just make a Jigglypuff. She became Jigglypuff. And then she gave her to my child. If you're reading this wondering whether to order from here--do it. AsAsk for the joy. Because you're not just getting a cake. You're getting a YES. 10/10. Would emotionally imprint again read more

Baskin Robbins is such a basic buisness service offered.. the ice cream tasted the same as always. I was just a bit disappointed that upon entering the girls couldn't be bothered to stop their conversations to say hi and allowed me to browse until I looked up at them signaling I was ready. It was a quick transaction and I was on my way. However, pretty disappointed mostly that I upgraded my cone because it was entirely stale and rather gross. read more

So this was my first time ordering an ice cream cake for my daughter and I was nervous since I am used to dealing with bakeries but I must say, the process was identical and the level of service was outstanding!!! The manager, unfortunately I cannot remember his name, and all of his staff were very helpful and explained everything in detail. He offered suggestions as to what colors and decorations would make the cake look its best and I am glad I listened to him, EVERYONE at the birthday party was very impressed at the design and more than anything, the fresh taste of the cake. I will definitely recommend this specific location for anyone looking to get a great ice cream cake. read more

I really enjoyed this location quite a lot. Service was very friendly by staff, we were greeted at the entrance and they were very quick and friendly. I love the ambiance overall, they have comfortable seating instead of the hard plastic chairs. It looks to be remodeled because it's certainly much nicer than other locations. It was very clean & cozy to sit and relax in. Usually I'm rushing to be out of a Baskin Robbins. Ice cream is delicious as always. Got a single scoop of strawberry cheesecake & cookies n' cream for $9. I have other locations I live closer to, but I would go out of my way to return to this one. read more

Horrible service. Would give a 0 if possible. Been coming here for years since the new owner took over. Today I was given not only the worse service but was also mocked. Samir gives me a half a cone (a 3/4 cone at best). When I asked him why my cone is smaller than usual and smaller than the others in my party. His response was "that is 4 oz." He said to post and complaint to the owner if you want even gave me a thumbs up smile and allowed me to take a photo of him to post. Deuces to not use his photo. But here's a photo of half a cone. Ruined my evening. Thanks B&R. Hope you invest on some customer service training. read more

Came on 9/13 Friday at 7 pm to get ice cream for the whole family and everyone got sundaes that cost more than a meal. The girl working tonight literally gave us kid size portions. I went in on Sunday evening around 830pm. I ordered 2 double scoops and fresh pack pint to go. The double scoop sizes looked fine but the pint was disappointing to say the least. A girl that took the order placed the pint on the scale and started filling it with ice cream. I didn't pay close attention since I believed she would do her job correctly.
