Not the newest bread/pan bakery in town, but it has the best champurrado in the area, a nice selection of pastries, and friendly service.

I had never tried Botox before in my life, but I decided to get it for the first time yesterday as well. I don't think the results have shown yet, so I'm planning to post a review once they do. Since we were already in Orange County, we stopped by a bakery at the Source Mall. I bought several pastries there. The fresh cream bread was very delicious. I didn't try the custard cream bread because my younger brothers ate it, so I can't really comment on the taste. I also haven't tried the pecan pie yet. Lately, Dubai chocolate cookies have been extremely popular and trendy, so I asked whether this bakery had them. They said yes, so I bought one for $6.75. However, when I tried it this morning, it was absolutely not a Dubai chocolate cookie. It was basically just a chocolate pie. There was no pistachio flavor at all, and no pistachios inside--just a very ordinary chocolate pie. That part was extremely disappointing. Also, yesterday I asked the bakery if they could provide paper plates so we could cut and share the pastries, but she said they didn't have any. Other bakeries usually provide paper plates, so it was disappointing as well.

For this first trip, I found myself enchanted by the more traditional Korean pastries - the sweet potato creamy red bean bun, the curry croquette, the salt breads and rice crackers (one of their most popular items they said.) Most everything costs between $3-5. What a steal! I ordered their new item -- a banana latte made with their own banana syrup and cold foam to go with a double shot of espresso. It was tasty though seeing the old timers with their hot brewed coffees and bean buns made me wish I'd gotten something hot too. All in all, I had a great time at Cafe Bleu and can't wait to come back and try some new things. There are lots of tables and plenty of room to meet up with friends or work or do your homework.

The chocolate cheesecake castella cake was super moist, the custard bread had the perfect balance of sweetness, soft and fluffy with just the right amount of filling. The almond bread was tasty too, with raisins mixed in for extra texture. One thing to note for anyone with nut allergies: although the ingredient label only listed almonds, there seemed to be other nuts present as we experienced an allergic reaction despite not being allergic to almonds.

However the cheese rolls and guava cheese rolls are worth the wait and everyone is friendly! After waiting outside I was directed to the cafe by a friendly young lady whos name I do not remember. She explained to me that both lines inside the building are for the same items which I did not know! I also appreciate her for taking the time to verify all my items were packaged. The cashier with pink hair was very helpful as well with my drink order but I do not remember her name . Thank you to every worker who makes sure us customers have a positive experience after waiting so long!!! I remember now why I love Portos! Excellent service AND good food! Now for the food... the cheese rolls and guava cheese rolls are the best! 10/10 for excellent quality and flavor. The croquetas are also very tasty, 8/10. I tried the blue matcha today, recommended by the cashier who said it is new and popular and I see why! It was very delicious and had beautiful color! 10/10 And for desert I picked the chocolate cake slice, not too sweet and good flavor! 9/10. I grabbed the Strawberry Matcha cake slice, and it looked absolutely beautiful. I was on my lunch break, so I didn't get a chance to try more, but everything in the display looked amazing. They had so many cake selections, plus pastries and drinks, which definitely makes me want to come back and actually spend more time there. Even though it was super busy, the service was impressively fast and efficient. One employee helped take my order and package everything up, and the cashier rang me up quickly, so the whole process was seamless and perfect when you're on a lunch break. The atmosphere felt very family-friendly, and despite how busy it was, the experience was still smooth. Parking is free, there's a small lot directly in front, but if that fills up, there's additional parking in the connected plaza, which makes it easy. I didn't get to try the cake but brother-in-law and sister said the cake was delicious. If you're in the Fullerton area and looking for a cute dessert spot with lots of options, this is definitely worth checking out!

The store is not on the ground floor and it's also not located within the Bakery Cafe or the food hall on the second floor. It's actually on the 3rd floor right off of the escalator inside of another food court type establishment. I ended up walking in circles and within their various corridors looking for the mall map on all three floors looking for Yozm. The saving grace was that their donuts were worth the trek and hassle. It has loads of fluffy and not too sweet whipped cream and also not too sweet sugar dusted donuts encasement. I loved both the bananas cream and strawberry cream donuts. I wouldn't mind returning just to get some more donuts and also grab some matcha latte nearby. The service here isn't the friendliest or the most helpful. I had to ask for a bag despite purchasing a box of donuts along with other pastries that was on display. Really unthoughtful knowing I was expected to walk through the mall without my items bagged. He couldn't muster any effort to look professional or attempt not looking visibly annoyed. The bakery area has ample seating inside where you can go ahead and devour your donuts and other drinks you might wanna grab from nearby cafe. I wouldn't mind returning again just because it's a little bit more convenient to get my fluffy cream donuts fix from here. But for now, I still prefer m going way out to Century City at the Knotted, which I 150% prefer.
