Loved every bite of my donuts from Yozm. The store was hard for me to find as the GPS/Google Map location was incorrect. The store is not on the ground floor and it's also not located within the Bakery Cafe or the food hall on the second floor. It's actually on the 3rd floor right off of the escalator inside of another food court type establishment. I ended up walking in circles and within their various corridors looking for the mall map on all three floors looking for Yozm. The saving grace was that their donuts were worth the trek and hassle. It has loads of fluffy and not too sweet whipped cream and also not too sweet sugar dusted donuts encasement. I loved both the bananas cream and strawberry cream donuts. I wouldn't mind returning just to get some more donuts and also grab some matcha latte nearby. The service here isn't the friendliest or the most helpful. I had to ask for a bag despite purchasing a box of donuts along with other pastries that was on display. Really unthoughtful knowing I was expected to walk through the mall without my items bagged. He couldn't muster any effort to look professional or attempt not looking visibly annoyed. The bakery area has ample seating inside where you can go ahead and devour your donuts and other drinks you might wanna grab from nearby cafe. I wouldn't mind returning again just because it's a little bit more convenient to get my fluffy cream donuts fix from here. I saw this place being featured on some viral instagram food post so I came to try it with my gf. We arrived around 7pm and most of the donuts were sold out except the original and matcha. We got one of each. I liked the original donut more than the matcha one. The original donut consisted of a full soft donut stuffed with vanilla tasting cream. It was like eating a really good ice cream donut without the coldness of the ice cream, which was perfect for the cold weather. The matcha donut had less cream but the matcha taste inside was very strong. I thought it was a little bit too overbearing for my tastes. Overall, the donuts were better than what I was expecting. It was a mix between a cookie, a brownie, and a cake. One thing to note is this place was a little tricky to find. It's on the third floor inside a food court area with a big The Bakery sign. While there was a crunchy, it tasted bland even with the powdered sugar on top. Matcha chocolate cookie (5/10) - We didn't taste the matcha flavor although the texture was good.
