Starbucks run

This place is great. Seating inside and out. Very spacious with lots of outlets. It gets pretty busy but it's one of the more quiet Starbucks I know. People just come, plug in, get caffeinated, and then get work done. Food is ok too. Lots of different coffee cakes. Solid A-

Matcha latte

Quick service, it's just the ice to drink ratio is unacceptable. I had about 4 good drinks till I wasn't able to drink anymore. I feel as though I need to ask for light ice to get a regular proportion, but the food is decent aswell

Yum! Love me a blueberry scone. A rare treat!

It is one of the newer and more popular Davis Starbucks locations. Located in the well frequented Mace Boulevard, Nugget Shopping Center with easy off/on E/W bound freeway exits for your drive thru needs. When it opened, it was a huge bonus for South Davis residents as all other Davis locations were on the other side of the freeway some distance away. Unfortunately, it opened shortly before I moved away from Davis to my present home. It is a large Starbucks for sure. With a nice covered patio to chill and hang out. Parking is easy, and there is lots of it. It is the favorite with everyone. Students in their jammies:), and local kids and adults. Dogs welcome! It is always busy. People come with their computers and stay. Moms meet with the babies, high power business meetings... you get the picture! Oh...and of course bike friendly!Welcome to Davis! I loved enjoying my extra hot latte and blueberry scone in one of my favorite former stomping grounds! Shout out to Paris for making it extra nice! I miss this Starbucks. No other like it. Till we meet again:).

I had a disappointing experience, as Jilian at the window were extremely rude and constantly rolled eyes. Extreme lack of professionalism. And she smashed my cake pop

Always plenty of seating. There is also outside seating. Sometimes the place is a little sticky. One of the workers though is really nice and joyfully took my order and served. The long tables have power strips and hooks for holding backpacks.

First time visiting this location and we love it! The service was great, friendly, fast and drinks prepared exactly the right way! It was clean and a nice vibe. Lots of people sitting around on laptops and just hanging out.

What a cluster! Drive through cars were queued up blocking main access to the parking lot. I waited 20+ minutes for a latte-'nuff said.

The staff was very friendly, the coffee was great, and the croissant was delicious. The atmosphere is also really nice. Since it's located on a university campus, there are a lot of busy students around, but it doesn't take away from the experience at all, you can still relax and enjoy your coffee and food. Make sure to leave a tip at places like this, the service is excellent, and even something small like 50 cents is appreciated. Thanks, Temple Roasted Coffee!

I won't go into the reasons why, but I wound up forgetting to order my coffee decaffeinated. I wound up ordering a Mexican mocha with almond milk and light whip. I also ordered a veggie scone. Both the barista and the person working the counter were friendly and nice. I LOVED the Mexican mocha. It wasn't too sweet (which I was worried about), didn't need sugar, but was delicious. It had a nice mix of the robust coffee flavor and the richness of the Mexican chocolate. The scone was good. I liked the mix of veggies and cheese. I think it would have been better if it were heated. This cafe is somewhat small. While there is a good amount of seating, it gets pretty packed in here. I'd say my biggest con of this cafe if you're drinking your coffee there are the seats and the lack of electrical outlets to charge your computer. The bar stools are pretty uncomfortable. I really could only sit the stool for about an hour. Since the stools didn't have a backrest, I started getting sore. I'd definitely get coffee here again.

Clean establishment, very simple menu! Love their seasonal menus! They craft some good drinks! They do have a point system where you can redeem "seeds"! And my ice mocha was free today! Customer service at every location is wonderful! And the Pachamama team know their regulars that come in! They have nice merch at this location too! I will say their drinks are just top tier and their chocolate they use for their mocha is THE REAL DEAL! None of that sugary chocolate! You can taste the CACAO! Which I appreciate!! And thank you for always having my whole milk! Stop by for your next caffeine fix here!

The space is larger than I anticipated, which was nice. I checked out their specials and opted to order their olive latte (it was made with olive oil). I was hoping they had some type of pastry, but alas, nothing except a few prepackaged bars. Once I got my latte, I took a seat. The latte was OK. I thought I may be able to taste/at least smell the olive oil undertones, but didn't. The latte was good. Will I be back? Maybe.

When I went on a rainy and windy Saturday afternoon there were tons of college students studying and it was quiet inside and pretty much all the seats were filled. Their menu had normal coffee drinks and lattes such as Americano, cappuccino, mocha, jasmine and earl grey tea. They also had unique drinks such as miso caramel latte, pandan latte, matcha pandan latte, matcha and hojicha. In addition, they had a spring seasonal menu and their current specials were a mango matcha drink and passion fruit espresso drink with tonic water. I ordered the hojicha latte with oat milk with light sweetener and light ice. They had options of whole milk, almond, or oat milk for milk. The cashier told me light ice meant there was going to be more oat milk. It was $5.80 which is cheaper than most cafes for hojicha however the quality wasn't as great as other cafes I've been to. The hojicha latte lacked flavor and tasted oily and didn't have the nutty flavor I'm used to but I still finished it. They usually have two bathrooms and they only had one available and sometimes you had to wait in a line for 20 min since there was so many people in the cafe which is inconvenient. Hopefully, they have the other bathroom fixed soon. Overall, it's a nice cafe with nice ambiance and some unique drink selections but I was not satisfied with the hojicha latte as there was no flavor. At least the prices are lower than other cafes. Maybe another drink would have been better.

Both times, my coffee has been strong and flavorful. The first time I went with a strawberry rose latte and the second time I went with a blueberry vanilla latte. They have some really cute pastries on display, but I have yet to try some. I love the vibrant interior! There are always students or Davis locals hanging around, working, or studying when I visit, and while the service sucks in that area, they offer WiFi. I've only gotten my coffee to go but from other reviews I've seen, the cups are super cute! There's even a nice list of food offerings ranging from light bites to sandwiches. World Traveler is one of my favorite chains in the area and I'll definitely be back whenever I need my caffeine fix.

My husband ordered the Mexican mocha, and this one really missed the mark. He's had Mexican mochas from other coffee shops before, but this one was overwhelmingly dominated by the Mexican chocolate flavor, making it basically undrinkable. Atmosphere The café itself is very clean, modern, and spacious. There was plenty of seating and a good number of students studying inside, which gave it a calm, productive vibe. It's definitely a nice space to hang out or get some work done. Service Service was great -- the cashier was friendly, and our drinks were made quickly. Every pastry is displayed so perfectly that it almost feels impossible to choose. You honestly want to try everything, and that is both the best and most dangerous part because the price does add up quickly. I will say upfront, their baked goods are on the expensive side. But at the same time, you can tell you are paying for quality, presentation, and that true bakery feel. It feels a little indulgent, but in a way that can be worth it depending on what you get. I tried their Ferrero Rocher dessert, and if I am being honest, it was not my favorite. It looked amazing, but the flavor did not fully live up to the expectation for me. On the other hand, I also got a chocolate croissant, and while the pastry itself was light, flaky, and airy, I was a little disappointed by the lack of chocolate inside. I was hoping for a richer filling to match how good the pastry texture was. That said, their pastries overall are still very well made. They have that perfect balance of being light and airy while still feeling satisfying, which is not easy to do. The real standout for me was the French toast. It absolutely knocked it out of the park. It was rich, flavorful, and honestly brought the whole experience together. If you go, I would highly recommend ordering it because it completely changed my overall impression of the visit. Overall, Estelle is one of those places where the atmosphere and presentation pull you in, and while not everything may hit perfectly, there are standout items that make it worth trying. Just be prepared to spend a bit, and go in knowing you might have to be selective with what you order.

The Cloudbreaker immediately met my taste buds with bitterness and then left my tongue completely numb for several minutes. Perhaps those sensations would have paid off if they were followed by a calming or THC-like effect, but I didn't experience any change in mental state. The comfortable atmosphere saves this establishment from 1 star. Dim lights, leather couches, chill music, and colorful tiki wall art make for a decent study spot or date night. However, if you're hanging out at a business, you gotta support it, and to support it, you gotta buy something -- I can't see myself buying anything kava-related with any ounce of enjoyment. I like that their drinks seem to be more about the quality of the tea versus having a ton of different flavor options. They open at a time I think is somewhat late in the day on weekdays (12pm), and there tends to be a least a few people waiting to get in by the time noon rolls around. Order at the kiosk. I've been getting the Cape Jasmine with Coconut Cream whenever I'm here (but do plan to try something new next time). The coconut cream really adds a lot to the drink, in my opinion, especially since I lowered the sweetness level. At Molly Jasmine, I do recommend keeping a higher sweetness level because otherwise the tea tends to taste a bit more bitter at first. The cream did blend into the drink to help balance out the taste, but as someone who tends to think drink / milk tea places tend to be overly sweet, you're drink likely won't be sweet enough if you reduce the sweetness at Molly Jasmine. So ofc when I was in town, I had to try it. This "Molly Tea" is not the same as the Bay Area's (no store listed in Davis on the official Molly Tea website) and is also known as "jasmine tea house" on Google Maps which confused me. Walking in there was a very unpleasant smell, almost like bleach/chlorine mixed with jasmine tea fragrance. (Not great!) We sat outside. However the drinks were not bad. Not as "presentable" as the authentic Molly Tea (no fancy straw or seal), but the osmanthus oolong milk tea was on par taste wise. Overall, it's a good "knock off molly tea" and satisfied our boba craving. It's good enough for Davis but def lacks the polish of real Molly Tea's.
