This was the worst Starbucks experience I've had. I ordered oatmeal and asked the barista for a small side of milk, like less than an ounce. She told me I would need to pay almost $5 for it. I explained I only wanted a little to eat with my oatmeal, but she refused. I drove away and contacted the store to speak with a manager named Haley. She said even that small amount of milk would cost almost five dollars. They are the worst, and I will never return. read more

When you ask for powder to be added to your drink, it is extremely helpful if they actually mix up the powder so that it's not this dry glop at the bottom of the drink. When I work in Dixon, this Starbucks right here always COMES THROUGH FOR ME! It's located right off the freeway n when going to catch the freeway and these folks are fast! I could only have 20 minutes before I clock in on Monday morning and these girls make sure to have me out that drive thru line 10 minutes before! And don't let the long line at the drive thru fool you, cause these lovely workers know how important your time is and their system is SOLID! EVERY drink I had ever received from this location has and is on POINT. I have never had a bad experience! And I know the competition is strong here in California when it comes to coffee, I KNOW! I most prefer to go to and support local coffee houses that's just my thing. There are a gazillion Starbucks all over but this one here is a good one! You can tell that the baristas are very busy and flustered here. They were still very nice to customers but there needs to be better communication amongst the barista crew. Two drink orders were incorrect and had to be remade. One of the baristas also called out the wrong name for an order, she said my name but it was someone else's drink. Also, if they get your drink wrong and you ask them to redo it, DONT give them the drink they messed up on, they will just throw it away. read more

I stopped here at this Dixon Starbucks location on my way to Fairfield on the 80. My GPS guided me there, easy on and off the freeway. Just wanted a house coffee for a little pick me up. I went inside to use the restroom and get on the internet. My laptop logged in just fine and I was able to get some things done as well as check my email. The coffee was fine as was the service. I've never used this location before, but now that I know about it, I'll be back again. The freeway access is fine either way you're going on the 80. read more

Dre and Sierra are as good as it gets. They are Friendly, polite and always greet you with big smiles. At a time when great customer service is rare it's so great to walk in and get 5star treatment. Ms. Savannah took my order and I had her laughing as I shared the story about my knowledge of the Dirty Chai. I'll probably never order the regular chai again. I didn't like them at first, it felt off, and they took a while on drinks, or didn't make the drink quite as i know it tasted. But with time they finally got into the routine and their drinks are now just as good as the Starbucks across town.
