I came since I had a long drive and needed extra caffeine. I placed my order through the app which was the 911 six shots of expresso. It has a good balance of flavors so that it's smooth. I went through the drive thru lane and notified the staff that I arrived and my drink was ready when I got to the window. read more

We have always loved Dutch Bros since we started going when we visited family in Oregon! My favorite used to be the freezes, but something in them gives me major tummy trouble. Lately I've been getting a triple shot espresso and add in my protein shake. In the summer my go-to is a Mangonada. The drinks are great. The bro-istas are always friendly and engaging. I love driving up at 6:00 AM and the music. Is blaring and energy level is high. read more

Dutch Bros always saves my life on a Monday morning to work! As soon as I get off the Currey Rd exit, I immediately place my to go order for Dutch on my app! Friendly workers and great drinks! My favorite iced coffee is the annihilator which is espresso shots with half n half with chocolate macadamia nut syrup! And their iced teas are amazing during a hot day! Very refreshing! And never be intimidated by a long line, they are QUICK! read more

I didn't wait long to order, nor to receive my drink. Even with there being a line. Maybe jamming to music in my car helped with the wait time also. Cuz, the gal who brought my shark attack to me almost gave me a heart attack at my window! She appeared out of thin air and startled me a lil bit! LOL. Just like any Dutch Bros location, the staff were friendly and quick in prepping drinks. My shark attack was made to perfection! They did me a solid and didn't use a lot of ice! I think they even read my mind about wanting light ice (I forgot to ask when ordering). The employees are magicians, if I must say so myself! :) I definitely stop by the next time I'm in Dixon! read more

Great location right off of Highway 80 and 1st Street Dixon CA .nice staff, value of items and location!

My husband really liked them, and he and his coworker enjoyed their coffee. I did as well. However, I would prefer the option to walk in so that I (or anyone trying them for the first time) could take the time to explore all their offerings without feeling rushed. I also forgot to ask if they offer coffee with alternative milk. read more

This is one of my must go to stops when headed to Reno or on the way back. This place isn't crazy busy and you always get service with a smile. Everytime I go here, I always end up trying something new because I always forget which one I like. Everything I've tried though I do like. You definitely have to try the muffin tops as well! read more

This location is perfect for the drive to the Bay Area in the morning , it's literally right off the freeway off and back on in 5 mins , I ordered a blended rebel dino egg with extra drizzle and my coworker got the golden eagle with extra Carmel , And the brosristas are always down to shotgun a rebel with you if you are ready for a rush . read more

Mid day pick me upper! First time at a Dutch Bros Coffee. Choice of either drive thru or do a walk up. They have a few picnic tables to hang out at. The drive thru was nonstop. Tried their iced mocha both regular and decaf and it was good. Had to try their iced white chocolate raspberry and this one was so tasty... might get this one next time. Great service. Rolling through dixon after the high school football game, late night drive back to Sacramento and a chance to stop at another Dutch Bros was a definite stop. 1st glance driving by before we had to flip a U-Turn. It has that cool like mini put-put like look outside. Anywho quick glance at night with all the lights on, that where my brain went. Once we drove up the lane we happily greeted buy the crew and drinks were made fast and on point! Happy to find another Dutch bros on one of our trips to help make that drive home sweet! And it's a 24 hour location for your anytime drink needs! Another Dutch bros in the books! read more

Great service and a tasty drink! We ordered the iced coconut mocha. It wasn't too sweet and wasn't too coconutty. We both enjoyed our drinks. The drive thru wasn't working, someone was taking orders outside. We didn't have to wait long. Great for sweet caffeinated drinks! read more

I have long relied on Dutch Brothers for a boost on long drives but alas, an eight-dollar medium drink has signaled the end. I know inflation is hitting everyone hard but this is a bridge too far. I'm also disappointed prices aren't posted on the menus or the app. If I'd known how much prices rise, I wouldn't even have suggested the stop. read more

Never a let down. I was stopping by to get some gas and I happen to see a branch nearby. I was getting tired from the drive and I needed a little pick me up. This particular Dutch Brothers did not look as packed as others that I've been to, but that did not sway them from quality service and quality food. After sitting at the drive-through for no more than 10 minutes, a worker came out to take my order so that I would not have to wait to get to the front. They were at least two cars ahead of me and for whatever reason it was taking a little bit longer for one of the cars to complete their transaction. Not only did I receive what I ordered, it was tasty, it was correct, and it hit the spot. To be honest, I hope they do not set up a branch in the bay area simply because I believe it would be watered down. Dutch Brothers is a happy alternative to the other drive-through coffee places. read more

Have to give it up for the dog lovers in there. My brother-in-law seems to think that my dog is going to want to go back there often and I really wouldn't be surprised if she whines a tad when in the area. Yes, the coffee is sweet sweet sweet and I'm not sure it's all that great- I can't tell because it's so darn sweet. But they treated my dog like royalty (a bit better than me?) and that's rad. Was able to walk up to this kiosk and grab my cup for the walk home. Maybe I worked off a little bit of that sugar...heh... read more

This is the second time in a little over a month that I have both observed and have been subject to DB personnel acting in an unprofessional manner. Both incidents revolved around me being the ONLY customer in the drive through waiting for service. Both times the young lady at the window was chatting up someone in their vehicle after they had already received their beverage! WHAT IS UP WITH ALL OF THE GUM BUMPING??!!! I finally had to rev my engine a little to get her attention!!! STOP POPING YOUR CHOPS, AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE LINE OF PEOPLE BEHIND ME IN THEIR VEHS GETTING PISSED!!! Our time is precious!! Friendly small talk is fine and accepted as good customer service. But the lengthy yapping has got to stop!!! They sound like a couple of old hens!! Please!!! For the love of crumcake!!! If you want basically the best customer experience, go here lol I love the staffs vibe. I always ask for a surprise but I stopped because it's usually the same few drinks but I have religiously gone to this place for years now read more

I use to go to this Dutch all the time. But the customer service has gone downhill a lot over the years unfortunately. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of how good the service USE to be. The last two times I went are the last times. I went at 1am to get a drink and there was a line, no problem. However the girl kept talking to the people at the front of line, even after she handed them their drinks she kept talking to them! It was a good 10 minutes until I finally honked my horn. She yelled at me that she was "by herself" which I completely understand but if you're working alone and you have a line, I would be moving as fast as possible, not chit chatting. My final time I went wasn't as bad, but just creepy? I ordered my drink and pulled up to get it. The girl didn't say a word to me, she just awkwardly stared me down. Like as she was getting my drink... I said thank you in hopes then she would talk? But no she stayed silent and kept awkwardly staring at me... like it was creepy! Lol I'm just very over this place at this point. I think I'll stick to the one by the Safeway. read more

Live the people here!!! Very friendly. Also all the iced coffees are delicious and have hella caffeine! I'll definitely be back

The culture and attitude in this location has drastically changed. It used to be fun and trendy and exciting. It has none of this now. The last two or three times in crushes me. Starbucks is right across the street. I'm not sure what is going on with Dutch, but I suspect management is not paying attention or just ignorant. They have lost me as a customer!#youshouldvegavememybirthdaydrink read more

Dutch Bros is my ish! The staff is beyond friendly and enthusiastic no matter what time of the day it is. They make good conversation. They always make my drink just how I like it. It's inexpensive compared to other coffee places (aka Starbucks). You can never go wrong with Dutch Bros! read more

I will only come here when they have fundraisers for a good cause. My visit today was even more obnoxious then the last. Seriously... WHY is the music that loud? They literally cant hear myself talking and I cant hear them, shouting at each other is not cool with me. Also my order wasn't even right this time and the coffee is not good. Lastly, I'm not feeling the fake af nice attitudes the employees have here. I always leave here irritated. I seriously have no idea why people go here or how they manage to stay in business. read more

Update on my favorite place in Dixon! I want to take a moment to thank Jared who has gone way beyond customer service duty! He didn't have to go as far as he did. Once again, Dutch brothers has my undying business and loyalty. They seem to handpick a certain type of staff and you don't see that just anywhere. Thank you again Jared. So today - 8/9/2020 I was met again by sweet Jared, who has always gone above and beyond in his customer service skills, only to find out that he will no longer be with Dutch Bro's. I am deeply saddened to hear this. I cannot believe that work politics has forced him to resign. He is the last of the great ones. I thought more of the kind of people that Dutch Bro's hired, but now it seems they will take anyone. I hope that the hiring staff realizes what great customer service they once had. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors Jared. You're one of a kind! read more

We were in search of a Starbucks but found something even better on our way back to the Bay Area from Tahoe! Stopped for gas and noticed a Dutch Bros coffee drive-through. Headed over. The entire staff was friendly, energetic, and helpful in making recommendations. It was like pulling up to a good party with great drinks and they're so happy you stopped by. We ordered a Cappuccino and a Freedom Frost. Both drinks tasted delicious!! We'll definitely be back next time we're driving thru Dixon! read more

So After years of convincing I finally gave into my daughters letting me know how good Dutch Bro's is...or in our house "Dutch", Bro's, Bruh's , or just DB. So after a very short trip from our house we pulled into this place. Line was long but service was quick. They take the In N Out approach and have workers working the cars in the parking lot. This is great because it really does get things moving along. I have to tell you I was pretty impressed and have enjoyed going ever since. My favorite is their cold brew probably the best I have had and really is much smoother than Starbs. At this particular location it was what I have come to expect at Dutch great service(with a smile), great products and quick service. read more

Best customer service I've had at Dutch bros. The guy was so upbeat and knew exactly what we wanted. The recommendations were great. Our favorites this time around was a large cinnamon dulce with two add shots. Amazing. I still don't LOVE Dutch, but there's something about it that makes me stop every time. I've had over 10 different drinks here and have yet to fall in love with any. read more

1 star for quality of drinks , prices, and customer service. Maybe everyone knows this and I was not aware but apparently if you do not tip on your $7 drink they poured out of a slushie machine and added a pump of syrup, then you will get dirty looks and poorly made drinks. This has happened twice and I do not plan on going back to this location. I have never had bad service at a Dutch bros but this location by Wal Mart in Dixon is the worst. Once maybe, I prefer to give the benefit of the doubt but it has now happened the last 2 times. I'm sorry I don't believe I have to be bullied into tipping your for making a drink, you are being paid to make, while you stare me down. Then coincidentally you run inside and now I don't get my whipped cream or my light ice becomes as much ice as you can possibly fit in the cup. Not to mention the lady inside with bleached bangs giving me the stink eye the whole time. "I'm sorry we asked for whipped cream" Rolls her eyes, pours some of the smoothie out, adds a super thin layer and puts the flat lid back on top. For a child's drink. How petty and quite frankly pathetic. I will never come back to this location and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone else Have a super duper great day Dutch bros read more
