What a busy location. This store is located across the street from the Nut Tree Plaza. It was sprinkling out so we strived to find a close spot. We snagged one in-front of the bed store. It was the last space nested to the handicapped parking spaces. When we arrived my husband got in line to place his order and I got in line for the bathroom . There were 3 other people in-front of me, but it went fast. Note- you need a code for the bathroom . The line was around 10 deep to order. It was a long line. It was a success. I zipped in to get a yogurt or Cortado and a tall Frappuccino The gentleman at the counter was as friendly as they come. We even discussed the Chai and he made recommendations for his favorite choices on chai drinks. I should try if I didn't like the new chai formula which I thought was really nice. After I've ordered, I went to the restroom and came out. There had been four gentlemen in front of me, so I knew I was going to be waiting. They received their drinks quickly, and I was left standing at the counter watching two barista's but only one working, the other one was doing some cleaning up and had disappeared, but came back to stand and talk to the gentleman that had helped me that I liked very much The barista who was not making drinks as the other barista she needed any help. The barista that was working said no, I'm good. I'm just a little backed up. I've got four or five DoorDash orders so I'm standing there watching two people who could be making drinks while only one is. She asked if there was anything she could do and I said yes, you could make drinks because some of us don't want to sit here and watch drinks made for people that aren't even here yet. They had my drinks ready within three minutes instead of me, sitting there watching one person work her butt off while the other one stood there talking. My dark roast coffee was delicious! The place has about 8 tables and several places at a counter for seating. The tables and floor could have used a little tlc but it wasn't a deal breaker. The wait was ridiculously long with only 1 person working the counter taking payment, making sandwiches, and making specialty drinks. After waiting 10 minutes in line she finally called someone from the back to help. That person began finishing a drink the other staff had already begun. Placed a mobile order of 3 breakfast sandwiches, a wrap and an egg bite. Order 2 customized drinks and an iced white mocha. This Starbucks is packed at 10:00-10:30am today. My ETA is 10:30AM for pick up. I waited additional 10 mins which is okay because they're swamped with multiple orders. Everyone is working well. I def love the the young lady with the pink short hair. I watched her as she swiftly made each individual drinks. Mine tasted great! Exactly 5 pumps WM with my quad espresso in a venti cup. Another staff with short black hair seem to be flustered and mentioned she just grabbed some more mobile order which I knew it was my order. A lil late to grab em but, thats okay. My hot food came out first and I didn't mind waiting an extra 5 minutes because I see everyone is working so well. Hubs drink says the young lady with the short black hair made his drink good even though she works a lil slower. I tipped a lil more than what I usually do because of how hard working each and everyone was working hard and efficiently but, what made this a 5 stars was the sweet young lady with the pink hair. The cashier was very friendly and rang up my transaction smoothly. My frappe tasted great as it is often hit or miss depending on who makes it and at which location. The store was clean and the air conditioning was blasting which is just what I needed after being outside melting in the 88° heat. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Stopped in yesterday morning with a Yelp friend for a quick pick me up, nice location, the staff are quick and our drinks came out perfectly! My go-to a Tall Strawberry Açaí Refreshers drink they make with dried strawberries and lightly caffeinated green coffee. If your looking for a quick pick me up, I'd definitely recommend, it's refreshing and not to mention so delicious! Lol my mom got me addicted to these some months back, so I have her to thank! My 2nd favorite starbys location in Vacaville. Met the district manager Kristen today and she's always such a doll. So friendly and all about making her customers happy. I met her at another location before where she helped me with my order as well. I definitely remember her face and personality. She helped make my drink correctly that I got at a different location and literally made sure I was happy with the finished product before pouring it in a cup. I tell you her customer service skills are unmatched especially these days where customer service has completely fallen off horribly. I went to the Starbucks on E. Montevista Avenue in Vacaville and have gone there many times. Amber was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Made the best white chocolate mocha ever and recommended Holiday Blend. I am a big fan of Christmas Blend but her recommendation was even better. Definitely an asset to Starbucks. This is the best Starbucks in this area. The vibe is very chill and relaxing. I actually go to study almost daily and it's clean and comfortable and the staff are really upbeat and friendly. I come here to focus on my work and distract myself from my work at home, and it's honestly helping me stay sane as a mother to 4 girls (2, 4, 6, and 9 yrs) AND a student at the same time. Im sure anyone with kids can imagine that life... This Starbucks and the people who work here are literally my stress relief and honestly my favorite part of my day sometimes because it's finally me time to chill. As for service, they're fast, efficient, and they never get my weird and complicated order wrong, which is surprising. They learned my name and order relatively quickly and they are immediately welcome when you walk through the door. It feels very genuine. Thank you guys for being awesome. Stopped in last night starbucks across from nut tree near closing , to grab 1 quick drink. The female employees were obvious about wanting to leave. One didnt get out of our way with the mop and it was precarious to navigate the wet floors. The drink we got wasn't as hot as we wanted and had to go back into the store because there was hardly any whipped cream. The mood in here was not inviting at all. I hold an old school gold card with starbucks and I'm throwing it in the trash. There's other places out there that have better service, better coffee and better environments. Been here a couple of times while visiting the area and doing some shopping. So I always need a Starbucks fix. The parking lot is awful especially we have a dually pickup and it's worse so we just park at the end of the complex. Small store and there is always a line but they are super fast in getting the drinks out every time I've been here. Each time I order my usual caramel macchiato with whole milk iced and the shots never are burnt and the drink is always tasty. Employees always friendly. Store is always clean and I've never experienced them not having anything that I was in need of for my order. So good job I'll be back. My only reason I'm not giving 5* is bad parking lot and no drive thru. Otherwise your store is nice and you put out s good product every time. read more

This location has challenging parking. There is a small aisle of parking in front of the store. At the end of the aisle there is a large parking lot but on a busy Saturday it was not easy to park in either location. Once inside the staff was quite nice and the service was prompt. The service area to add sugar and creamer was sparse. There was only one cream option and it was empty. The sugars were all in disarray. Ordering a cold brew I was looking forward to customizing it and after seeing the disarray present at the service area I opted to leave it black.
