I stop by this location to grab a matcha latte for those days when I need to get in and out quickly and don't have time to stop by a local cafe. I like my matcha stronger so I always add an extra scoop of powder and do less syrup and it's perfect. The default ratio is not strong enough and tastes more like milk. This is one of the more consistent Starbucks locations for matcha so I appreciate that! It's located right off the freeway so it's very convenient. The drive thru is pretty quick on most mornings around 7-7:30 AM especially if you order ahead on the app, it's rare that I get stuck in line for more than a few minutes. Busier hours might be a different case. read more

My friend and I walked down to Starbucks with our babies to have some coffee in the lobby today! Unfortunately the lobby was closed, so I called and asked if we could just grab our drinks at the door and to my surprise the lovely barista offered free drinks since the lobby was closed. I wanted to say, thank you! We had a great time chatting in the outdoor seating area, drinking and laughing. It was really kind to offer us drinks, other shops would've just told us tough luck! Here's the thing I have a 30 minute lunch break. I was the only customer inside the Starbucks. It literally took me 12 minutes to get my drink and honestly a mocha frappe at Dutch Brothers is much much better read more

2.5 Stars for the dark roast today. It was hot and delicious! Minus 2.5 stars for customer service. There were 4 people actively working behind the counter although I don't know what they were doing because I was the only customer waiting (inside) and they weren't helping me. Another lady (manager perhaps) was also walking in/out of the back room reserved for employees - busying herself without customer interaction or acknowledgement. I stood at the counter for 7 or 8 minutes before being helped. The guy who finally helped me offered no explanation for the long wait. After being asked about such a delay the cashier stated they were having technical difficulties. Sorry, its just a cup of coffee. How much technology is needed to accomplish that within a couple minutes? Especially since the coffee was ready. Also acknowledgement is paramount. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall with a nail shop, sandwich shop, and a few other businesses nearby. Parking is readily available right outside the door. This location needs more training how to make drinks because they are made sloppy and careless. You can tell when the foam is flat. Customer service is not friendly. I made the mistake going back for the 2nd time but I thought I could be wrong. Maybe later in the day its better but I advise going in after 4am is not the best service there. read more

Got an americano and passion and green tea. My order is kind of tricky, but they got it right the first time. The americano was good. I liked the fact that they had actual men and women's rooms -- called me old fashioned, but I like it. I also got a sausage egg and cheese on english muffin and it was good too. The staff was in a good mood. The order came out in the normal amount of time. Also they have Amazing ice here!! The soft ice that I like to chew. Just stopped by to get a black tea/lemonade and I waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes before someone came back to the window to inform me their machine is out of black tea. I'd have to wait another 5 minutes to have the tea made. At this point I pulled over to the front parking and they knew the make model color of my car. I waited another 15+ minutes to return back inside to be informed they were looking for me but didn't find my car! As I sit here waiting for my car to be finished getting serviced I am very impressed with their service. Super friendly and they seem to know their regulars very very well. They have all been very attentive to each customer that has walked by the door and 40 mins later there has been quite a bit of traffic through this lobby. They are also super fast. Their drive through line has not stopped and neither has the lobby. One customer leaves and 2-3 more come in. Yet they maintain the same level of cheerfulness and quality work. My coffee and croissant were perfect Ambient in the lobby is super chill. I feel very relaxed Really nice location If you have to do studying or work this wouldn't be a bad place to come and chill with very little distractions. read more

For the past two weeks, the drive-through barista has added extra stuff like caramel or different flavored pumps which were not part of my order and ruin the drink. I love Starbucks and went out my way to find it while visiting the Vacaville area. The associate that took my order must have been in need of a much needed break because she was extremely rude. While placing my order she kept saying is that all which to me is annoying and then didn't say anything. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch which to me didn't look like what I've previously had before. When we pulled up the associate that took the payment was extremely nice and wasn't the one who took our order. I tried to get the associates name but she wasn't giving up her coworkers name. Out of my respect for the barista named Wyatt, I'm giving a four star. If this dude wasn't hustling like crazy, I would give a one. There were five employees in the store, and he was solo on bar handling drive-through and in-store guests. Four people were standing at the door, leading to the back of house, all chatting. I'm assuming they were off, or on a break, however, it looked really really bad. This dude is scrambling, trying to get drive-through orders, taken care of, as well as mine, but has zero help. Again, I understand if the other people were off the clock, however, they have to have a level of professionalism and be able to read the room. That's not a good look. LOVE the fact that when I ordered a grande iced coffee with oat milk and extra ice, they served my drink in a venti size cup! All other locations serves my drink in a grande cup with less liquid liquid because the extra ice takes up space. Thank you for not cutting me short. Great service! read more

So I went through the drive through with my precepting doc on a Thursday morning and the line was pretty quickly. The guy in the drive through window was SO KIND. I ordered an double espresso over light ice and asked how much milk I wanted! Update: in terms of studying this is a great location. Plenty of free parking without a time limit, lots of tables, lots of outlets throughout, and it's nice cause a lot of people go drive through rather than walking in so it isn't too too busy in the evenings. Frappe, which consisted of: (1) Heavy whipping cream blended with cream base and ice. (2) Add 3 pumps of dark caramel sauce to bottom of cup (3) Pour blend in cup, and add a shot of espresso (4) Topped with whipped cream and crumble topping (5) and last but not at least, add Hella Drizzle of Caramel Drizzle on Top All those made the perfect, #DrinkPorn in a cup. I sadly waited 12 minutes for a basic latte which made me late for an appointment. Typically orders are completed within a couple of minutes making this delay unexpected. Not sure why but do wish they had some sort of monitor to track order times. Was next door for an appointment so ordered in store. The app might have been a better choice in hindsight. read more

Went in on opening. Nothing was ready. Ordered and took to go. My Mocha was not even hot even though it was 5 minutes later. No chocolate flavor at all. After I dumped it I found a hard lump of chocolate in the bottom of the cup. It was never stirred. My wife had to settle for medium roast as no light roast had been brewed. This is 10 minutes after opening so they weren't out. They were too busy opening boxes and stocking shelves. The bakery case was totally empty. I guess opening time is for the employees to start work and not time to serve anyone. Won't go back. read more
