Dutch Bros is my go-to coffee shop. Whether I want something hot or cold I know it'll satisfy. Typically Dutch Bros has way friendlier workers than some of the other big name coffee shops, but with how busy they've been over the last few years I feel like some of the conversations have lessened from what they used to be. This location always has a line, and it seems a lot of customers in the drive thru don't quite understand the way this drive thru works (pull all the way forward, go to lane with less cars, don't block the exit)... years ago staff would help guide people up to make sure cars didn't spill into the street, but I haven't seen that in a while now. read more

I am not really a fan but tried this twice.. One from Fairfield and then here.. A certain worker asked if I would tip and I said NO! She charged me secretly and saw on my receipt.. Then spoke with few people I know, they said it happened to them too.. Guys check your receipt, this location is stealing from their customers.. read more

They never get your order right. Terrible service, especially the night shift. They're the worst.

The few times I've been through here, everyone has been so sweet and positive. The line is usually long, but it moves fast and the coffee is pretty good. read more

061725 Fam and I stopped by here on a Sunday... post Cache Creek trip lol. It was packed when we came (drive through) and when we were pulling out, the crowd was nonexistent - go figure right? It's my 2nd time - (1st visit was in Roseville and I was sick so couldn't really enjoy it) but since I'm a newbie - had to rely on my Mom to tell me what their menu was since I was driving. Menu wise, it's a bit overwhelming but managed to get the Kicker blended freeze - it was good and I went easy on the sweetness but it was still sweet. I think I won't do this again since the ice hardened through the drive back to the Bay. Overall - during rush hour, the employees are out taking orders to accomodate crowd control. Our server that day was a young man and he was super friendly despite the heat of being outside, which was super suprising but well received from yours truly! It's nice to have someone greet you with a friendly tone despite the weather. Will definitely frequent though their spot can get madly busy so please be patience and your order will be taken. To the management: keep up the good work with your friendly employees! read more

I learned two new things about Dutch Bros today: they sell Protein coffee (!!!) and order ahead is available on the app! I had a free app reward (medium drink) I wanted to use before it expired. Once I saw the protein coffee options...nothing else mattered!! LOL I ordered the Salted Caramel protein latte (medium, hot) in the app to pick up. When I arrived, I let the broista know I was picking up an order and provided my name. Easy! There's a short line with cars ahead of me. The wait wasn't long, the line moved often. Once I got to the window, another broista confirmed my drink and handed it to me about a minute later. The salted caramel protein latte is hot, delicious, not heavily sweetened,, with a hint of caramel. I definitely would order again! Tip: Download the Dutch Bros app between now and 11/25, you get a free medium drink reward loaded to your account. Expires 11/25. Why are you still reading this? Go to Dutch Bros today!!! :) Thanks Dutch Bros, see ya again soon!! read more

I have been going here for years and just love it. They always make my Strawberry Mango Rebel just right. Everyone is always so cheerful and polite and I love when I can hear the tunes out to my car. It's always a vibe. read more

Absolute worst experience I've ever had. Undrinkable drink completely melted when I asked for double blended FREEZE. If I wanted it iced I would've asked for it. Rudest attitude from a worker I have ever seen. Exactly why I don't tip until after. I knew I was better off getting a starbucks frappe, they actually know the concept of blended drink. So tired of coming here to get a wrong order. Won't be back. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - 3 scoops watermelon. 3 Scoops coconut milk. 1 scoop lime. Theee best I've had - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Vacaville, California

TLDR: 6 shots and tons of sugar, great way to get your energy quickly! Dutch Bros never disappoints! I ordered the 911, and it was exactly the caffeine boost I needed. The drink was rich, creamy, and had a strong espresso flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. The staff was friendly, and the drive through service was quick. Highly recommend for coffee lovers! read more

3 cars ahead of us at 7:15 PM on a rainy Sunday. The walk up windows were closed, but they still had someone in a raincoat taking our orders, so thank you for being out there! We got our drinks at 7:20, so fast! Pomegranate iced tea - crispy and refreshing Sugar and spice oat milk latte - Horchata like taste. Definitely one of the drinks I think of when "winter" comes to mind No stickers available, but they said they get new shipments on Tuesdays. read more

The last few times I've been to this location they have messed up my girlfriend's order. We go together and while my order is fine (though often not as presentable as other locations) hers is consistently wrong. And worse, it's wrong in a way that makes it impossible for her to drink due to her being lactose intolerant. read more

This Dutch Bros is drive-thru only, so I'm not sure why the app even offers a pick-up ahead option because you're still going to have to wait in the drive-thru line. That said, the line moved pretty quickly, so the wait wasn't too bad, especially for a Sunday afternoon. Drinks were exactly what you'd expect from Dutch Bros. read more

I'm from Oregon, where there are DBs on every street. Although people have their own opinion of how DB workers engage with their customers, I've always appreciated the effort put into customer experience. Yesterday 12/15/24, I arrived in Vacaville to visit family, and we stopped by DB for drinks. I wasn't greeted with the same friendly ecstatic energy but thought nothing of it. I ordered an energy drink for my friend, and thought his drink came with a soft top (as pictured on the menu). I kindly asked the employee if the drink came with a soft top (not knowing it was an add-on option), in which she replied "No!" in a non-polite way. I step aside. The next person behind me ordered, and from a distance, I hear the customer and the same employee arguing. Later, the same employee also appeared to be rude to another customer waiting for her order. The customer behind me asked for that employees name, in which I took note of but will not mention it out of respect. However, I am hoping the matter is addressed to the staff to better their customer service and experience. In my years of going to DB, this is the first time I witnessed unprofessional conduct from a DB employee. Although I rated this 2 stars, based on my experience, the drinks are always 5 stars for me. read more

Love this Dutch Bros! The staff is efficient and friendly, and the drinks always taste good. They manage the line well (it's a popular stand!), and they love to see my puppies when we drive through. I look forward to seeing my broistas, they bring a smile to my face, even when I'm headed to work. Lol. Great job, Peabody crew! read more

Always have to make a stop at Dutch Bros when I'm in Vacaville since we sadly don't have one in the South Bay. This spot is great! The line can get pretty long but it typically moves along very quickly. The service is always spot on, the workers have always been super friendly. I love how the drinks are always consistently good. I've been here a few times, it's always really busy! Today o came with my mom and it was surprisingly empty! They decorated my moms cup really cute for her birthday. I appreciate them. And what they did for my mom. read more

I've never had Dutch Bros Coffee before today, but after seeing a reel online about their Horchata Chai, I knew I had to make a stop to try it. It's kind of crazy that there is not a Dutch Bros in the Bay Area, so during a road trip, I made it a point to make this a stop. I downloaded the app about a month ago and I was pleasantly surprised that on my birthday I got a notification that I got a free birthday drink. It was a fate, celebrating my birthday still this week and with a free drink was sweet! It was about 3 pm on a Thursday, so there was some cars in the drive thru line but it went pretty quickly. Everyone was very friendly. I ordered my Horchata Chai, and the rest is history.....I am a fan!!! It was one of the best drinks I've had, but sad that to have it, I have to make quite a drive. If Dutch Bros was closer, I would most likely venture and try out other drinks but for now this will be the only drink I will be ordering when I come across Dutch Bros in my travels. Oh please, oh please open up more locations especially in the Bay Area :) read more

Golden Eagle is my drink of choice here, and this Dutch Bros is fast, friendly, and consistent. Great way to start the day!

Best service hands down! They remind me of in and out how busy they get and they have people outside taking your orders! We got 2 horchata chai's one double torture and I got a pumpkin brûlée breve with oat milk We had to wait for a little bit but the girl at the window made conversation with us. 5/5 this is my favorite Dutch bros ever. The staff are so kind and the drinks are consistently delicious!!!

I don't go here often, but when I do it's always nice to see my girl Natalie. she's always so sweet and has the best energy! :)

Not my jam. I'm a true coffee lover; I love the intoxicating aroma of coffee and I love the rich, bold flavors of the various roasted beans. I got none of that from Dutch Bros Coffee. On the other hand, if you prefer a sweeter coffee drink with minimal coffee taste, this is probably a good spot to try. read more

I can see what the hype is all about. It was my first time trying this coffee and I got the banana something. It had a nice banana flavor that was not too strong nor too light. I got it iced but you can also get it hot. This location only allowed drive thru, which there was a decent amount of cars for a Saturday late afternoon ~5pm. Even though it was a few cars deep, it went quickly. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area. There's actually so many in the Sac area and neighboring cities. read more

im a barista, I understand just how fast one can move when it comes to a long line. However, after my partner and I waited super long to get up to the window, all the baristas inside had to not only check in with us twice to know our order, didn't know which drink was which when handing it over, we're singing and screaming, and our window time had to have been 15 minutes at least. I'm sorry but as a barista with 2 years experience, I'm not impressed. read more

My first Dutch Bros experience! We were on our way to Tahoe when everyone felt the need to stop for coffee. I'm not a huge coffee drinker myself, but they have many other selections so there should be something for everyone. The staff here is extremely friendly and super helpful. Since this was my first time, I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. When one of the workers saw me hesitating, she welcomed me with a smile and offered to walk me through the options. She explained everything clearly and I ended up with a drink I enjoy! I'll definitely be back here again if I ever find myself in the area. read more

Fast paced even with a long line, delicious drinks, friendly staff. When we first pulled in there was a LOOONG line and I was worried it would take a while but they are doing something similar to Chick-fil-A and have someone taking orders throughout the line and so all you have to do is grab your drink and go once you get to the window. The lady taking our order was super nice. And my drink was super yummy. It was a carmelizer which is basically a Carmel mocha. Very yummy flavor.
