Crappiest, crappiest day. But I wanted to make sure I gave flowers to Dawn and the girls at Business Ctr Dr Starbucks. I watched Dawn take time to make sure the woman in front of me got awarded stars for her purchase. I could tell that the woman was lazy to go through the app because of sign in issues. I empathized because I've had issues in the past with the app but... I'm also Filipino and I love rewards points and free stuff... Dawn made my day. She had made a tiny error processing my order without using my points and so she asked politely to redo it after we had a lovely little chat about the limited edition purple mango frap. Initially I ordered my husbands americano and she educated me on espresso types. Then when we did the second fix it transaction, I changed my husbands order to the orange cream frap- remember I love free stuff- Dawn still let me have the Americano. All the while the supervisor, Dawn and another pretty barista were laughing and jolly... it made me feel better somehow. Really, I was in distress coming in today and somehow I left a little lighter. They never send straws, leave the drink sleeves in the bag and not on the drinks, and (not that it really matters) half the time don't write on the cups. For being in such a great location of Fairfield, this Starbucks location has unfortunately consistently fallen short for years. I keep giving them another shot, but i typically leave my visits disappointed. This time, I ordered ahead. The place was packed, and staff was working... BUT... they were not personable with any guests, and it took 20 minutes to get my order. Mind you, I watched them make my finished drink, read the label after it was completed (on two separate occasions) and they still put it aside -- not in the designed areas nor calling my name. It wasn't until all the guests who came after me got their orders that they then again viewed my cup and called my name out. It also had a lid that required a straw, but none was provided and I wasn't acknowledged at all when I picked up my order at the counter. Two places that I am enjoy going to are close to each other. I will say that this location is friendly. I went inside when I had my car being service for rotation. I got my drink right away since I use their app to order ahead of time. My drink was done right when I went inside. That was impressive. Before the pandemic I was able to sit down and have a drink inside. I had my laptop with me when I was waiting for my car to be done at Costco. I wasn't even bothered to leave when I was inside. This Starbucks is in a great location and the staff is always friendly, but it is always hit and miss on the way they make the mocha Frappuccino's and cafe mochas. I ordered a cafe mocha yesterday and it barely had any mocha in it. I called to let them know and the lady in charge told me I could come in and get another one. Instead of watching how the drink was made, she said I hope they make it right for you. Well, it was the same as before. I am not just a complaining customer, I've drank enough mochas to know when it is made right. If the staff is not trained right or the equipment that shoots out the mocha is defective, it is up to the person in charge to find out what's going on. Consistency of getting the drinks right, is important. I've went to the Starbucks on Central way, Cordelia, ca and they get my drink right every time. So does the one on Oliver Rd. I hope this Starbucks behind Costco makes some improvements. read more

The Green Valley Starbucks is the best Starbucks I've ever been too. The baristias here are teriffic. Great customer service in all respects. We especially appreciate our morning team- Shamar, Dillon, Spencer at 5am. We also send out compliments to the rest of team. Anytime I go in...mid day, afternoon and weekends, we get a nice welcoming, great service and teriffic coffee. The store is always clean. I have known there was a Starbucks on Business Center Drive, but I couldn't find the exact location. But one day, I went to the bank and I turn right and I see it. Finally I figured out where this place was. haha I go in and order one little vanilla bean scone (little heavenly scones; super amazingly good but 140 calories each and at 85 or 89 cents a pop!) and a cup of water, and I sit myself down and study. My coffee came out exactly as I wanted. Staff were extremely friendly and nice. The store is not clean on the other hand. The milk and sugar area was a mess and so is the floor.
