Couple others ordered the Cubano and said they enjoyed it. Service was attentive and quick. One odd moment occurred... me, my wife and her aunt arrived before others and ordered a cappuccino each. It came in a large glass mug. After the other 5 showed up they also ordered coffee but they received it in to go cups. When we asked why they said they ran out of clean coffee cups.... The service sucks. You're greeted by the same older woman who wants to serve her friends every Friday. My family and I go for happy hour, she's never been nice. They allow children but I guess they were sued by some parents and so the owner now allows the wait staff to mistreat children and their parents as revenge. I spend over a hundred dollars every visit, tip 20% but it's always the same. The reason I go back is because it's beautiful. We were here for Passport Sunday & wanted a quick bite before heading out to the wineries. Checked in for a table of 4, asked if we had reservations. We did not. Was advised would take about 15 or so minutes while many tables were available. We were willing to wait. Seemed that we were being snubbed for other guests. All other non RSVP patrons were immediately seated before us & 4 diners after us. We then decided to grab food to go As bar tender said it was fine. Hostess then scolded us that we can't be on both lists. She must of been overwhelmed with the influx of patrons, she made the experience here not welcoming at all. I'm a bit sad to be writing this review but I feel that it's needed. We recently attended their April supper club and were really excited since we saw footage of last months Omakase supper club event and we also love to dine at the Landing on an average day. The ambiance was nice, live music from Grantt was great! Service was attentive and they were welcoming when we asked to try some tastings of different reds before deciding on a bottle for the table. (Would like to note that the wine glasses were all a bit dirty on the rims, ALL of our glasses. Not too sure if they were understaffed or if this isn't on their list of tasks but simply having a buffed out glass with no residue along the entire rim shows the caliber of an establishment, (it's the little things that are noticed.) Now our biggest downfall of the evening and ultimately why we probably won't be dining at another supper club, was the food. Not the quality or flavor (which was great, you have an amazing Chef & team) but the quantity given for four guests was MINISCULE. We paid $45 per person (which we understand that proceeds are given to charity) but with the amount given to us (specially the proteins) seemed like it was for a 2 person table. We also saw a couple of other 2 tops that had the same meat platter as us. We were told that if we wanted another plate of meat we'd have to pay $90 for the same portion... For pork belly and hanger steak (which are both lower cost proteins) it honestly just seemed unacceptable and like we were ripped off... We also felt that there could've been a couple of side dishes at least if the protein portions were going to be this tiny. We decided to not order the second portion of meat and if we wanted more food to head elsewhere. Matcha butter mochi cake wasn't great, dense and did not taste like matcha. Made a reservation the night before and was able to get a spot in the dog friendly courtyard on Saturday at 11:30am. Service was friendly and attentive. Menu is small but there were options for all tastebuds. The inside dining room has clean lines, natural wood, large glass windows that open up and high-ceilings. Our group walked here from Caymus next lt door. Great weather for outdoor seating; I kind of which they had some outdoor table covers/shades but we survived. They had some live music as well. There were 6 of us and we shared a couple of their pizzas (forgot to take a picture) which were delicious, warm, and the right amount of chewyness to the dough if thay makes sense. I had the korean fried chicken sandwhich which was on a delicious brioche bun and great sized crispy chicken. Here's a simple breakdown of our experience: Food: We had grilled meats (chicken, sausage, and pork, but no shrimp). There were no fruits. Dessert was set up buffet-style upstairs, and that part was pretty good. We just didn't get to enjoy it much since we had to leave for our next appointment. Service: The staff were very friendly and attentive. They checked on us from time to time. The only issue was the wait. We were seated around 5:15, but our dinner didn't arrive until about 6:10. By then, my wife was already very hungry. Value for money: In my opinion, the food and the wait time were not worth $89 per person. It may have been priced higher because it was Valentine's Day. The ambiance itself is top tier! You can sit outside overlooking the Suisun Valley vineyards while you enjoy your meal. The menu is limited, offering around just 10 items with a small pizza menu as well. I opted for the fried chicken wrap with fries. The fries were really good, crispy and seasoned well. The chicken wrap was good as well, however I felt that the pimento cheese that was inside was strong in flavor and kind of overshadowed all of the other flavors. My friend and I ordered coffee after our meal so we could sit and chat. My coffee was good, my friends Chai was a little "spicy" so we ended up asking for ice to pour it over. All in all the service was great. Our server had no problem with our requests and was very attentive. This was a great new discovery for my friend and me who love a good brunch date. At the restaurant our server Olivia was very courteous and kind. She asked if we were ready for our order and took our order with patience and gratitude. I came here for a baby shower with a large group of friends. When you first walk in there is a fabulous coffee bar with employees who gave such a warm welcome! I got the seasonal salted maple cold brew and it was BOMB! Others got chai teas, lattes, and all were pleased but I don't think they were nearly as excited as I was! My most fave part is their desserts and pastries, I never leave here without taking home a treat! Their basque cheesecake is prob my top faves and now I'm loving their key lime tart as well. I have visited this lovely establishment many times at the outside patio area when there was live music on the weekend. I have never eaten inside until today. I met a friend for lunch and had this delicious breakfast sandwich with the yummiest potatoes ever! The aioli made them even better. It was so good I had to bring some home :) The egg was a bit much for me, so I cut it in half. The bacon was really good. I could have used another slice of it on the sandwich, but it was still great. The vanilla latte was perfectly service in the see through mug. I enjoyed every drop of it. New to Fairfield/ Vacaville area and recently visited this place recommended by a user in instagram. I like the ambience of the place over all. We got mixed messages as far as seating arrangements as to where you order your food from the front as you enter. But when we asked where we can sit, we were told we can sit inside the restaurant. Both were good and it was brought out split which we thought was nice but was not aware we would be charged a $3.00 fee to split, should have just said "share" 2 entrees. Ordered the cherry limeade drink which we both took a sip and it was not good. We told the server who brought our food out, (didn't know her name) that we didn't like the taste, (it really had too much lime and you couldn't taste the cherry) and rather then apologizing and offering another option or asking us if we wanted something else, she gave us a "look" and took it away, acting as if it was an inconvenience. Came here for the Fun Guy Wood Fire pizza. It's a small pizza with hardly any mushrooms compare to years before. The pizza outside crust is medium thickness but the middle is thin. This was not filling for one person. These did not seem like wild mushroom, but cremini mushrooms. Hopefully manager reads this and maybe label it as mushroom pizza. This is the second time I've been to the Landing at Village 360 and unfortunately the second visit wasn't as nice as the first time. Came on a Sunday and our reservation was for 2pm which is the last time slot. By this time they were out of the French toast and were no longer serving certain drinks, someone in our group wanted a matcha drink and was told they stopped serving that drink at 2pm. Overall food was good. The husband ordered the burger and he had no complaints there. To his surprise it was a double patty, but it wasn't in the description. I opted for the Filipino breakfast and it was tasty. We also ordered 3 desserts to share with the group, pistachio cheesecake, almond lemon cake, and a tres leches cake. All three were delicious. Now on to the not so good.....I ordered a cocktail called Poetry in Bloom, it was a champagne drink mixed with other ingredients and liquors, but I didn't take a pic of the drink menu so I don't remember the exact ingredients. It was very sweet and was also lukewarm (it wasn't served over ice). I could barely finish it since it tasted like cough syrup. One of the desserts we ordered, the tres leches cake had strawberries on top and they were moldy, we told the server and she promptly replaced it with a new one, but it was disappointing to see that they didn't stay on top of throwing out old food. This place is my absolute favorite spot in Suisun Valley, and I feel so lucky to have it in my backyard! The wonderful servers and staff are friendly and attentive, the FOOD is amazing every time, the house made pastries, the coffee, the wine. All of it is 10/10! We went early Saturday morning to try the new coffee place inside (Buzz Coffee) and some of the pastries and food. We had a really awful experience here and will likely not return. We originally ordered coffee and while we were waiting (15 minutes) we decided to add on a croissant from the case since we figured it would be quick. It took 25 minutes, and still nothing. We watched other people who ordered long after us get full meals and french toast while we still waited on a croissant. I waited in line for another 5 minutes and asked to just cancel it since we got our coffee and it had been almost half an hour, the original lady who was helping me was very nice and was trying to find my order so she could undo the transaction. It took a bit, but I understand card terminals can be complicated. The older lady with dark hair who later came up to help the quickly growing line was EXTREMELY rude. There was a man buying wine who she got it for very quickly and was very kind to, and the next was an Indian couple who was looking to eat and get coffee. The process to eat in the restaurant isn't very obvious, so they asked about how it works and she told them to go around and ask someone else. They decided to just get coffee and pastries, and when they asked what they had she very rudely told them to go look themselves. I've worked at a few coffee shops, and to see someone interact with a paying customer like that was disgusting. There was no offer of compensation for time we spent waiting (over an hour total) and seeing staff handle different customers like that was very off putting. I hope they work out the kinks, coffee was super mid considering the experience and wait times, Journeys is much more worth it. -Someone did end up getting an almond croissant later on and it was definitely a few days old, very soggy and dry.
